Border Introduction Roleplaying here is strictly meant to be carried out along the Border that connects Mossclan and Galeclan, This is so that if either clan is patroling the stretch of territory between these two areas, they can actually see and interact with one another if they so wish to, whether it's civilized or Border dispute related.
Cats traveling from Galeclan can and should use this board on the way to the Shimmering Cavern,
Additionally, should cats of different clans be meeting (albeit as naughty little Warrior code breakers, lol), or Loner/Rogues wandering where either clan can see them, this allows them a place to actually rp there interactions as long as they aren't going deep into one territory or another.

Border Details Clans Included;
{Mossclan} & {Galeclan}
For a general visual idea of what is contained within the Border, you can refer to the clan maps located on each clan Page;
Mossclan; Anything within the two Columns on the far right of the map is contained within the border and can be seen by Galeclan.

The Mountain Region;
The Northern part of the border contains the mountains, neither clan tends to patrol this area often except during Newleaf as Mossclan's camp is near the border during this time. Even so, Galeclan usually doesn't worry too much about the mountains this far west.
The mountains are almost entirely left alone during Leaf-bare due to the heavy snow and slippery surfaces making it too dangerous for most cats to traverse, and none can safely make the trip from either clan.
In Greenleaf, Twolegs can be found wandering around the mountains and thus caution is advised but the mountain forests are a good source of prey during this time.
Damp Grass Place Border;
The larger majority of the Border contains the transition between the Damp Grass Place to the Grassy Moorlands, thus the ground becomes progressively more spongy and wet towards Mossclan but less so towards Galeclan.
For Galeclan, this is the safest and easiest way to collect moss nearby camp, but the moss must be thoroughly dried in the sun.
The lower of the two Silver Lakes set the agreed middle-ground of the border. As cats logically can't scent the center of the lake, markers are generally place North and South of it, though rarely the coast of the lake might be scented as well. |
