(That would be a question for bluewonder . I guess I didn't think about it too much. I gave them ones because when I first made a rogue I remember asking Blue if they had powers as well and she said yes so from that I just assumed they had totems too. I'm not bothered by it if they don't have them, but now I'm curious as well. At the very least, I like listing them in the profiles because I think it's a good reminder of the values you want to follow when roleplaying characters with different personalities.)

Tbh I saw a few others had their rogues with totems and just rolled it with. They don't have to have them though until they/if they join the clans.

About the totems with rogues- so I guess we haven't seen it yet, but in my mind, cats receiving their totems is like a really spiritual experience. A kit who is about to become an apprentice would not only gain their 'paw name and a mentor, but they would also then be able to stand with the medicine cat around a puddle/pool in camp (I need to actually figure out what it looks like lol, but I'm thinking it's just a small basin of water that both camps have) and the medicine cat would call upon starclan to give the kit a totem worthy of it's destiny, and a totem would magically appear, kinda like bobbing up from the bottom of the pool to the surface. Honestly, I just wanted totems to have spiritual significance to them and didn't know how else to make them come about, so I said Starclan did it lol. So no, I don't think rogues would have them unless they were once in a clan.

And yes it does make the rogues weaker, but not too terribly so, and I figure it makes RP sense- we are much more likely to want our clan cats to beat the rogues, and if someone has to die, its more likely we would kill off a rogue, so them being weaker due to lack of totem would help that type of storyline.

For how powerstones are bound to rogues.............. uhhh

I just said they'd find a way, lol. I think I was thinking that it is kinda like the size of a small rock, and in my mind rogues got a little more creative, like weaving it into a necklace, or wearing it around their waist or tail like a belt, or some other such business lol. I guess in my mind a rogue who didn't have a clan background but happened to get a stone would realize the stone only gave them power when in contact with their body, and would just come up with a way to make that happen. So rogue cats with stones or broken stones would wear them all sorts of ways. Would be sick for someone to figure out how to wear them like earrings or around their head like a diadem or on their claws, but idk how that would work lol.

In that case with the totems it just adds kindling to the rogues' fire against the clans. lol I was curious about how the stones worked too because when I originally joined, I thought they were kind of like a power up from a game (consumed rather thorn held or worn) since it said they could only be taken from the dead. So I like the take on how rogues use them by having to attach them to their body in some way. That gives me some cool ideas for a small project I'm working on. I've been spending the last week trying to get a 3D cat model together for my artwork and I wanted to use it to show off my clan cats when it was finished.

Of course it will!   I love my evil characters WAY too much. I got to play a few baddies for some animators on YouTube a couple years ago and it was so much fun! If I don't make Brambletalon first I'll honestly probably start with Onyx. I have a sculpt of the cat model that I can share below, but right now I'm working on remodeling it so it can be rigged, posed, furred, and textured. It's a bit more on the cartoony side, but that's because I wanted it to match my art style. The original reason I wanted to make the model in the first place was because I struggle posing characters sometimes. Description: A silver tabby tom with icy blue eyes.
Personality: Lunar is a mostly friendly cat who doesn't like to cause trouble. He's patient for the most part but can get aggressive when pushed too far. While he's more dreamer than doer he's reliable and dedicated and gets stuff done. He likes to socialize with others and is always willing to listen if someone's troubled. When others are arguing he stays out of it but will step in when they take it too far and is willing to use force if necessary. Lunar hates the clans, especially Ivyclan, and doesn't hesitate to kill their cats in battle. But he prefers to trick their cats into trusting him instead, chatting up some friendlier and trusting warriors near the border and slowly getting them to see him as a friend or a potential mate. Once they fully trust him he'll meet with them near the border of both clans and kills them there, making it look like the other clan is the culprit.
Backstory: Lunar and his brother Solar were the result of a fling between a rogue and an Ivyclan warrior. His mother gave birth to them outside of Ivyclan camp and decided that she could only keep one of the kits if she didn't want anyone to find out that she had cheated on her mate who, like her, was also an Ivyclan warrior. She chose Solar since Lunar resembled his father Astra too much. His father was horrified by her decision but she forced him to leave by lying to him that Ivyclan would kill all four of them if they found out about their relationship. Astra believed her and left with Lunar, knowing that without a mother the kit would starve but that it was better than both kits getting killed by Ivyclan. He found a hiding place outside Ivyclan territory and decided to stay there with Lunar for a while, not wanting his kit to die alone. However his son's loud cries drew the attention of two rogues who were nearby. They quickly found Astra and Lunar and took them to the rest of their group, telling him he's lucky that one of the she-cats also had a kit. Astra left his son with the nursing she-cat and spoke with the other rogues of the group, telling them why he had been alone with that small kit. He quickly learned that his former mate had lied to him and that as despicable the clans were, they wouldn't kill newborn kits just because one parent is a rogue. Astra swore to kill his former mate and raised Lunar to hate her and the clans as well. Learning about his biological mother caused Lunar to become even closer with the other rogues, especially the she-cat who had nursed him and his foster sibling. His hatred for his father's former mate grew stronger when Astra was killed by an Ivyclan patrol that she had been part of. With his last words Astra told Lunar that Solar had also been on that patrol and believes himself to be a clanborn cat, a revelation that made Lunar despise his biological mother and the rest of Ivyclan even more.

Yes, sadly xD If we don't have any Sun- prefix in Ivyclan yet maybe that could be part of his name. Still keeping the theme but slightly less obvious than leaving it unchanged. But something warmth or light related would work too I think. Too bad Brightmist is actually clan born, he's the same age as Lunar xD
