In your opinion, which cat(s) have the best overall character development? For example, while he was a minor character, I loved seeing Shrewtooth go from a timid, anxious warrior to a more confident one and being the cat who tracked down Sol out of genuine love and respect for Leafstar and his Clan. Or Longtail and Dustpelt starting off as just cats who existed to bully Firestar, but mellowing out and while staying critical of him as leader, did respect him and never held grudges.
Alternatively, character development can go both ways. Ashfur, who went from an arrogant, but well-meaning warrior to an unhinged sociopath with the powers of a god was entertaining.

Firestar. Granted, I'm very much biased in favor of him but even so, while he is also one of the most consistent characters in terms of his personality and actions/motivations, there was still character development on his part in regards to how he was always a good cat at heart but living with the Clans made him learn how to somewhat adapt to their ways while also still keeping true to his own principles and beliefs. His overcoming of paranoia/distrust in regards to Bramblekit/paw because of his father during TPB was a good moment for him as well.

Tallstar - Going from "I'm going to murder the dude who I blame for my dad's death" to, "Honestly, what's the point of killing the guy my dad gave his life to save, it's not like killing him is going to bring Sandgorse back to life"

Longtail. He's one of my favorite characters overall.

Clear Sky, though MFV sadly did him dirty.
