Puddleshine! He was forced to become a medicine cat, got two months of training, and then had to deal with a major epidemic by himself, quickly followed by the collapse of ShadowClan, annexation into SkyClan, and then nearly dying when his Clan got reinstated. All of this was in the span of...a year? Year and a half? He just couldn't catch a break in AVoS.

His sister and brother were drowned when they wanted to leave The Kin. His father, Spikefur, fled with the Kin alongside Yarrowleaf and Sleekpelt, with him dying amongst The Kin. And his only remaining sibling, Slatefur has had a recent litter of kits that could have also been threatened by greencough. So his nieces and nephews were in potential danger alongside his leader’s children. |

Sasha. Her story is just so sad and lonely. I'm not very sure how much "credit" she deserves, but I feel she needs more love.

Larkwing (BS) I feel she’s one of those background characters who has something going on for her, although it’s not exactly addressed. This is an example of what I want to see more in the series and this is what I meant with giving a background character a story and/or personality. Juniperclaw, Snowtuft, Silverhawk, Sparrowfeather, Redwillow, Maggottail-the true heroes in the Light in the Mist in the battle with Ashfur the cats treated like crap who made past mistakes and despite that sacrificed everything in defense of the clans. Juniperclaw is now one of the most powerful cats in the Warriors universe, and yet he is one of the most selfless cats in general. His only desire is to see all of the clan's thrive and to protect them from dark forces. Despite the extreme amount of power he has he only wants to protect others to make up for the mistakes he made which is why he was chosen as the first border guardian.

Beetlewhisker and Icewing. Beetlewhisker was killed by Brokenstar while trying to leave the dark forest because Brokenstar was talking bad about the dark forest. Icewing, his mother, had to WATCH and couldn’t say anything when everyone in RiverClan were wondering where he was.

Tbf, the latter three only helped because they wanted Ashfur out so the DF would go back to normal. I wouldn't say they "sacrificed everything in defense of the clans", it was purely self-preservation. |

They already didn't like Ashfur to begin with and just hopped on the train to get rid of him when the opportunity came and more evidence towards Ashfur's selfishness was uncovered. |

Brackenfur, not a lot of people look at his story before he became mates with Sorreltail. But its really intresting. He lost his father, Lionheart, when he was a kit, and both his sisters received devestating wounds. And comforts to Whitepaw (whitewing) when she was an apprentice and lost her parents. I wonder how that would've worked since Whitepaw was his niece?
