This The Broken Code box has been available ever since December 6th of this year. I had already pre-ordered it in early October (for some reason) but something went wrong with my order and it did not arrive on the estimated date of December 16th. So I cancelled the order altogether and will now wait until the new year (ordering it again in January of 2023) so the waiting time doesn't seem as long (most of the options would only arrive mid January anyways) and also because I'm still a little mad tbh (wanted to read it during Christmas time). That isn't the first time it happened this year btw, I already had a similar problem while ordering Exile from ShadowClan and Sky. So this is technically a lesson for me to not pre-order books (or stuff in general) too soon. As a disclaimer, I'm fully aware and understanding of the fact that a lot of services are currently lacking in terms of having enough staff and that the usually stressful christmas delivery times might have also played a part in this particular case. But enough about me learning my lesson lol. Has anyone else ordered this box or is planning on doing so? I know some people have already gotten theirs due to reading a few reviews on other sites. Say hello to Bramblestar's floating head from the ALitM cover being used as the full box art here lmao.

I found this box set in a Books-A-Million a week before the Dec. 6 release. It contained the only copy of TPONS I've ever found that doesn't have the annoying factory flaw crease down the front of the book where the pages meet the spine.

Update: My box set of TBC finally arrived in the mail today! It was originally supposed to get to me on January 19th but it seems that I got lucky in having it with me a few days earlier. I originally wanted to make a seperate thread for this but then remembered that other thread of mine from back in late December of (now) last year (hello 2023) which already existed. Might still make a seperate one yet though in order to document my reading journey of The Broken Code. Sort of a book by book review but all in one thread instead of six seperate ones. Because I tend to read books quicker and sometimes cannot stop until having read at least two or three in a single day when there is a whole box to go through and the plot is interesting. Which will certainly be the case here. I already know what happens for each book (from the spoiler threads and wiki articles) but am still excited to read it for myself and then gather my thoughts about it on here. Say hello to Bramblestar's floating head (weird how it says sixth series instead of seventh though which probably just has to do with them counting DotC as a seperate prequel arc and not as part of the other ones set in the modern timeline but still):
