While Alice could still feel a semblance of tension in the air between her and the other molly, it was clear that this interaction was not going to turn hostile. The other molly would have already attacked by now if she planned on turning aggressive, and Alice had no intentions of attacking the black feline. There was no reason to unsheathe her claws. She had more pressing matters than to needlessly attack a hungry loner.
As soon as the other feline accepted Alice's offer of the hawk, Alice motioned with a nod of her head for the other cat to join her up on the outcrop where she stood. "There's a few pawholds you can use to jump up here. It's not a hard climb." She then nodded down to where some of the rocky side gave way and shot out beyond the other stones. It was how Alice had gotten herself up here, and it was how the other cat was going to get the rest of the hawk. Alice could just toss the carcass down there, but that would be disrespectful toward the bird of prey that had given its life to sustain another. Percy »
Usually the holly bush was a bright red and dark green beacon that welcomed Percy any time he made it back to his den. It was an unmistakable sight, so seeing it now, covered mostly in white by the falling snow, had Percy pausing in his tracks. He was sure he could have easily told himself that this wasn't his holly bush and that he needed to press on further before reaching his den, but there was just enough of the bush that had yet to be covered in snow that Percy knew without a doubt that this was the holly bush near his den's entrance. They were almost home. And it was a good thing, too. Percy wasn't sure how much longer he could stay out in this winter chill, even with a warm, full stomach and a thick winter coat.
Once past the holly, the forest opened up to an area where a lone hickory tree reached toward the sky in the midst of dappled birch and beech trees. The hickory was taller than the rest of the trees, a guardian for this patch of woodland. Forest encircled a peaceful glade out in the middle of the forest. While covered in snow, it was clear that in the spring and summer, this patch of land was covered in beautiful wildflowers and ferns. Percy flashed a smile toward Smoke as he waved his tail in the direction of the hickory. "This is it," he mewed in a song-song voice, walking the familiar path to the hickory's roots; there the roots, as ancient and thick as they were, gave way to a hollow just underneath them. Not even the snow covered the scent of Percy - this was his den, his home. As he slipped inside to be greeted by the familiar warmth of it, he paused to look over his shoulder at Smoke, making sure that the gray tom was following him inside.

it's up to you what you wanna do there, dark! there could even be a subplot between both flame and nova in that the clan is divided on who they want as the deputy? just spitballing here though
i think peanut being peanutpaw would be really cute, so im voting that
for nova, i'd pick frostflare or palefrost o:

Hey guys sorry for my absence :3 I've just read up on everything I missed out on. My characters are all open for relationships as well, except Lillith lol.
If Night has a mate it wouldn't last long and he'd probably be an absent father
And as for leadership roles, Crystal could be a potential leader. She is my leader/deputy oc afterall. If Kutastar is gonna be a thing she would proudly be his deputy(she would feel like he needs her help anyway x3)

 Binx -- The Mountains | With Alice - Feathertalon Relaxing was out of the question. While she was completely sure this wouldn't turn physical, she found that there wasn't yet a reason for her to assume she was safe. If this were to turn aggressive, surely it would have by now. Still, Binx couldn't find it within herself to let her guard down even just a little. Though, it dawned on her that she would have to if she were to eat... Well, she hadn't thought about that. She'd have to figure it out and rather quickly at that. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to relax just a little bit - after all, she seemed nice enough. The most it seemed like she'd do is revoke her offer of the hawk - it would be a little irritating, but she could certainly live with that.
Watching as she indicated the way up, she gave a little nod of confirmation. Right, just climb up there - couldn't be too hard, right? Of course, she was more familiar with climbing trees, but surely this couldn't be that different. So, the molly assessed the area once more before she began moving. Her steps were slightly hesitant, but not so much so that it slowed her down significantly. No, she certainly was not made for such terrain. It was a wonder to even herself that she had made it this far into the area, honestly. An area that she had no plans of coming back to even at the next onset of hunger-driven desperation. With one last jump she joined the tortoiseshell up on the outcrop, the tension in her shoulders ebbing away with the knowledge that she was on more solid ground. Orange eyes settled on the half-eaten hawk quickly, and it took an extra second to process that one of the things she feared was simply deceased before her eyes. From what was left, it seemed as though it was done with ease, too.
"So... Where exactly are you from?" Binx asked as she made her way to the carcass before settling down. Best to eat now than get caught in the snow trying to carry it. "Never met a cat that could just catch of one these." This bird was the bane of her existence for a short while some time ago, she'd imagined that she'd just have to deal with it for the rest of her life to some extent. While she was sure it wasn't the only hawk in the area, it was certainly one less that she had to worry about.

Flame Location: Twolegplace/Forest With: Wila ( Feathertalon) "I had some stomach problems as a kitten, so I think they thought it might have been that.", Flame said. "Obviously wasn't, so they should relax once they see I'm fine tonight.", he said. Besides, he never left the house when he wasn't feeling well, so just being gone should be enough of a reassurance for them. "He probably is.", Flame said, glancing back at Shadow's fence once more, before he continued walking with Wila. Shadow could look after himself, but Flame was just worried. Who knew what could happen during the storm, and as much as he acted annoyed with Shadow's rambling at times, he enjoyed the old tom's company. He walked side-by-side with Wila through the rest of the alley, leaping up onto one of the fences that led out to the forest. "There's a dog in the yard to the right, but he's friendly.", he said to Wila, just as the old golden retriever walked over to investigate, but just wagged his tail at the sight of Flame and turned to go back and lay on the porch. Shadow Location: Forest With: Honey ( Myst) "I've got plenty of experience hunting. Been coming out here since I was a kitten.", he said. He'd always loved the freedom the forest provided, but not the solitude. He liked the companionship of his housefolk, and didn't want to be on his own. He nodded at her mention of being well-fed. "That we shall. And the snow will keep the prey cold, like a cold-box.", he said. His housefolk kept food in one, and it always lasted way longer than when they accidentally left it out. The snow would do wonders in keeping their weasels from turning too quickly. "Lead the way.", he said, motioning for her to lead with his tail as he picked up his own weasel. Gardenia and Wisteria Location: Forest With: Night ( 𝑏𝑙𝑒𝑢) Gardenia nodded, and started to help him push the snow away, though with her shorter pelt, she felt the cold a lot more, but she didn't complain. "The den was fine, thank you.", she said, her tone succinct but not curt. "More than warm enough with the two of us inside.", she said, as she shoved a particularly compact bit of snow with her shoulder, letting out a slight squeak of surprise as it gave way, sending her inside the snow bank for a moment. She leapt back out, and shook out her fur, glaring at the Gardenia-sized hole now in the snow. She looked ruffled, bending down to lick her chest fur in embarrasment. Spark Location: Barn/Field With: Bo ( Myst) The snow had finally stopped, meaning that the Twolegs on the farm had finally let Spark and Confetti out. While Bo stayed with the sheep all the time, Spark especially was kept in the house at night or during weather. He was their competition dog after all, though he didn't really think that mattered. He just ran from the house the second the door was open, barking excitedly now that he was outside, and ran straight to the sheep pen, calling for Bo as he did. He inevitably made the sheep trot away, thinking he was trying to herd them. |

oooo wait but who was your leader character gonna be?? I was thinking of making a big strong gal that lives in/near the cave and is a direct clan descendant and her family line has made it their mission to protect the cave and continue the clan stories to the next generation |
