I will be taking a look at hated cats and telling you why they should exist in context to in universe and there Descendents who saved the clans.
Thistleclaw my least favorite characters he's so bad but withought him whitestorm would not be born so then sorreltail would not have been born so then cinderheart would not have been born fernsong then bristlefrost who saved all the cats so the clans would of been dead withought his bloodline also the code would not have changed if the cats did live. Also no spotfur to start the rebels.
