I’m guessing either the fifth or the sixth. The next leader will likely be decided in the either the fourth or the fifth book.

In ASC #6. Still hoping it will somehow be Frostpaw. Although there will most certainly be some more drama and pehaps even a fake villain leader (please be Splashtail) before that conclusion finally happens.
