AuranskyPatrick let out a little sign as he headed over toward the prince. He grabbed the drying towels before heading toward the kitchen to do what he was told. “Okay, I doubt your brother would do anything of the sort. You're family- it's not like family to do that,” he muttered as he began dunking the towels in the water. He wrung them out some before walking back out of the kitchen, heading toward the prince. He placed the towel on his forehead, setting the others on the table. “Sorry I'm basically helpless in these situations. Hopefully this does help and he’ll wake up soon.” He backed away slowly as he headed for the chair he had been seated in. “If there's anything else I could do, just tell me.”

broken"We can't be so sure." Coire lightly aughed. "I can picture my brother easily throwing me overboard. But-Yea I guess so... Family before much else." He waved another casual hand, "Quit calling yourself hopeless. There isn't much either of us can do at this situation. But hang out for a bit, he's coming around. Maybe we'll get some answers soon, if not answers maybe at least something." He considered. Lyle twitched a little from where he was, it was painful. Yet he slowly opened his eyes, while it was dark outside, the room itself still appeared slightly brighter to his previous adventure in the cave. "I-I'm not dead..." He softly muttered. He bit his lip for a moment in disbelief, "T-Tch....." He hissed now, "T-The pain is....it's killing me...." He softly added.

AuranskyPatrick shrugged, looking over at him. “Well I don't really know him well, so I'll just have to take your word for it. Still, I don't believe he will ever do that,” he said, shaking his head before looking back over at the prince. “And it is true that neither of us can really do anything…” he trailed off when he could actually make out come words Lyle said. “Ah, you’re awake!” The boy looked over at Coire. “Do you have any herbs or medicine that would help with his pain?”

broken"I'm a-awake?" Lyle raised a brow trying to adjust up a bit. "Did I knock out, for I could have sworn.." He softly stated, "I had-had a nightmare..." He closed his eyes tightly for a second to adjust. "I should have something for the fever in the kitchen..See what you can get out of him..." COire nodded then quickly rushed over. "A nightmare ...." Lyle repeated softly. "A cave.....d-demon... painful stabs..." He stated.

AuranskyPatrick nodded to Coire, then leaned forward a little to listen to what the prince was saying. He knew this was definitely not a nightmare since they were in the cave, too and this guy was injured. "Aha is there anything you remember from this nightmare? Maybe what you were doing at the cave or what was happening before all this happened? If not, that is fine, too."

Lyle blinked roughly as the pain stung him while he adjusted around his seat. "I-I... left the castle grounds for starters..." he placed a hand on his throbbing head. "I snuck-Snuck past the guards.... I-I defied mothers wishes of leaving the castle groundsb-but I went to the mines anyways!" He grunted a bit more, ,"I crossed paths with a stranger, he seemed to know his way around-so... I followed him into the cave. ....." He took a moment to balance what seemed to never stop throbbing. "I didn't tell him why I was there-he forced it out of.me....then played with me-t-that rechid demon....." His Focus turned to Patrcick, "i-if it weren't for you two, I'd be dead?!" His voice held surprise and realization to the outcome. broken

Auransky"W-woah wait a minute...did you say castle?" Patrick knew that was what he had said, but maybe the prince was confused, he had to be- there was no way he was part of the royal family. "Do you work at the castle....or live there? And what is your name?" "S-sorry for all of these questions but we are just curious. We saw someone going towards the mines and we ran into you, but we never saw this 'demon' you're talking about," he mumbled with a shrug. "Anyway, Coire should be back with something to help you with the pain soon, then you should probably get some rest after that."

broken Lyle nodded slowly, "C-Castle- yea...." He softly replied. "I-I don't work at the castle-unless... you consider diplomatic representation as work.." He now wondered softly. "But-I do live at the castle..." He lightly laughed. "Dont fret with questions, it is something that I find very common." He wanted to laugh some more, but found himself grunting in pain. "I-I am Lyle..." He added lastly. Coire walked into the room with a tray full of supplies. "So glad he's awake!" He stated with relief. "He can chew, and drink now..." He placed the tray on the side then took out the previous tray. "Patrick make sure he takes a drink, and bites on the herbs." With that he rushed out of the room once again.

AuranskyPatrick blinked, about to say something to Coire, but just nodded instead. "R-right," he said, picking up some of the herbs and the drink, handing them over toward Lyle. "You heard him, chew these herbs and it should help." He then tilted his head to one side barely. "And when you said something about a castle, I figured you were part of the royal family. But still, I would have thought a knight or someone would have escorted you there so you wouldn't get injured..."

brokenLyle blinked, "O-Oh alright..." He looked over at the drink then the herbs. It felt odd being told what to do, scratch that it felt odd to be chewing on raw herbs. But the prince did so anyways. It tasted bitter, but these guys saved him, so why not give it a go? Worst comes to worst, he fall dead flat. "Knights are supposed too.." He chewed then sipped the drink. "But I snuck out, hence takes out the whole 'knights' follow." He sighed at the thought. "The issue has with that mine. You see-" He paused then considered but shrugged once more at thet hought. "It matters not I speak out at this point. But-anyways; a group returned to the castle with a sample of crystals. These crystals have been harming the minors who come into contact with them." He calmly explained. "These crystals bring nightmares, and just drain the living daylights out of everyone. So-my mother the queen she told everyone to stay away. She told me to stay away from the sample at the castle, but she also told me to stay away from the mine. W-Well that's the issue.." He frowned. "I need to see for myself if this is true, so I had to come out here to check it out for myself. Seeing the place deserted it looks like the miners have recieved an order to stay away, but the demon or my companion earlier seemed very happy to have found those gems. Hence it was a must to see what I saw. I-I just didn't expect what had happened..." He glimpsed away for a moment.

AuranskyPatrick stared away from him the whole time the prince explained what had happened. Then, he chuckled softly, shaking his head. “Wow, one heck of a journey, huh? I bet now you wish you would have listened to your mother,” he muttered with a shake of his head, looking back at him. “And leaving without telling at least someone where you were going...that was probably a mistake, too. They are probably searching for you.” After a few moments, he waved his hand dismissively. “But that's not my job to tell you that...you have answered everything we wanted to know and even more than what I have asked. You had better get some rest; you must be exhausted from the events of today. You might be well enough to head off to the castle tomorrow, it depends on what the twins think.” The teenager looked over toward where Coire had disappeared to earlier.

brokenLyle shook his head with a soft gaze in his eyes, "To some extent I do wish I listened to my mother, but-I'm also glad I can spend a day away from them all. Too be honest, I fear; fear more within the walls then outside the walls. Mother-she acts strange, and different; though compassionate yes, she has something that forces me back a bit. Father has been feeling more ill as of recent, and sister my my she is more active then I can keep up with." He frowned a little. "Looking for me? I doubt it... if anyone it is sister they worry more about. But Mother though she worries, I can picture her not being too concerened, the castle is big, and as a kid I used to hide from everyone. W-Well used too, now the walls hence I loved to lure away from bring me fear. But-she doesn't know that.." He lastly smirked a little. "Tired? Perhaps." He nodded, "But-I I find it worth it. I got to see some bit of the world beyond what has been created, and I saw first hand a little bit of mortality.. I-I also bled more then my sister joked I would, and I met some honest people by which I decree this a victory." Coire walked back into the room, "We can take him back to the castle, but what would happen if they think we took him?" He raised a brow. "If anyone takes him back it's Glen. glen can pull that off without any problem. But he's pretty ill right now I doubt we'd take him back tomorrow-or should." He shrugged now, "Can you see where we can land ourselves for having the prince? Sure it's a misunderstanding, but the Queen and King or worst the political lords could take this chance to rewrite this story. They could claim whatever they want, gain the trust of the king and queen and poof! We're goners." Lyle raised a brow, "I take it you know these lords?" "I'm a blacksmith, I take their weapons of decoration and polish them up. I hear a thing or two." Coire sighed. "I-I see...." Lyle nodded then sighed, "Then allow Glen to fulfill this outragous quest." "Aye.." Coire gazed out before turning towards Patrick. "The least expected tale, am I right? Not expected nor seen, or foresaw. Here we are with the prince of our land. Heh, it sounds too feverish to be true."

Auransky“Yes, please let Glen take this prince back whenever he is healed. Now that I think about it, the king and queen would probably banish us from the kingdom,” Patrick shrugged slightly with a sigh. “Lyle, you're going to have a difficult time explaining what you were doing out of the castle’s walls if anyone noticed you missing.” Patrick looked between the two, leaning back in the chair and crossing his arms as he thought. Slowly, he nodded in understanding. He partially agreed with what Coire said and the blacksmith would know more than him. “And I don't know about that. I think if it were different circumstances, that I wouldn't believe this tale. But something about what you said,” he was looking at the prince again, “stood out to me. You said something about the jewels in the mines affecting people. Why didn't it affect Coire or myself? Did you have to be in contact with them for something to happen?”

brokenCoire nodded, "tis true, my brother would be the better choice. But I'm certain you can come up with some story for ending up elsewhere. Just don't mention the mines, and you should be fine." "It sounds like a dream, now that we discuss it.." Lyle lightly laughed. "But-These jewels yes, that is the issue. When mother showed me the sample i had no change of sensation. Hence I thought to come explore the mines. I didn't get a clear chance, so I don't know if it comes in direct contact, or just being near them. I-I actually want to go back come sunrise....if we don't find aj answer soon, who's to say it wont kill others? Or if outsiders may use it to harm our fellow people." He considered now. "Woa wait a second" Claire waved a hand. "We can't just go back, I mean look at.you who's to say that we won't find trouble?" "Well-your brother is a knight is he not? Also it is the ray, and there will be more people. Ourselves we are a group therefore we make a great or number. " He clasped his hands together then lightly bowed his head, "oh please do come with me. I truly ask, for such assistance." "Patrcick, what do you think?" Corie raised a brow. "Knowing Glen he'd say yes, and considering that we have the Prince here , he sort of is our responsibility.." 🎃𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚜𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛🦇(Return to us Xd We want you to play the king lol)

Auransky"Hm, the prince being our responsibility..." Patrick trailed off just at that thought with another shake of his head. He wasn't sure what to think. Exploring the mines during the day might be a good idea, but the threat of the jewels and this so called 'demon' might be a different story. The teenager leaned forward some, resting his head on his hand. "I don't know...it could help to look around some, just to gather information for ourselves so the authorities don't try to cover up the story of that truely is in the mines, however, if something is still lurking there it wouldn't be good. Say we come in contact with the jewels, we could possibly end up like yourself," he stated with a sigh. "But you will be well protected with us with you. If anyone else sees you with us though, they'll make something up." He leaned back again, messing with the gloves on his hands. "But I don't see why we couldn't at least try," he peered up at Coire with a shrug. "I would like to go. We didn't see much of anything since it was dark earlier. Will you be joining us?"

brokenCoire gazed out, he couldn't help but continue to question all of this. This was least expected, and ti the least the last thing he was expecting. This sounded like an adventure, and while the day is safer, there was a demon at hand. "It would be a good idea. Gods forbid, the higher ups cover this story. I wouldn't be surprised if they did. We would be able to know and either evade or prepare for whatever comes our way." Coire nodded. "Ah, I don't think you will end up.like me exactky-" Lyle assured. "The miners reported minor head aches, and coughs, then some small scares. I was stabbed multiple times by the demon, then toyed around against tossed, and tossed into the river too.." he added. wait a minute.... he considered his words carefully. "Well, I also hurt myself diving into a mine cart, those things have sharper rocks. So-I think you two will be in better hands." He assured. "Well I guess I'm going." Coire softly added. "Seing as everyone else is, sitting out would be no fun."

Auransky(Sorry this is so short o.o also, well we be skipping to morning?) "Ah so that makes sense. I doubted that it was only a jewel that would cause you so much pain," Patrick muttered, looking over at the prince with a tilt of his head. "Then, it looks like we will be joining you tomorrow morning." He yawned a little, leaning back again. "Oh I will probably be getting to bed soon so that I can actually wake up tomorrow morning," he glanced over at Coire. "Do you have a spare room or will I sleep out here?"

"As for your highness-" "-if possible, I'm going to stay here for the remainder for of the night..." Lyle interrupted calmly. "I-I feel nothing at the moment, whether that be good or bad, id rather stay in place for now." "Oh alright then" coire rose, "then the rest of us shall get sleep." He nodded over towards Patrick. "We got a long day ahead and who knows how much trouble we might get ourselves into"

He headed down the hallway and to the room he was recently in, finding the back door and entering, closing the door behind him before heading over to the bed.

Seeing as the house currently occupied four, he would need to make more then usual. Nonetheless early was his thing seeing as his profession sometimes forced him up all night. AuranskyPatrick had been awake for a little while now. He hadn’t gotten a good night’s sleep from the events of yesterday. Still, he got up and headed out of the spare bedroom he was in, cleaning up a little before heading into the hallway to see who else, if anyone, was awake. He walked into the living room quietly, seeing movement on the kitchen. He changed his course, heading there instead. “Good morning, Glen,” the teenager muttered, stopping by a counter and watching him. “Do you need any help?”

brokenGlen was caught slightly off guard by the sound of footsteps. He flinched but kept himself on the ground instead of jumping back. not used to this- "Good morning!" He nodded then looked around the kitchen, "actually yes." He stated without a second thought. "I was going to make orange juice, out in the yard our orange tree has given fruit. If it isn't too much of a bother can you head out fill a basket, wash them then squeeze the juice out towards the pitch next to the basket over there?" He paused now shaking his head, "I'm asking for too much..." he sighed, "if it's too much just pick out the oranges and being them in at best." He considered now.

Once he had it, ded out of the kitchen and toward the door. "I will be back momentarily!" He called over his shoulder as he left. He finally made it to the orange tree and picked the ripe fruits until his basket was almost full. Thinking he had enough, he stopped picking the fruits and headed back for the House. The teenager entered the house again and walked straight for the kitchen. "Alright I have the oranges. You wanted me to juice them, correct?" He set the basket on the table beside the pitcher, finding the nessecary kitchen tools needed as he began what he was asked. "If you need anything else, just ask."

broken Glen blinked watching the boy take off quickly. He couldn't help but lean out to watch the boy pick out the oranges; he was fast on his feet. But he did not wait too long before resuming to other things along the kitchen. Seeing the boy come in he turned his head briefly before returning to his tasks. "Y-Yes please do." He answered the question. "A-And.." He hesitated for a moment before gazing towards the end of the room where he herd footsteps approaching. "Stir the pot to my right, and taste it if you will please. If it taste too sour add some of the spices you see fit on the side, if it taste sweet or-better to say the least; can you add the bowls of vegetables into the pot so they can cook with the stew?" He asked calmly. "It's breakfast I know, but we had a rough day, so I thought it be best we start with a healthy stew-" His voice quickly caught off seing the next person walk in. "G-Good morning." Lyle mumbled softly. Glen froze in place, "Y-Y-Y-Y-Your highness?!" He forced his words out. That's right, everyone knew who the guest was; everyone but Glen. What?! Did I miss something?! He turned to Patrick in shock, "Tell me I am not seeing this, that's the prince?" He raised a questionable brow, his tone was rising from its rather calming mood. "That's him?! W-Why is he here?" He shivered. Lyle blinked rather confused. "W-We talked last night, remember?" Glen leaned back, "W-We talked?" He repeated in shock, "We talked?" He considered then jumped; "Y-You talked with my brother!" He called out. "Y-Your brother?" Lyle tilted his head. "C-Coire my twin.." Glen muttered in shock. telirius((I see no issues. Welcome!))

Telirius rode on his horse into the keep, he halted his black stallion and dismounted. He handed the reigns to the stable boy as he looked to see Aelonal doing the same. He wore his armor now, but left his shield with his horse, "Let's see how the Kingdom is going." He said giving his half-brother a smile as he began to walk to the entrance.
Aelonal followed close behind his right hand on the hilt of his sword at all times to protect his brother, "Rumors have it a distant Kingdom was destroyed." He said as he followed his brother closely, eyeing everything.

AuranskyPatrick nodded as he listened, continuing with the orange juice. There were only a few more oranges left, but he made his way over toward the bowl with the stew, helping by stirring it. He was about to taste it, but that was when Lyle entered. The teenager blinked, turning around to watch them. "Glen...I thought you knew about the prince staying here, didn't Coire tell you?" he asked, shaking his head. obviously not. "Never mind that, he was the one injured in the mines. And because of what he told us last night, he asked us to go back with him to check the mines out. We were hoping you wouldn't mind joining us." He stared at Glen hopefully for a moment, then turned back toward the stew as he added a few spices to it, continuing to stir.

telirius (We can pull you into the plot. ) Alumina , one of the Queen's three advisors , walked through the castle grounds. Her steps were graceful in terms if rhythm. While usually she may be in a hurry it was still early in the morning therefore the busy halls had yet to fill. Her objective was the stables where the knights usually go to as a first or second priority in their day. Seeing as Glen was out, and Arai had still no reported back; she needed to find another knight to fulfill the task at hand. She let out a gracious smile spotting out two figures, Aye I picked well to find assistants.. The advisor approached Telirius and Aelonal. "Good morning to you two good sirs!" She greeted in a calmly manor. "Good timing on your parts to come when we are short handed this morning." broken Glen turned now with a tilt of surprise, "excuse me?" He looked over at Lyle, "the injured kid was our prince?" He looked back over at Patrick, "I went to bed early, and Coire is still fast asleep. But thank you very much for informing me now. B-But this brings some worry.." He shook his head now then leaned back a little. "The mines? What about the mines?" He raised a brow. "Well-" Lyle softly replied, he felt alienated at this point. "Theres a mystery surrounding the mines. I'm not sure if my father or mother are taking action yet, but before they do I was hoping to do some investigating of my own. It may be crucial to the forces that wish to destroy this peaceful land." "Like in bell you will." Glen snapped. "I'm going with you guys, and you are going to be as careful as can be. If something happens to you we're all goners." Lyle laughed a little , "I take it as a yes." He smiled. "Then your highness if you are going for the mines you might need to change out of your attire. " Coire walked in from behind the Prince holding out a set of clean clothes. "Its simplistic and only those of the royal family will recognize you. We want to attract as little attention as possible." "A-Alright.." Lyle blinked taking the clothes , "ill be back." He nodded then turned to walk out of the room. Seeing the Prince gone Coire let out a sigh of relief, "good to know you are coming along." "Oh hush now. It's you we should all be worried about." Glen snapped. "Ah , Patrick!" His attention turned. "After you spice it up, add the cut vegetables stir it a bit then leave it for a few minutes. After that taste it once more and if it tastes perfect to you, she is ready for eating."

Auransky(This is short, sorry!) Patrick stared at the two brothers with a shake of his head. "Are the two of you always like this?" He asked, returning his gaze to the pot of stew. "Anyways, we all know how to fight- some better than others- but we have to remember we can't let anything happen to the prince. Otherwise we'd be banished or put to death." He added a few more vegetables, like Glen had asked him to do, stirring it up, before calling over his shoulder at him. "All right, we are ready to eat now." He said, setting the spoon to the side and turned back to them.
