Hello! This is the planning page for a Skyrim roleplay that is currently in the works. I need a bit of help deciding things, so if anybody could help me out, I'd appreciate it.

As for NPCS, We could have some be claimable and maybe certain roles like Jarls, Guild leaders greybeards ect. be regular NPCS

But for the Dragonborn, I feel that just spinning a wheel would be easier so that people don't vote for somebody based on how popular or good of friends they are, it'd kinda make it unfair.
