Boz, Zee w/ Wonder (Light ) Location // The Barn's RoofBoz nearly started at her exclamation, eyes widening for a moment before calming down at the molly's excitement. Flicking his tail with a grin, Boz stood up right alongside her, walking towards the overhang that he used to get up here, there's always boxes and beams he uses to get up and down, especially during leaf-fall with all of the things the twolegs store in crates. Nodding at the molly's question, the awe easy to hear in her tone, he lifts a paw. "Somehow- Spackle said that some plants are better in the cold, but most prefer greenleaf." He explains, hopping down a small dip and onto the inclined part of the roof, keeping his claws out for traction, in case he missteps. "They're beautiful, I think he said they were... what- uh, Pansy? Yeah. I think that's what they're called." Boz says, careful of his step, one of those pointy metal pieces sticking up from the roof. "Watch out for those, they're sharp." He says offhandedly, avoiding another one, and hopping forward towards the edge of the roof. Peaking over, and looking down, eyes spotting a few crates that are in the same spot as last night, not that he'd think they'd moved, just always good to double check before jumping from high places. Tensing in a crouch for a moment before judging the distance again and.. leaping forward. It's not too far, but far enough that it's good to put some oomph into the jump. Landing safely onto the crates and boxes, he turns around ready for Wonder to make the jump after him. If she likes these, then she'd definitely like the flowers that grow on the river. Maybe he can tell her about them on the walk?- "Boz?" Boz turns his head quickly at the call of his name, looking down to see the ever familiar blue furred cat. Boz flicks his ear in greeting. "Good morning, Zee." He replies, Zee's eyes squinting up behind him, Boz follows his gaze to.. Wonder. Oh, he's pretty sure Zee has met- or at least heard of Wonder, right? Zee and Spackle know everyone. Hopefully. This would be a bit awkward if not.

(And the older brother appears. Ah! Also, I know it doesn't matter too much but I imagine Boz has almost a a slight posh accent? Like enough that it's sort of identifiable, he get's it from Spackle and his adoptee siblings, lol.)

Wila »
Pride swelled her chest and triumph lit a fire in her round eyes. No longer was she Wila the purebred kittypet, but instead, she was Wila the huntress. She had caught a mouse! Sure, it hadn't been the first mouse they had seen that day, and not the second, but she had still caught it.
The molly's purrs were so loud that they broke through the silence of the wintery pines. She couldn't stop herself as she dropped the mouse to her paws and leaned in to brush her muzzle against Flame's cheek as he bounded over. "I caught it!" She crowed, trembling from nose to tail-tip. Wila glanced down at the mouse. While it had been her claws and her teeth that had ended the creature's life, without Flame the mouse would have never run toward her. "Thanks, Flame," she mewed, looking at the tom warmly. "We caught it together." The urge to lean over and nuzzle him again was strong, but she stayed put, paws on the snow just behind the mouse that was proof of her first ever catch.
Creamsicle »
Creamsicle had never been the biggest kit in her litter, but she had never been the smallest, either. Rainbow had been the biggest kit with Sorbet being the smallest, and Creamsicle had been somewhere right in the middle; more slender and wiry, a thinner frame with legs that would grow to be longer one day. She would never grow to be an overly tall or large cat. Between being a bit smaller framed and the events of the last few days, Creamsicle didn't look her exact age. She appeared younger, closer to three or four moons rather than five. Having grown up as more of a kittypet than a wild cat, her mind was younger in nature as well; she had never had to endure hardships or harsh treatment. Her mother had always provided for her and her littermates, though Splash had once told them that she would start teaching them how to survive in the wild if they ever needed to. The queen had wanted to wait though, telling her kits that this wouldn't start until the seasons changed and warmth blossomed the land once more.
And yet, that would never happen. Creamsicle didn't know if her mother would ever get to teach her anything now, but she had Cotton, and Cotton sure sounded willing to teach the kit as much as she could. Cotton had already taught Creamsicle quite a lot, and as she looked at the patch of grass the older molly had uncovered, she realized once more just how lucky she was to have been thrown in Cotton's path.
Blue eyes pulled away from the grass and back up to Cotton. The kit puffed her chest out when she noticed Cotton looking down at her. She smiled. "You think I can get all the hawks even in the snow?" Creamsicle had never thought of it before, but her pelt really did blend in with the snow. While parts of her face, limbs, and tail were dusted with a creamy-orange hue, she was mostly white, just like the snow that blanketed the moorland.
[ ohhh, i can see her enjoying colors. she's a tabby-calico, so she's pretty colorful herself! ]

Flame Location: Pine Forest With: Wila ( Feathertalon) "Well sure, but you're the one that snagged it!", Flame said, still purring loudly, leaning his muzzle against Wila's cheek as she did the same to him. His tail was waving happily, looking more excited than he ever had before. He was excited for her, seeing how much more confident and happy she looked having made her first catch. He hoped it was the first of many more, already planning on where they could go next. Maybe the moor, if they went when the snow had melted some. Or maybe they could head for the marshlands and explore them, though Shadow had warned him they stayed damp even in the winter, and a cat could catch a chill walking around in the snow with wet fur. Wherever they went, Flame didn't care, as long as Wila went with him. Spark Location: The Farm With: Sprite ( soot) Spark chuckled slightly at that. "If you think I'm tall, you should meet Bo.", he said. "He's a good head taller than me, at least.", he said. He was indeed walking slowly for her, but it was more that he was out here showing her around, so it wasn't a problem. He didn't want to be rude and leave her behind. "But all of you cats are small to me, and we're small to the farmer. Just depends on your perspective. I'm sure you'll grow more, you're still young.", he said, his tail wagging as he led her towards the sheep fields. Gardenia and Wisteria Location: Forest With: Frazzle ( Light) Wisteria tilted her head slightly when Frazzle mouthed something to her, having no clue what he was trying to say. She perked up a bit when he seemed to disappear into the rock, looking concerned, but didn't want to risk going down there. This slope wasn't something she was going to mess with in the winter. She kept watching, before she mewed in surprise at the mice scattering out of the hole. So that was what had given Frazzle pause. She laid down and swiped a paw out, snagging one of the mice that had been trying to climb up the slope. She dispatched it quickly, standing with it in her mouth once Frazzle finally made it out of the cave.

((sorry for the late reply! School's been really tough lately)) APPLE with: Solomon, FeathertalonApple feels... overwhelmed by Solomon's words. He feels his resolve starts to crumble, and doubt creep in. Apple is sensitive, especially at the moment, and is unprepared to face the harsh realities presented to him. Even though he realizes that Solomon is right about his chances of survival in the wild, he struggles to accept the fact that he may not be able to make a new life for himself like he'd planned. Despite his hopes of moving on and starting over, he is becoming increasingly aware of the barriers that prevent him from doing so. As the weight of reality sinks in, he feels small, and more lost than ever. Apple's throat clenches and his eyes well up with tears, as the emotional burden of his situation becomes too much for him to bear. He stands from his position in the snow, feeling defeated. He silently follows behind Solomon, unable to muster the courage to argue or defend his position. How could he? It was a ridiculous idea, him, a two-leg pet, surviving on his own? As he walks, he pictures himself being turned away by the twolegs at their doors, unable to find a place to call home, unable to enter either world. With a heavy heart, he admits that Solomon is right and that he was being naive, but he doesn't stop thinking that a new two-leg home would never fill the void, and he doubts he ever will. "You're right," he mutters, gazing at the ground as if lost in thought, or picturing himself somewhere else. "I don't know what I was thinking."

Sprite w/ Spark (runningsky123 ) Location // The FarmSprite tried to imagine a dog taller than Spark, and came at a slight impasse. She's seen the two stand near each other from a distance, so.. she technically knows Bo is taller, but being right next to Spark still makes him seem like one of the biggest creatures she's ever seen besides the twoleg's. Sprite glanced at his tail, the motion capturing her attention, her pupils dilating slightly. Oh- no!- no chasing after tails, that's just rude Sprite. Scrunching her muzzle, she leaps a few steps, enjoying the free amount of space around her. Looking around with wide, honey brown eyes, the molly slowed her pace slightly at a familiar, but distant sound. Turning her head, and squinting her eyes for the white blobs she knows are out there somewhere. "You and Bo- do you stay inside with the Farmer?" Sprite asks as they walk, trying to keep her attention from the very wagging tail in the corner of her vision. Resist the urge to paw at things Sprite, resist. Stopping just a second to shake one of her paws, already starting to ache a tad from the cold ground, she quickens her pace to make up for the few moments stop. "I've been inside of their den, when I was first got here." She explains idly, admiring the view she usually can only see from further away. "I was a kit, and was handed off here when I first got sick, I've sort of always been.. eh- uhm. Well, sickly?" She says, giving an inquisitive look, she doesn't know of many other words that'd fit the description.. weak, maybe? But that just sounds offensive. Blinking slowly at Spark, she looks down to her paws. She's always had kind of tiny, dainty paws, maybe it's cause she's not as grown yet, like he said?

WonderLocation: The Barn Roof With: Boz ( soot ) "Pansies..." Wonder echoed, as she followed Boz to the edge of the roof. She was excited to see these strange flowers that liked cold. It gave her some extra motivation to convince herself the venture was worth it. The young Molly padded nearly silent behind Boz, her steps careful yet sure. Heeding his words, she wordlessly stepped around the pointy pieces, eying them as she slinked past. Once she caught up to him, she watched him, feeling a tad uneasy as he hovered on the edge of the roof. "Boz..?" One moment he was there, the next he was gone. "Boz!" Her heart caught in her throat as his tail vanished over the edge, and she rushed to the edge where he once stood. Her eyes were wide with panic until she saw him on a stack of crates a short ways away. She let out a long sigh of relief and briefly closed her eyes as she calmed herself, mentally shoving her heart back where it should be. Just what had she expected? No cat in their right mind would jump off without somewhere to land. When she opened her eyes, she met his gaze. It seemed he expected her to follow. She usually used the broken window to get on and off of the roof. The jump required here appeared to be a bit more nerve-wracking, but it couldn't be much worse than some of the jumps between the wooden beams around the loft and the stacks of bales that came up from the barn floor. Steeling herself mentally and physically for the jump, she bunched her muscles and estimated the distance and force required to make it to the empty spot on Boz's crate. She jumped and for a moment she was airborne, feeling weightless as cool air rushed past. She landed neatly on the crate right where she intended, and closed her eyes to calm herself. She silently thanked Alice for being such a good teacher. A new, but vaguely familiar voice caused her ears to twitch. She opened her eyes and came to the side of Boz to peer down at the blue cat below. It was Zee. Just the cat Boz was looking for. He seemed to be staring right at her, Boz's sideways glance confirmed as much. Her ears perked then tilted back when she realized that he must be expecting her to say something. "Oh, um... Good morning!" she mewed, echoing Boz's greeting with a short blink. (Their previous interactions could be anything you like. ^^ When Wonder doesn't know someone very well, she tends to be awkward and distant, while trying to maintain a polite and friendly approach (doesn't always seem that way, but she tries).) (Lol. The posh toms.) --- CottonLocation: Moor (Near Cotton’s Den) With: Creamsicle ( Feathertalon ) Again with the hawks? It seems that last nights conversations had not evaded the young molly. Cotton looked up at the hazy pale blue skies above, silently pleading the absent stars for patience. "Not even the best hunters can catch all the hawks, tiny one. Nor should they." Cotton stood and took a step forward, where she dropped into a crouch. She began to slink forward across Creamsicle's view, her paws making hardly any sound in the snow. Her brown pelt stood out sharply against the snow, doing nothing to hide her form; Cotton was just showing an example of a hunters crouch, she was unconcerned with actually blending in. "When you are ready, hunting will come easier to you than it would for some in this season. Birds have very keen eyes, but with a careful approach, your white coat would do well to hide you from them." She stood from her crouch and padded up to Creamsicle, blocking the meager sunlight and casting the kit in shadow. She looked down at Creamsicle with a stern expression. "But until you are ready, you must promise to not go chasing after hawks, alright? They aren't something that should be taken lightly. I took on that hawk for the safety of my kits and to fill our bellies~ if that hawk had gotten the chance, I could have been gravely injured. In a different situation, I would have gladly found something else to eat." She hated to put a damper on the kit's sudden eagerness to hunt, but further explanation was long overdue on the subject. It was better to know the danger than be injured or worse due to ignorance. There was much for the kit to learn before Cotton would ever think to allow her near a hawk. Hawks weren't even something that were typically hunted on the moor, though they would sometimes hunt on the moor~ usually only mice and other rodents. They would often perch in high up locations far out of reach. The best hunting grounds for hawks were in the mountains- and even then it was dangerous. It wasn't something she'd recommend unless absolutely necessary. "Until you are older, if you see a hawk, you must come find me at once. They won't bother you when I'm around. They will usually leave cats alone, but if not, other places you can hide include uninhabited burrows or nearby bushes." She nodded to a few snowy bushes that ringed the top edge of the depression her home resided in. (Part of the reason I asked is the adorable names for all of her kits. All sweet colourful things. XD Unless it was the twolegs that named them- for some reason I hadn't thought about that when I first considered the question. But I mostly asked because I was curious what Splash would have been interested in as a kit. Like colours could be translated as collecting bird feathers or something of the like.) --- FrazzleLocation: Forest With: Wisteria and Gardenia ( runningsky123 ) In the dark, Frazzle pulled his two mice close with his paws, and managed to bite down on a tail on one and what he thought to be a leg on the other. Then in a slow process of wriggling and stepping back, he managed to bring himself and his prey back out into the open air. He stood up and arched his back in a celebratory stretch. Then with eyes shining, he hopped back up to the level which the bowing tree stood, back where he had left the others. The first thing he saw when he hopped up was Whisp (Wisteria) standing there with a mouse in her jaws. His fur was in a hot mess, sticking out in all sorts of strange directions, and his white chest and belly were smudged with dirty snow. He padded under the bowing tree and set his two limp mice down under the overarching clawlike branches. As he lifted his head, he grinned at Whisp (Wisteria). "Nice catch!"

Boz, Zee w/ Wonder (Light ) Location // The BarnBoz glanced at Zee, waiting for his inevitable response. Zee's a nice cat, really, he just comes off as a bit.. odd. "Morning' lil molly, Wonder, right? Nice to meetcha." Zee says easily, giving a more gentle grin than he normally would, Zee probably knows about Wonder's.. lack of socialism, not a surprise. Zee knows everyone. Zee flicks his ear in greeting to both of the younger cats, turning to Boz with a quirked ear. "Boz, thought I'd mention it to ya before you go off wherever you're going this morning." Boz cuts in quickly. "The fenceline, if that's alright?" He asks, head tilting, Zee just grins wider at him. "'Course thats fine, showing the molly around, yeah?" He says with a quiet snicker, shaking his head before getting back on track. "Anyhow- Spackle's going out for a bit, said he needed a.. walk. He'll probably be gone for a few days." He says offhandedly, unsurprised by Spackle's antics. Boz's shoulders droop a bit at the news. "Already? He only came back yesterday, I thought he'd be staying a bit longer?" He asks, brows furrowing. Zee gives a slightly sympathetic look, "He's.. got some thing's he needs to sort out, ah- when you two get back, if the molly doesn't mind o'course, do ya both mind helpin' me with the nests? Some of 'em are a bit outta sorts." Zee asks, quickly, and very unsubtly changing the route of the conversation. Boz sends a careful glance towards Wonder, a bit worried Zee might.. eh, scare her off? "Yes, well, no I don't mind. Uh- I'll be there,-" Boz starts, both him and Zee looking at her questioningly. Boz wouldn't mind at all if she swept off later once they get back, she's not obligated to help in any way whatsoever. Zee just likes to include Boz as much as possible with helping around, for when he's 'Off doin' my own thing, I won't always be here ya' know, and Spackle- well, you know him.' Boz just resists a sigh. He does know Spackle. He's just.. Well, it's hard not to worry about everyone when they're all how they are. Lada is already off doing her own thing as a loner, occasionally coming by the farm, or if they just so happen to meet her in the forest. Spackle can't keep his paws in one place for even a day. Apparently. And Zee.. Well, he's always been a chatty cat, enjoying company. Boz doesn't want to hold him back, here at the farm. He.. doesn't want Zee to think he has to stay. For him.

WonderLocation: Barn (Outside) With: Boz and Zee ( soot ) Wonder didn't know what she thought of being called a ' little molly' when he couldn't be much different in age than herself, but his expression was somewhat gentle and he wasn't unkind about it. She had a naturally small frame, and her light eating habits kept her form slim- perhaps that was what he was referring too. She dipped her head in acknowledgement to the use of her name. "That's right. It's nice to meet you as well," she mewed politely in response, dipping her head. Though it was a bit strange to say to a cat she'd seen around enough times. She listened to their exchange, her gaze flicking back and forth between the two. Her ears tilted back a little when he snickered on the topic of showing the 'molly' around. It was clear that he was speaking about her, but just what did he mean with that snicker and shake of the head? Her fur prickled uneasily, but she forced herself to keep it smooth throughout the encounter. It sounded like Spackle had headed off again. He never seemed to stick around the barn for very long. Then Zee asked his question and both he and Boz's looked at her for a response. Her blood pumped a little faster with all the attention, but she was prepared with a response this time. "Of course! I'd be happy to help," she quickly agreed with a bright tone, perking a little. She was fairly confident in her nestworking skills, and she knew that being able to help with something she was good at would be something she could look forward to. Though she was afraid to approach other cats, if she was ever asked to do anything, she was usually willing to help~ especially if it was something she felt she could do easily without feeling like more hindrance than burden. (Aw, yes. It's always good to have a friend. :3 Wonder tries to consider all the barncats her estranged family (family as in like how a clancat would think of their clan) that she somehow must support and get to know more about. Alice is her only close-ish family (sister from an older litter). Wonder is also glad to have made a friend. :3)

Boz, Zee w/ Wonder (Light ) Location // The BarnZee gives a large, foxy grin towards Wonder, " Thanks for the help kitto, now get along you two, I've got some stuff to do anyway." He says with a roll of his shoulders, getting to his paws, blue ears flicking. Zee's 'I've got stuff to do' generally translates to, he's bored and is going to go chat up whoever else he sees around the barn, he's taken a real shine to the barn dogs. Watching the older tom walk off, tail disappearing around the corner, he turns to Wonder, an apology already on his tongue. "Sorry about him, he's always been a bit.. eccentric. If he's ever botherin' you just let me know?" He says a bit quietly. He's always been fine with Zee, he loves the tom- he's his brother in just about everything but blood- but.. well, Zee can be a smooth talker, act like the most normal cat you'd be able to think of. But when he actually says what he wants? Cats tend to..shy away. Giving Wonder an apologetic glance, he hops down from the crates in one jump, landing steadily on the cold, morning, and slightly frosty ground, the worried scent from Zee left over. Zee's probably worried about Spackle, he always is, no matter how calm or offhanded he may act. Ruffling his fur at the cold touch on his paws, he sends a now quickly brightening, shy smile to Wonder. Gesturing with his paw, tail flicking for her to follow along with him. "The flowers are out a bit, not too far or anything, but it'll be a bit of a walk." He reminds her, incase she decides she doesn't wanna go. Trotting along, images of the elegant flower in his head. He's trying to visit the patch of flowers each leaf-bare, Spackle said the spot was special to- to Canna. Canna is the molly who helped him when he was very young, she'd had kits- who.. didn't make it, so when Spackle had no other choice, he came to the mourning molly. Spackle said the spot of Pansies was special to her, in some sort of way? Spackle didn't say anything exactly, but hinted towards what it might have meant. Boz is trying to make the spot something happy, a place to go when he's gone by another cycle of the seasons, that he's alive, and there to see the flowers bloom. "Know something interesting?" He starts, figuring telling some sort of story or.. something, is good conversation. "My sister, Lada, once found something.. very interesting in the forest. She said it almost reminded her of the stars, but it was these glowing little mushrooms surrounded by fireflies." He explains with a bright tone, his ears flickering. He remembers when Lada told him about it, and took him there to show him the next night, it was the closest he's felt to being in the stars. "It was beautiful. The fireflies blinking, and the mushrooms glowed- it was like the stars at night." Boz says in a fond way, green eyes watching his step as he goes, but also keeping an eye out for Wonder. There tons of things in the forest, and near the mountains that he's sure she'd like. Like the cave that the river runs out of, or the twoleg den in the middle of the forest, or the fox den, or old owl nest that Lada likes to use for shelter. Or that one time Spackle found a little, perfectly sized indent by the river that made it seem like it wasn't there, a perfect overhang for him to hide in from the foxes that were hunting him. Oh, Spackle would have so much fun telling all those stories to Wonder, maybe Boz can convince him when he comes back? Maybe, maybe not, but who cares! He's got some pretty flowers to show to a cat.
𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 𓆏 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 𓆏 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 𓆏 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
(Spackle is like the Indiana Jones, he knows a bunch of random stuff, and he's nearly died like, twenty times the past year- Oh- and Canna, for better explanation, is a mother cat who lost her two kits, but helped Boz when he was lost and too young to eat other prey stuffs yet, Canna's sort of.. dealing with some loss and stuff ;-; ( whispering , I'm doing great! I hope you're doing better:)

Speaking of replies, sorry for the lack of replies this week. It was kind of a stressful week at work, so between that and school, I didn’t have much brain power. I should be on tomorrow afternoon and evening, going to Open Studio in the morning to work on my ceramics, but after that I don’t really have plans, so I’ll be available. Unless I get distracted by ClanGen lol.
Also extending another invite for my Clan, LightningClan! Link’s in my signature!

WonderLocation: Farm With: Boz ( soot ) 'Kitto' now? Just how young did he think she was? Wonder let out a short breath, shoving down her indignation and forcing smile and a polite nod. It was strange. She usually didn't react so much to such phrases. It was probably because he appeared to be similar in age~ but perhaps she was wrong. Perhaps he really was significantly older than her, and just appeared to be around her age. Wonder was no stranger to being a bit small for her age. With this rationale in mind, she felt herself relax on the subject. "No no, not at all," she replied, rationalizing that it wasn't really a lie. For all the strange things Zee called her, she knew that he meant well. At least she was fairly sure he did. Any reactions she felt at his words were short lived, and she held no grudges. So no, he wasn't a bother. To be absolutely honest, though she was terrified of too much attention, she didn't really mind it once in a while. The fact that he acknowledged her at all made her feel warm inside~ even if he thought of her as a mere kit. "I've always respected how good he seems to be at talking to the cats around him. It takes a certain bravery to do that," Wonder admitted, watching the spot Zee's tail had last disappeared. Her paws shifted as she mulled over a question that burned in the back of her mind, no matter how much she tried to push it aside. "You don't have to answer this if it's out of place, but... How old is he?" She couldn't help but wonder~ considering how he spoke to her as if he was an old tom. When Boz jumped all the way down, Wonder winced a little when she heard his paws thump steadily down upon the frosted ground by the barn. That was a pretty far jump. Instead of following Boz's example, Wonder hopped down onto a smaller stack, then to the ground with only a slight pause in between. Her landing proved to be much softer. She ruffled her fur and pawed the frosted ground experimentally, still finding it all relatively new. Her first winter had been spent in the farmer's den. A flicker of movement caught her attention. It was Boz's tail beckoning her to follow. Her heart lightened at the motion and she quickly followed. She couldn't count the times she had stared longingly at the cats who came and went from the barn, secretly wishing they'd invite her to come along~ even though she also feared that very thought. "Is it within the fenceline?" she inquired, when he spoke of the distance. She didn't seem very concerned about the distance itself. She had been cooped up in the barn for the most part since the weather took a turn for colder, so this was a bit of welcome change for her. Wonder padded beside and slightly behind the young tom, her paws quiet against the snowy ground. Her steps had been less graceful at first, but by the time they left the barnyard behind, she had become accustomed to walking in the frost and snow. Her ears perked and she took turns watching Boz and the path ahead as he told his story. She had only seen fireflies a couple times herself. At night in the summer, they would sometimes come out like stars that would blink slowly through the air. They had been so entrancing that she had spent most of the night watching them. Now glowing mushrooms was something she had never seen. She felt a yearning kindle within her to see the beautiful scene that Boz described. "It sounds beautiful," she mewed with awe. She wished she could go see it, but the forest was far. She had been told that it was beyond the river, which was also far across the moor. And the forests were known to be dangerous. Her ears tilted back at these conflicting thoughts. She glanced at Boz once more. If she became brave enough some day and travelled with a braver friend~ maybe... just maybe she could go and see it too. (Lol. I love the Indiana Jones reference. Aw, poor Canna. <3)

Boz w/ Wonder (Light) Location // The FarmBoz gives a slightly, and oddly happy look at her words, not many cat's really.. look past the whole smooth talking, fox grinning cat. So it's, well, nice to see a cat actually looking past that some. Boz tilts his head at the question, quickly coming with an answer. "He's nearly twenty moons." He supplies, tail sweeping the cold ground for a moment, walking up a small incline before it goes right back down. "He's always around Spackle, so he sort of got used to seeing everyone who's younger, as a younger cat. He doesn't mean anything bad about it, just a habit of his." He adds, figuring the use of 'kitto' and 'Lil molly' were probably a bit odd considering he's not too too much older than Wonder or Boz. Older, yes, but not too much. Keeping his paws steady on the ground, he squints, looking forward. The fenceline is still ways away, but the flowers will be more off to their right, so he steers them a bit, tail flicking subtly in excitement. His ears swivel at the molly's voice, glancing back towards her with a subtle smile. "It is. Lada's always been able to find things everyone else misses, it's a bit disturbing actually." He said with a small, amused chatter. Now that he's thinking of his family.. does Wonder have any siblings, or parents? "Do you- hm." He pauses, eyes furrowing. "You and Alice.. are close, right? Are you related? If that's not- too odd of a question." He asks, not really remembering what Spackle said about the two. Boz's doesn't see too much of Alice, mostly because he keeps to himself. Nothing against her, he's just not really.. gone out of his way to say hello all that much before. He's more acquainted with the farm dogs than her actually.. Shaking his slowly cold adjusting pelt, he looks around, leaping a few steps forward the closer they get to the fence. It's pretty, and still snowy today, the white ice still crunching under his paws, to which he has to lift his paws a bit higher to actually get over the snow a bit more. He's always liked the snow, but he'd say he prefers it in the forest where most of the snow is above them, and one the trees, rather than where he's walking. Ugh- the hottest season is terrible, his black coat soaks up too much heat, he usually ends up heat sick. Glancing forward, he looks along the separating the farm from everything else. Bristling his pelt, and settling it again, whiskers twitching. He does want them to walk a bit along the fence before actually coming up on the flowers, so walks more straight now, letting them go straight for the fence now. Boz thinks it'd be good, a bit more.. adventurous anyway. Adventure, he's pretty sure that's one of his favorite words.

WonderLocation: Farm With: Boz ( soot ) Twenty? Ah, that explained a little. Perhaps it was petty of her to let it bother her, but it put her at ease to know that he really was older. Her tail twitched contentedly as she hopped over another small drift of snow, the snow gave a muted crunch beneath her paws as she landed on the other side. Wonder's ears twitched at his next comment~ and she couldn't help but desire to get to know Lada a little better. "Sounds like a good skill to have." Wonder was always trying to find all the things that went unnoticed, but despite all her efforts, there would often be something she missed. Her ears perked at the mention of Alice and she picked up her pace so that she walked right beside Boz. "Yes! She's my older sister!" Her mew had brightened considerably. "Ever since I've been released to the barn, she's been looking out for me. I don't know if I'll ever be as skilled or brave as she is, but she taught me how to hunt and climb. Most of what I know is from her." She seemed genuinely happy speaking of her sister; none of her usual awkwardness lingered. The distant fence line was just within sight now. She watched him leap a few steps ahead. With a strangely mischievous thrill within her, her paws were incited to stretch out and follow suit. Instead of simply catching up, she dashed a few leaps ahead before slowing a little and glancing back with a sparkle in her eye, her dark fluffy tail swishing behind her. She couldn't explain this strange new feeling within her. It was unlike her. All that she could say was that it filled her with a joy she hadn't really experienced before. Was this what it meant to have a friend closer to her age? Her warming limbs felt energetic, ready to respond to anything he might throw at her. (Let's do it. XD)

Boz w/ Wonder (Light ) Location // The Farm It is a good skill to have, the tom thinks idly before listening to her. He took Wonder's words into consideration, he'd never seen Alice too much. He's always known she was.. very capable and such, almost like Spackle in that respect, but also vastly different, whether that's in approach or personality- well. All he'll say, is Alice seems like a good cat, and Wonder holds her in high regard, so he's inclined to agree that Alice seems like a good cat. Flicking his tail in another few moments of thought, he's pulled out when Wonder leaps ahead, mischief and playfulness written all over her. The sudden feeling of giddiness washes over him at the look, his eyes glancing to the distance between them and the fenceline. Perfect? He thinks yes.He grins, paws ready to jump ahead, his eyes sparkling with a dash of his own deviousness. He chooses a few careful words, blinking as he shifts on his paws back and fourth playfully, his eyes catching something behind her with a suddenly gleeful thought. Boz is no liar, but he's also just as mischievous as Zee and Spackle when they wanna be. Looking at the pretty, orang and gray bird, he quirks and ear, giving an excitedly awe filled tone. "Is that a robin?" He asks quickly and fervently, letting the molly get distracted by it for a moment before he chatters a laugh, not wasting a moment to bound forward through the snow, his ears sharp and eyes bright, shouting behind him. "Seeya at the fenceline!" He feels so light- running like this. Running, and leaping over the snow and dips, his ears bending down as he runs for the quickly approaching destination, his eyes glancing towards Wonder with a bright smile. "It's like flying!" And it is- it's the closest they can get and it's fun, and freeing- imagine a whole field like this, or what it would be like to race down the rocky mountains, or through the forest? He barely manages to keep himself from rolling right into the fence when slowing to a stop, breathing hard, and legs burning from the sudden burst of the run, he just laughs, bright and happy.
(Weee! Boz doesn't care who wins, little guy's just having fun with his new friend xD)

WonderLocation: Farm Fenceline With: Boz ( soot ) Wonder's joy multiplied upon seeing his grin. She felt energy pulse in her paws as she saw him playful rock about in the snow, expecting him to take off at any moment. He suddenly spotted something behind her and pointed it out with glee. "A robin?" Wonder turned her head to look ahead and sure enough the bird was hopping about in the shallow snow ahead. At Boz's laugh, the bird looked up and at the two young cats before taking off in a flutter of wings. A thunder of paws flashed by her, a few flakes of snow dusted her vision. "Boz!" Wonder gasped. "You did that on purpose!" she exclaimed squeakily as she scrambled after him. Wonder was not upset, rather, she had a grin of her own as she bounded over the snowy yard, laughing as she tried to catch up to the tricky tom. It was indeed like flying. Other than short dashes to hide from something or another, she had never ran like this before. Unlike the other times, she felt no fear as she ran, but instead felt exhilaration. Now with the cold wind blowing through her fur and the snowy ground that flashing by beneath her, she could almost picture herself as a bird gliding just above the ground. The fenceline was coming up, but her chest was burning, so she slowed to a trot on the last few tail lengths. She same to a stop near Boz, who had arrived a few seconds earlier. She lowered her head as she breathed heavily~ the run had taken a lot out of her. It was likely the farthest she's had to run in one full sprint. Her ears twitched as she heard Boz's laughter. Depite her breathlessness, she couldn't help but join in with her own laughter, her eyes shining as she lifted her head to look at him. (Ah, the joy.)

Boz w/ Wonder (Light ) Location // Farm Fenceline
Letting himself catch his breath, giving the molly a mischievous, but also contentedly cheery, his ears sharp and bright as he shakes out one of his paws. "You're a good runner." He compliments before sucking in a breath, trying to get air in his lungs properly. Blinking, and refocusing. The flowers should be just a bit further along, blooming by now with the sun rising more and more, the little lines of light reflecting off of the bright ball when he sees it in the corner of his vision. Giving another smile, he takes in another deep breath. That was fun- exhilarating, he neve really thought about running anywhere, for fun anyway. But now he can't help but think it'd be amazing to run through the forest, or the moors. Flicking his ear in an affectionate manner, he gestures to the right with his head, still a bit out of breath, "Just a bit further." He says simply, his posture more loose and cheery than his usual manner, still walking neatly, but more light. Letting the molly walk just a bit behind him as he leads her forward, stepping over the occasional pointy rock, and tree root. When they finally come up on where the flowers are, he subtly shifts so she can't see them. Moving his tail, and body to hide them from view. They're sprouting out around the base of one of the few, but larger trees that goes along this side of the farm's edge. They're bright and happy, getting all the sunlight they need, the snow making their dazzling colors even brighter. Glancing towards Wonder, "Close your eyes." He asks, giving a genuine tone and flick of the ear. The flowers are in all sorts of colors, yellow with a dark maroon, or with a purple center and the rest being while, soft petals- and the ones that are a light, near white pink, with darker edges, and faint blotches of yellow, those ones are his. His favorite are those ones. With Wonder's eyes closed, he goes right next to her, walking loud enough so she knows he's there. "Move just a bit to the left, and.. look more straight ahead? Well, not look- you know what I mean." He says with a small huffed laugh, nudging her just a tad with his head to get her in the right position. Glancing towards the flowers. The sun is spilling through the branches of the tree, almost like putting a spotlight on them, the sparkling snow all around them. Looking to her excitedly, "Open your eyes now." He says, now letting himself really admire the view, this being only the second time he's seen them before like this. He hopes Wonder likes them as much as he does.
(Boz tryna do the same thing that Spackle did to him the first time he saw the flowers- like a little surprise :3 The joy, lol.)
