I had to do a double-take when I didn’t notice Thistleclaw on the list. There’s several scenes throughout the books he’s featured in(outside of SpH) that highlight him showing immense delight and satisfaction getting aggressive and ripping into Cats. And of course Spottedleaf’s Heart exists. But suppose from the list I’d say tied between Ashfur & Darktail

Thistleclaw (especially in Spottedleaf's novella), Ashfur (specifically in TBC towards Shadowsight and Squirrelflight but also before that in this one SqH scene he is in with Hollyleaf) and Darktail (just an overall creepy vibe in all of his appearances including the ones with Hawkwing from his SE and Violetshine whenever she interacted with him in AVoS).
