I think she would have stayed in Thunderclan and ended up becoming mates with Bumblestripe.

she'd be much happier and grow into her own. maybe if tigerII wasnt in the picture at all, she would have been able to confide in bumblestripe later on about her powers and prophecy, and who knows how their relationship would have changed bc of that?

That means another ShadowClan warrior instead for the beaver trip.
Potentially some ShadowClan deaths since no herbs would be around.
Tigerheart’s sections would just be relevant to Ivypool, so perhaps there would be some friendship there as Tigerheart was also against the DF.
For later series events, ShadowClan would stay as one and wouldn’t have dissolved into SkyClan since Tigerheart would be around full time. Perhaps Rowanstar would even remain as leader with his son’s help and presence? (Bramblestar would potentially handle the Sisters better since he wouldn’t be risking angering his nephew here and Rowanstar would be more reasonable, although I do think Tigerheart would pull something against the Sisters.)
(Would also mean no TigerXDove kits. Also Berryheart’s litter would never return to ShadowClan alongside her mate and Slatefur.) So new character povs for both TBC and ASC respectively. (Perhaps one of Yarrowleaf’s kits gets manipulated by Ashfur instead, since I don’t remember many of ShadowClan having younger cats at this time.)
ASC would go to Whistlepaw for a WindClan pov and ShadowClan lacking in younger cats around Sunbeam’s age, unless we went with a StoneXGrass kit or one of Yarrowleaf’s.
