Yea XD I would pick a random quote, and then use a wheel spin thing with all the names, and the wheel was very insistent about shipping Llewellyn and Yanser, with Llewellyn being morosexual, attracted to morons and morons exclusively. And yea it at least got right that Kerah enjoys messing with other people and that Yanser is a total idiot. Yes exactly, dog time moves faster after all if I remember right, so what might have just been a 3 hour battle might have been a whole year to sommie that doggo hadn't seen Ralston

Yea XD, guess generators want to choose the ships for us, but they can be the nice ooc meme ships if the generator wants it to be a thing, could be, or Ralston thinks about that and even leaving sommoe for three hours breaks his heart, and he needs to go prove to sommie that they will always come back

Guess who had some awful idea for more family issues yesterday! So, I was thinking about my characters and thought to myself 'hm, there's not enough angst in here'. I mean, I have nine characters (for now) and only Fáelán and Ronera have some kind of family issues. We can't have that now can we? Okay, not the reason I came up with more stuff, it just kind of happened xD
Anyway, so far only Fáelán, Jewel, Hias and Ajax have family fighting for the fell dragon. Hm. Now that I wrote that it does look like we have already a bunch of characters who have to fight their sibling or another relative. Oh well, one more can't hurt, right? So I was thinking, what if Marceau was actually the second child of Firene's king and queen? He had an older sister, six years older than him, who often tried to sneak out of the castle. The few times she succeeded in doing so she never got too far, her parents noticing pretty quick and sending some guards to get her. Well, one time, a few days after her brother was born, she did manage to get further from the castle, her mother too busy looking after him. When the parents did notice they sent some of their guards to find her and her father joined one of the search parties himself. No one found her though but they did find one of the guards dead, half-eaten by some monster and more bloodstains. From that they assumed that Maéva got attacked and eaten by the same monster. It took the king and the queen a few more years to begin to accept that and until then they still searched for her.
Well, the monster belonged to two Elusian spies. One of them felt bad for the little girl when that monster attacked her and stopped it from eating her. She even survived the attack thanks to that same spy but got scarred pretty badly. Anyway, the spies couldn't exactly let her go back to the castle, otherwise she could tell her parents what that monster looked like if she even remembered it. So they decided to take her to Elusia. At first she kept trying to flee, wanting to go back home, but soon gave up when she realized it was impossible. She kept hoping that her parents would come get her but since they though she was dead and didn't know she was alive in Elusia that never happened. Over the years she grew to resent them and also was made part of the Fell Dragon cult. Now she is a devoted follower and hates her former family. She made herself believe that her parents stopped caring about her once her brother was born (which isn't true since even now they hope they can find her, still not having fully accepted her 'death') and hates him for 'taking her place'. Marceau of course doesn't even know her, he was only a few days old when she disappeared after all. He heard about her though and when no one is watching he always goes to that place where she got attacked by that monster.
Anyway, Maéva goes by Jarún when she is part of any attacks on the other countries and hides her face. She only wants to show who she is when she gets to confront her parents or her brother. And no, she won't join the good guys even when she learns that they didn't knowingly abandon her. She's got in far too deep with the whole cult thing

As for mine, so far I have:
Marceau - Homosexual Homoromantic
Ronera - Homosexual Homoromantic
Fáelán - Asexual Demiromantic
Kirat - Bisexual Biromantic
Astor - Demisexual Homoromantic
Calais - Pansexual Demiromantic

Both are pretty good options! I'd say Lyncus though

Oh no xD Sounds like he'll be fun to have around! Less fun for those who have to put up with him (at least those who quickly grow tired of this) but that's what makes him even more fun

Yup, no straight ones so far. Even Maylis doesn't really count because while I think she's heterosexual she's also biromantic. And she'd blast everyone with fire or thunder who dares to call her straight. And wow, that makes one more character whose sexuality/romantic I've figured out xD The kitty is a bit more complicated. I don't think they have any preference but I also can't think of them as pan. But they're not ace or aro either. Not really. Might be Demisexual and perhaps some kind of grayromantic. Yeah, that sounds right. Now I'm almost done with everyone!

Yup! And hey, he's not the only crazy one, almost everyone is difficult to some degree xD

Only need to think about my baddies and I'm done. And I already know Fiore is pan (both sexual and romantic). As for Maéva, I have to think about her a bit more since she's my newest character and still have to get to know her better. But yeah, good question. Is anyone's age even listed in the game? Because I've found nothing so far. Only some datamined lists online. Going by that, let's say 16 is the youngest our characters can be. Most of them at least since even in the game there's two (Anna and Jean, 11 and 10 respectively) who are younger than that. As for oldest, maybe late twenties? And only very few who are even older?

And they'll all have to try and get along. Yup, it's gonna be a weird squad. Again xD

Yup, that's the list I looked up too. But wow, some ages were definitely surprising. Vander is younger than I thought. And I'm still not over the fact that Clanne and Framme are supposed to be 16. I thought they are 12, or 14 at most! Oh well xD But yeah, 16 to late twenties is good. And now that we've figured that out I can finally focus on everyone's ages!

Yup, we are incapable of creating a perfectly normal group xD And it's not just the good guys, I'm pretty sure our baddies are nuts too

I guessed most ages wrong but at least I got close enough to the actual number in most cases. And looks like Hias is one of our older ones then. My oldest character is Maéva (25). That makes her brother Marceau 19. As for everyone else, so far I'm only sure about Kirat (17) and Calais (21). Maylis is probably 16 since I already know she's one of my youngest characters. Ronera is either 16 or 17. Astor could be anywhere from 19-21. Fiore is probably 16. That's... almost everyone? Yay, two more to go. Well, technically 4 because I'm not entirely sure about Ronera and Astor yet and wait... the four I'm not sure about yet just happen to be my four laguz? Okay, cool xD

Yup, they're crazy so chances are our fell followers are weird too. I already know Fiore treats everyone who doesn't worship the fell dragon like shit. They definitely treat Fáelán like an animal instead of a person but not because he's a laguz but because he isn't a follower. Fiore definitely sees laguz as equal to humans. No such luck for anyone who opposes the fell dragon, Fiore views them as less than human (both actual humans and laguz) and doesn't try to hide it

Yea, how is Vander only 45? And Saphir only 35? And I can't believe that Veyle is supposed to be 16, she looks and sounds much younger, just like the dragon fanclub twins

yeah, I'm still not sure about the rest either. And now I'm also trying to think of more personal skills for everyone.
So far I only know that Calais is unaffected by terrain (doesn't get slowed down but also doesn't get higher avoid. Also takes less damage from hazardous terrain). Getting lost all the time has caused them to get used to walking and dancing pretty much anywhere xD
Fáelán both deals more and takes more damage when fighting against Elusians
Marceau either
- gets a bonus to a stat or two (haven't fully decided which ones yet but probably strength and speed) when he fights adjacent to a royal or retainer from another country
- gets a bonus to those stats when one of the other royals defeats an enemy (must stand within two spaces)
- grants allies (who are also listed under Firene) within two spaces a strength and speed boost whenever a royal from the other countries defeats an enemy

Yup, looks like our villains will be fun too! Maéva will probably try to stop the others from doing too crazy stuff but most of the time she'll only step in if Levia is being a bad influence to Fiore. The spy who saved her from that monster (but was also responsible for it even being there in the first place) kind of became a father figure to her over the years and he's also Fiore's dad. He's also one of the few Elusians who know who she actually is. Only the two spies and anyone who's of high rank in the cult knows. And Maéva herself of course. But everyone else only knows her as Jarún. She hasn't told Fiore yet even though she came to view them as a younger sibling. But yeah, if Levia is being a bad influence on them she'll step in. Not to stop her though. She just wants to be part of whatever weird plan she has to make sure it actually works

Yea, she really does seem like 12. But that's Engage for you! Those two old ones? They're only 45 and 35! And those three kids who look like 12? They're 16! So does that mean Jean and Anna are teenagers too? Nope, they're 10 and 11!

Same. I know we're not in any hurry to get anything done but I also kinda want to figure stuff out about my characters as soon as I can

I feel bad for any emblem they find xD Then again all of them have seen Neason in action. Either during missions or mock battles. So maybe it won't be that bad for them

Same. I mean, I only need to name Nereus and Natalie's personal skills but I still haven't done that. Hell, I haven't even named Tahvo's personal skill and I created him (and his skill) over a year ago xD I already dread doing that for my Engage characters. Thinking of skills is bad enough but naming them? Yikes xD

Yea, whatever Levia is doing, it's nothing the emblems haven't already seen before. And if it's something new after all it's nothing compared to what Neason does

Yea, I get that. Makes it really difficult. But speaking of skills, I just had a cursed thought today. Since Tahvo's personal skill doubles stat boosts gained from supports... The words 'Friends with benefits' came to mind xD He's ace though and while some are indifferent or open to sex he isn't. But I guess that doesn't matter, it makes the name even better. Yea no, I still can't name it that xD
