I think she did not really report back enough of the information she got from the Dark Forest to the Three or even found out as much. Although her spying itself as in pretending to be on the side of the evil spirits was quite decent on its own in my opinion.

She did a decent job disguising herself as a spy while in the dark forest. But let her personal feelings and emotions impede her from reporting necessary information. Such as neglecting to report which cats were training in the Dark Forest to avoid potentially ruining their reputation or causing rifts with certain relationships, like her father for example.
