I’m thinking no (unfortunately) because the domain expired yesterday (31 July) and the problem already had started months ago. The page not found error started just this past week or two weeks though? Not the bad gateway. |

Okay, so the page not found / 404 error started on July 20, 2023. Last incident of it happening was on July 29, 2023.

Just a hour ago when I tried to visit the site pro boards told me that I typed the url wrong when visiting this site, implying the site didn’t exist. The thing is that I 100% didn’t type the URL wrong and I got so scared. This stopped after about thirty minutes though. I also googled one of the threads I’ve made and it showed up, and when I visited it the same thing happened, so I definitely didn’t type the URL wrong. That happens sometimes. I got scared too the first time it happened to me, but it's really nothing to worry about as far as I know, given how many times it's happened already. At most, it's just a nuisance. |

It was all over PB’s forums. I don’t know how long it lasted since it was nighttime for me, but I was told 2 hours or more.

For some reason, yesterday the forum just… didn’t work at all. I got the angry bear error page whenever I tried to load it. Other webpages worked just fine.
Edit: literally bad gateway just as I posted this.

Unfortunately many ProBoards servers had the same issue. It was fixed, so hopefully it won’t happen again tonight.

I had bad gateway 3 days in a row. Although my connection lately has been slow because I don’t have WiFi and my hotspot goes on and offline frequently.

I know I have kinda mentioned it a few times to you when it happens over discord while not mentioning anything here but im just starting to get the feeling that proboards is just like this and they either won't or can't do anything and this is just a thing we'll have to keep putting up with when it happens.

This really annoying thing is happening where wherever I click on a thread/board/profile the err bear appears and I have to go back and then click again to get into a thread (Idk if that's something that can be fixed or anything, just thought I should mention it) anything that is err bear related isn’t something I can fix unfortunately. The err bear is part of ProBoards servers, so it’s their job to fix it. But yeah, I’ve had that issue many times before with the err bear. It’s annoying. |
