the foundation of the relationship (he's older than her, they began meeting when she was still an apprentice and was too easy to manipulate using her emotions; she was desperate to reconnect with the beaver journey cats and tigerheart used that), the drama (back and forth of breaking up, getting back together, fighting, breaking up again, etc.), the prolonged will they wont they that damaged dovewings mentality of how she saw herself and others (mainly bumblestripe who was a victim of this bc of how she thought about him; once again its not bumbles fault hes not like tigerheart).
they r unhealthy. i dont care how nice they r now that shes in shadowclan. the bulk of their relationship sucked.

After all the drama from the start of their relationship, I would say they are one of the healthiest in the series. They're cute too.

About as healthy as stepping in front of a rattlesnake, or sticking your hands into a beehive. only reason it’s not problematic anymore is because Dovewing is about as reactionary and monotonous as a Club Soda that’s been left out for a week, and is completely deprived of carbonation. The needless drama and toxicity should of ended in OoTS and never been exhumed from its grave. Dovewing was a better character without Tigerheart and her growth far more interesting when it wasn’t been butchered and suffocated by her romance subplots.

I take no issue with the relationship itself. Dovewing handling how she tried to move on from it was ****ing awful though. Bumblestripe might be an utter shitter but that doesn't change that she treated him pretty poorly. So in that sense, it wasn't all that healthy.

Tigerheart kidnapped her sister I still can't get over that. I like Dovewing but she needs to get a better taste in mates xD

Not at all, imo. Tigerheart became interested in her and started meeting her in secret when she had not even been named an apprentice for that long and he had been a warrior for at least a few moons already. The fact that this does not get talked about enough to this day or is even getting excused still in some parts of the fandom while people then criticize other pairings with similar starting age gaps (and rightfully so but still) pisses me off to no end. The double standard and hypocrisy is real with this one.
Getting back to the problems with TigerDove though, he manipulated her and used the trust she had in him due to their friendship for his own gain with the catmint situation (when Littlecloud could have just asked Jayfeather instead) and then was treating her coldly long after she had rejected him in AVoS before they got back together there. He also needed an awful amount of time to decide following her after she had left Clan territory being pregnant with his kits. And while I do understand that the decision to abandon his Clan which was currently falling apart at the time was not easy for him, the fact that she literally asked for his help and he was unsure about helping her at first despite him being the father of her kits just did not sit right with me.
Sure, they seem like a healthy and happy couple now that they are both in ShadowClan. But the road to even get there was just way too rough for me to ever start liking them together (or Tigerheart/star in particular for that matter) now. Also, the fact that Dovewing's role has seemingly been reduced to that of "Tigerstar's mate and mother of his kits" without having anything to do outside of that (except for being shown to support Shadowsight and also getting labeled as a codebreaker in TBC) just does not seem fair to her as a character. Overall, I would even go as far as to say that Dovewing's story got very much ruined by her having Tigerheart/star as her ultimate love interest whom she ended up with.
