(Come on, Javalle's trying his best to be a good chaperone and make her night easier, though he's not doing such a great job lol-
Also responses will be slow from me for the next few days! School's starting again and I need to find my footing. And I made the very wise decision of joining another rp even though I know I'd be booked with school. Yay me!!)

(I got to see the wolf in action! lol) "Shame indeed." Ryder gives his friend a look before letting out a low growl. "However, I can't let you go so easily less you tell your precious alpha!" The wolverine lunges forward and swipes at his bottom. The wolf fell hard to the side, caught completely off guard and landed with a sharp yelp. His thoughts were screaming at him again, begging to run, but all he could see was red. He twisted himself enough to land a bit on the wolverine’s forepaw. He bit down hard, not enough to break the bone, but enough to taste blood on his tongue.

Maria watched as the lynx managed to fit so easily crawl under the undergrowth of the forest. Did felines just not have bone or something, like how can they just fit in what looks to be the most impossible places. Trying her best to mimic the lynx she tried to crawl under the foliage. She was slow, like snail like slow. Give her a break she has never clawed like this as a wolf, you try doing something for the first time and see how you fair. With each inch she got a new twig stuck in her fur, leaves covering her, and ew she even accidently ate a spider or something. It is official after all this is over she is never leaving her room again. No grass, no sticks, and definitely no bugs! Just her nice clean books in a air conditioned room. As the lynx gave a meow she finally got out of the undergrowth, finally. She looked like one of those chiapets, but one where you put too much seed on it making it look like some weird shrub monster. Yeah that was how she felt right now. With a slightly exhausted whine she replied Sorry to be a bother, but yeah I am sticking with you. I just want this horrid night to end so I can take a long shower and never think about this forest again. Javalle glanced back as he heard rustling from the undergrowth. Naturally he figured their companion would take longer, still adjusting to her relatively new form and not being as agile as a feline. His whiskers twitched slightly with amusement as the poor wolf emerged with numerous scraps of foliage clung to her fur. Then, the lynx replied with a soft purr to reassure the pup. You're not a bother at all. Otherwise, I wouldn't have asked for you to come with me.It wasn't much longer until the pair made it back to safe ground again, following the trail and keeping track of the markings he'd freshened ealier. Javalle breathed a sigh of deep relief at the fact that he and the pup returned back, though they essentially traveled in a circle. He could see the beginnings of his cabin start to rise as they walked upslope from a small rise in the ground. Javalle picked up the pace to a mild trot until he was sure they were well inside his boundaries. To the wolf, he provided her with an option to rwlax. I'd figured you'd like to come inside to rest if you're comfortable. Even his paws, thick and sturdy as they are, were starting to ache. He couldn't imagine how his companion must feel. I can take you back to the pack in the morning. Whether the pack accepted him or not would be another story, but he would try to be as hospitable as he could.

With a whine of relief Maria just followed her feline protector as she followed it to the upward slope. Oh come om, that is just so not fair. All this running for her life, and sneaking for her life, have really done a number on her poor little paws. Now she has to fight against gravity up a hill. Can the world stop kicking poor Maria now, she's already dead!(Spoiler no, no I wont)
Climbing up the incline she started to huff and puff. Want rest please, no want walk anymore. Oh great now she has reverted to cavewomen speak, truly a newfound low for her. She needed something to distract herself from the exhaustion.H-hey, I just realized you never told me your name.

Blood dripped down his face and down his snout, eyes blazing with fury. The wolf lunged again, clamping his jaws around the wolverine’s back leg this time. His strategy was to immobilize his opponent as best he could. Two legs down, two to go.

Ryder was surprised that nothing seemed to phase the werewolf. He looks to his companion for help only to see him racing off with his tail between his legs. Typical Well, he wasn't going to give up so easily! He attempts to pull his leg free unsure of what else to do.
(If you want Wolf Jack to kill him or just leave him seriously injured you're welcome to do so)

The wolf kept his jaws clamped locked and tight on the wolverine’s leg as it watched its companion flee like the coward that it was. He stared back at his foe, snarling viciously as his teeth sank further into its flesh. He was almost daring it to try and fight back.

Oh great now she has reverted to cavewomen speak, truly a newfound low for her. She needed something to distract herself from the exhaustion. H-hey, I just realized you never told me your name.Green leaves crunched under Javalle's paws as they led the way back to the cabin. He passed through the elm tree, still smelling a tinge of dead squirrel and scrunched up his nose. He noticed his companion slowing down and attempted to keep the pace, though his paws itched to get home. A grumble from the pup suggested she was tired of walking, and he couldn't blame her. Their eyes widened as his partner asked for their name, and Javalle wished to remain composed as he answered. An embarrassed flick of his ears gave his chagrin away. Oh, yeah. My name is Javalle. He dipped his head politley as he introduced himself, then tilted it as curiosity got the better of him. How about you? What're you doing far from your pack? He didn't mean to ask in a condescending manner, but he'd figured an explanation would be good enough from this teenaged wolf. It wasn't safe for newly shifted adolescents like her to roam when there were rogues and other creatures afoot.

(Hiya guys! Finally got to writing up Adeline’s next post, lol. And to mention! This is more of just story telling, but if anyone has a character in the hospital, feel free to say hello, haha. If not, perfectly fine! This, again, is mostly to tell what’s happening to Add’s.) .’ -~ Adeline Nicholson ~- ‘. It was stale, cold. Grey, and warped, like when it’s too hot of a day, and the surroundings seem to be all wavy.. except it was far too cold to be the case. Adeline saw.. red. And heard snarling. Growling. And one moment Adeline thought she saw a wolf, fighting another, but they seem warped, paws all too human, and eyes with life only a person could have, and the next they were gone, and all was red. Liquid. Liquid? Or was it a gem, large enough to take up her entire view? And than it shifted, seeming a hard difference between crystalline, and liquid.. and suddenly it was her, all of her, her life force, all that red that still seemed to be more crystalline, but the part that jarred her wasn’t what appeared to be.. her life blood. It wasn’t the red. It was the black. Like veins, the red crystal shifted to a humanoid form, her own, the black.. like an infection? Where her eyes would be are voids. And a noise. An old, odd, smooth but precise sound… almost like a voice, not quite able to form itself. And then Adeline woke up, still looking at herself in the hospitals bathroom mirror, standing perfectly upright. And she was fine. All too, perfectly fine. She felt fine, not tired, or even feeling that odd sense of dread she’s had the last few days, when she thinks she should be so much more worried. Adeline just stares at herself, wide, life filled eyes staring for a few moments, pale fingers rising to delicately touch rhetorical red leaking from her nose. She takes in a sharp, quick breathe, worry and confusion hitting her like a train, though she’s oddly calm, while also shaky, like she saw a train, and rather than hit her, it passed right through her, not a scratch. With that intake of breath, Adeline quickly turned the handle of the sink, flinching at the cold water, and quickly turning the other handle to balance it to lukewarm. Gently washing the stark, crystalline red off, and grabbing a disposable hand towel, covering her nose. She sat, until it stopped, simply left with her pale, shaky form, chucking the paper stained red into the bin, sparing one last glance, before unlocking and opening the bathroom door. She can’t just.. ignore whatever in the he- whatever just happened. But… she also need to keep her job. So. Job. Then worry. First job, maybe a drink of water and a snack since she’s technically still on break. Good plan. Good.. good plan.

Maria's tail tucked itself slightly between her legs as the lynx, who she now knows as Javalle, asked her why she was n the forest. Welp, brain what do you got that does make it sound like she was not a complete idiot or just a lie. W-well I just wanted to take a walk. You know just clear my mind. Totally nothing else, like at all. With a groan she then closed her mouth. Okay, brain that was not was not the smartest play. Oh and my name is Maria.

++ Charlemagne Cross-- "Of course, you are very welcome."
The deputy shifts, and Charon busies himself with more prep work. He pulls down his mask to take a few fortifying sips from his thermos before cleansing his hands and arms again, first with water before the solution. Poor blood circulation due to its dramatic loss has rendered his hands rather cold to the touch, and he tries to work some warmth into them while he scrubs. Bruno may have been unable to feel it but the needle will already be unpleasant enough on Levington's human skin. The doctor has neatly arranged his new set of tools by the time his patient has finished shifting- and yet her speed is both surprising and impressive compared to his own. He turns to face her, accepting the neatly folded blanket and slipping it into a plastic bag before placing it atop his other belongings.
"No thanks is necessary. I am only glad to be of service." This he pairs with a practiced smile that serves to soften his alabaster features if only just. "Your concern is appreciated, but I will be fine. There will be thread to spare once I have finished with you. Now," He inclines his head toward a freshly dusted rock that he had scoped out as a makeshift stool. "Would you mind sitting there? Its height is ideal."
Charlemagne pulls up his mask and snaps on his gloves, but occupies the silence- and hopefully her thoughts- with commentary as he works. The shirt he lent her is faded and worn, large enough that he can ask her to remove her injured arm from the sleeve whilst preserving her modesty. "You will have already begun to heal the worst of your wounds. The pain you are experiencing is primarily damage dealt to your muscles and...it appears some bone. I will remove the fragments before I begin the sutures."
At this height, he can look down at the main site of her injury, apologizing softly as he gently lifts her elbow to turn it one way or another so that he can see the larger picture. The fact that it hasn't been rendered useless is a miracle in and of itself. "I will be using using needles now, feel free to look away if it makes you uncomfortable." Charlemagne cleans the damaged areas with a syringe of antibacterial solution before using another to inject local anasthesia. "Can you feel this?" He gently pinches the skin above one of the larger claw marks and watches her face until he recieves a negative. "Good, it should last no longer than three hours. I have analgesics on hand to help manage the pain after the procedure."
Bone fragments are carefully picked out and dropped into a shallow metal dish at his side, and he inspects her wounds one last time before retrieving the sterilized needle and thread. "You require more stitches than Bruno but the process will not take much longer..." He counts in his head while he threads the needle, chin tilting as pale eyes trace invisible lines over her damaged skin. The angle of the slash is awkward; delivered more out of annoyance than a genuine desire to kill. "Hm. Not quite neat. I will make it so." The least he can do is ensure her scars aren't as ghastly as the injuries that caused them.
"This thread is dissolvable, even into a lupine body- however I would not suggest shifting any time soon. Your healing rate has increased during the full moon but it is now only equal to the grievous damage of a werebear strike." He doesn't pause in his sewing, but allows himself to glance into her eyes in order to convey the severity of his words. "The shifting of muscle and bone could result in further tearing, as will prolonged use. If you still experience stiffness, I suggest wearing a sling for seven days at minimum. In three I will assess your progress."
Charlemagne ties off the thread on one slash before moving around her to the next. His own healing is in effect but it wouldn't be as swift as hers, the deputy appears to shift often enough for reverting on the full moon to be a nonissue. The werecoyote can't claim the same- but it will be pain that will hinder him more than anything. He would rather avoid the additional time it would take to stitch his own leg back together, but he cannot continue out the night hobbling around either. Aish.
His mind may have fallen to unpleasant thoughts, but his hands and gaze remain steady. It isn't long before the doctor is finishing the last suture and carefully patting the deputy's arm down with powdered herbs. "These will aid in healing and stave off infection." He dusts his gloves off to wrap her arm and shoulder in clean gauze, directing her to lift it where appropiate.
"Hm. That will do for now." He eyes her critically for a moment, not allowing his shoulders to slump though weariness causes his eyelids to drop minutely. The night- and nightmare that came with it- is far from over, however. He uses only three stitches for the gash on his leg, movements perfunctory and brow furrowed. Treating himself doesn't require as much care, so he simply sterilizes the area before closing it up in a few deft moves. There is no need to fuss about angle and technique- he has treated himself upside down before, after all- so Charlemagne sits on a rock and ties the last stitch off with aid from his teeth. A bandage is applied only because he can feel a concerned gaze on him, but it's serviceable enough. At the very least it would catch any more blood with the potential to further stain his pants leg. He straightens and begins cleaning up after himself, placing used tools; needles, and gauze in orange hazard bags that are secured to the outside of his triage kit. The deputy recieves a mild quelling looking at any attempts to aid him, but he doesn't verbally turn her away. Charlemagne's plan works in stages and now that this one is complete, his tired thoughts are grasping on to the next one. His vision swims as he methodically pulls out the handlebar and wheels that would make his large triage kit easier to transport.
That reminds him...Charlemagne hefts his basket ontop of the metal container and secures it with an elastic cord before withdrawing a smaller thermos from its confines and offering it to the deputy. "Medicinal tea to drink while you walk I...hate to ask more of you..." He pauses with a frown, gaze drifting to the lump of bandages resting on the stump beside him.
"Would you mind accompanying me further? Only until I reach my car...I need to drop off Bruno and then...you would be free to do as you wish." With a pointed look at her shoulder he can't help but add, "Within reason."

He could attempt to throw himself on the ground and drag the werewolf with him but that could leave his neck and belly vulnerable. He lets out a frustrated growl and for a few minutes tries to shake his foot free. When that didn't work, he decided to try talking again. "You're stronger than you look wolf! How about we call it even?"
