Should prophecies and omens appear more in the series again like in TPB, or a little of them at least? Or would it not be necessary?

Sure, as long as it’s sufficiently vague. I felt like the prophecies in Po3/OOTS were too specific and were of course about ~magic powers~. Something much more basic that heralds doom but is still up for interpretation would be great.
E.g. “Fire alone will save the clan” was obv about Firestar, but what he was saving the clan from was unclear. Also his dreams from StarClan were often quite unnerving (the faceless, fading queen, the pile of cat bones, etc).

Yes.
I like the "subtle" ones (at least they aren't spelled out in actual words), like Cinderpelt finding maggots in Bluestar's food or Barkface seeing red in the clouds and knowing this meant an unnecessary death.

I like what they did in the first arc, with one or two cats knowing the prophecy but it's not guiding their actions or anything. It's just vague knowledge in the back of their heads. Also only having one prophecy per arc. I don't like when they suddenly have a new one in the last book.

Yes definitely! As long as it’s vague enough to be interesting because it’s left up for interpretation. I really liked the “blood will spill blood and the river will run red.” Because what exactly blood and blood meant was unclear until it was shown it meant kin. And as someone else said, the omens and prophecies in the first arc was the way to go. They were unnerving to see, especially the pile of bones and blood pool like I think? Immediately after Firestar’s nine lives ceremony? But the way that it doesn’t guide every thing they do, like it seemed to be in Po3. Plus the omens were always so cool! I miss them That mystical and mysterious, as well as creepy feeling when a medicine cat finds a dreadful omen, or a protag gets an interesting and vague prophecy.
