If the Dark Forest played a role in the first 2 arcs like it did later in the series what would you have liked to see? What cats do you think might have trained with them or decided to follow the Dark Forest instead of StarClan? How would it have influenced major plot points in this/your version of this AU? Would you rather an active DF or a passive DF more akin to how StarClan was passive back then?
If anyone fights on this thread I'm going to unhinge my jaw and eat all of you. |

Personally, I’d like an arc when one clan, preferably not ShadowClan since they’ve been in to many evil situations, to some how end up worshipping The Dark Forest instead of StarClan. It would be like the Sol situation but much worse. Considering RiverClan currently has no leader (or from what I’m at in the books they don’t) it would be interesting to see them get into something like that. I only meant the first series and possibly the new prophecy but that sounds interesting too. |

I mean, we did already see the start of how the Dark Forest became slowly but surely involved in the plot during the second half of the second arc when Brambleclaw met up in it to train with his evil dad and bro (something I'm still mad about due to him having previously rejected Tigerstar at the end of the first arc). But yeah, I'd still prefer a slow rise of the DF rather than reveal them too soon. Especially not in the first arc since the focus of that one was still more on the "realistic" aspects of Clan life and not even StarClan was getting that much involved at this point.
