Since the art forums have been a little more active as of late I thought it might be fun to try and do a design grab bag! It's a fun/easy event AND you get a new character design for yourself!
A design grab bag is when a bunch of artists come together and each design a character, then once the time limit has ended I'll gather the designs and redistribute them randomly :] We can do it with any kind of character design (humanoid, feline, etc) or we can just do cat designs since this IS the battle cat website ladjflakdjfklj
If you'd like to join please comment and I'll add you to the list. I'd like to get a least a couple people participating. All you need to do is design a character and then PM it to me. I'll gather all the designs and redistribute them so they can be kept a surprise. You can be any level of artist! As long as you're willing to put some time and effort into the design as well as stick to the time limit. I'll be deciding on the time limit if we get enough people to participate, but I'll make sure everyone has enough time!
Here are the rules!
-- No characters with mature or NSFW themes.
-- Please put effort into these designs! Make them interesting and fun.
-- These designs will belong to those they are gifted to. But if you use the design please credit the original artist!
-- Please enter a submission if you join.
-- You can join whenever, as long as you can get a piece in by the due date.
-- Art can be traditional or digital, but please make sure they are clear and colored.
-- Characters have to be full body designs. (No head shots/half body art please.)
-- Art entered must be your own.
-- No bases or AI
-- Send all finished designs to me through PMs.
-- People with any level of art can join!
-- If you have any specific things you don't want in a character let me know and I'll make sure any matches aren't made with a character w/those traits. (Ex: super bright colors, blood, etc)
-- If you want a specific type of design (like a cat/humanoid/etc design) I'll do my best to match you with one, but as the pairings are random I can't guarantee it.
-- If you're going to be unable to get a design in, please let me know :] Ideally before the final day.
-- If you join a bag and neglect to get a design in two months in a row you will be asked to no longer participate.
-- Have fun!
