i dont like moonwatcher

I disagree with her being a self insert character but i get what ur saying. I think she got kinda butchered by tui. it didnt feel like she had a solid personality at any point in the books :/ like in her pov shes really nervous and quiet, wanting to be loved and accepted by her peers. then shes quiet but joking in winters pov, and I cant quote her exactly but she makes a joke that just felt completely out of line with her thought patterns and such, especially because shes constantly plagued with anxiety and we never got a sense of her joys and humor in her pov. I think perils pov is the worst offender when it comes to moonwatchers behavior though. ( granted its the one i just finished in my reread, so i cant say anything on turtle or qibli, but i will revisit moonwatcher and her issues when i do actually finish arc 2 lol ) in perils pov moon is just a ****. straight on. she treats peril HORRIBLY despite saying earlier that she doesnt believe dragons are truly evil. the whole scene of peril in Possibility meeting up with moon and qibli is genuinely so annoying to me. shes such a jerk to peril and she had none of these signs before???? she was sympathetic to sora despite her being a murderer and sympathetic to winter despite him being a HORRIBLE dragon upon their first meeting. i just dont understand where her hatred of peril comes in. shes never been one to see people so one sided and even admitted that herself. :/ and the way she interacts w the other members of her winglet later-on just makes me raise an eyebrow too. sigh. though nothing i say is really too solid-- at least until i complete my reread of arc 2
