introduction
welcome to moonclan, sunclan, and skyclan: three ancient clans that have inhabited this land for as long as anyone can remember. these three clans have never known peace for very long, living in near constant tension with one another. there is always a conflict or two going on nearly at all times.
self-centered and egotistical, sunclan cats think that they are the best clan of the three. they are not above boasting and their prideful nature makes them nearly unbearable to the other two clans. like moonclan, these cats have a wide variety with their appearance.

all three clans are nestled rather tight together, taking on their own little sections. skyclan takes home on the open moorland. very few trees are scattered along their territory. the clan makes their camp at the edge of the moor where more trees provide better coverage. just south of the moor is a small twoleg farm, where skyclan is known to hunt chickens.
to the southwest of skyclan is the territory belonging to sunclan. a long stretch of trees makes up the majority of the territory. to the south is more open land that leads to the star cliffs.
up in the north is a much denser forest belonging to moonclan. they have very little open land in their territory and their forest is typically dark, even during the day where very little sunlight breeches the trees.
no cat is permitted to travel past the star cliffs. just past the mountains and the forest river is territory belonging to dangerous direwolves. to keep themselves safe, the clans never travel into the unknowns. in the north is the meeting starstone, where all three clans will meet every full moon for gatherings.

sunclan makes their camp in the middle of their forest, protected by thick trees on all side. just past the main entrance is a pond of drinking water and the sprout grove, where a few herbs the medicine cat needs grows. just past the sprout grove is where the leader and their mate sleep, with the prey pile right outside. the nursery and elder's den are in the southwest corner of the territory. strategically place, both dens have easy access to the secret tunnel, a low path covered in overhanging branches the provides a quick exit is an attack were to ever ensue. just past the drinking pond is the medicine cat's den, which is mostly open and more sprouts grow. in the southwest corner of the camp is the warrior's den. in the middle of the camp is a circle of trees that makes up the apprentice's den. the tall tree is where the leader makes announcements. the oracle's den is where medicine cat will go to talk with starclan every half moon. when the oracle's den is occupied, no cat is permitted to answer. when unoccupied, any cat is able to go and ask for messages from their ancestors. each clan has an oracle den.
