Oakheart x Bluestar- 5/10. very in the middle for me. i don't really care about them. they had a little one night stand, and in the grand shceme of things, their relationship isn't anything special except for the kits that resulted from it.
Yellowfang x Raggedstar- 1/10. simply put, they r absolutely toxic.
Graystripe x Silverstream- 5/10. i dont like this ship, but it's not as bad as others.
Crowfeather x Leafpool- 7/10. my bias ship. but they r not super high score just bc i fully acknowledge the flaws of how this ship was written. i wish it was better.
Firestar x Spottedleaf- 2/10. bad ship with no development when she was alive. it's creepy and weird and it gets worse once she dies.
Feahtertail x Crowfeather- 6/10. i dont like this ship, but for what it was (a little crush imo), its not nearly as bad as others. i just dont take it as the true love that CT paints it as (to me, leaf x crow is the true love for crowfeather).
Lionblaze x Heathertail- 3/10. started out cute but quickly went down the drain.
Tigerheart/star x Dovewing- 5/10. i hated it with a passion in OotS & ThS (would rate that a 2/10). i dont like this ship, but now that the drama is over, they r ok i guess. i just wish it never happened, but oh well.
Jayfeather x Half Moon- 4/10. i dont like half moon or this ship anymore, but it's not garbage at least.
Bristlefrost x Rootspring- 1/10. horrible development on bristlefrost's side of things. horribly forced and contrived. hate it with a passion. wish it was never a thing at all.

Bristlefrost x Rootspring- 7/10 Biased here but they're pretty cute, disappointed with how they were in Book 5 but other than that I love them.

I actually love this couple, although I would have liked some more development, especially on Bluestar's part.
Yellowfang x Raggedstar - 3/10
They had their moments when they were kids, but let's be honest, Raggedstar never really matured. He was horrible to Yellowfang, and I'm glad their relationship apparently ended at last.
Graystripe x Silverstream - 9/10
A total classic.
I love them, their relationship felt so genuine when I read Fire and Ice and Forest of Secrets all those years ago. And imo they're waaay better than Gray x Millie.
Crowfeather x Leafpool - 2/10
Probably my least favorite couple in the entire series. The only redeemable thing was their closure in CT and they butchered that too in ALitM. Thanks, Kate.
Firestar x Spottedleaf - 2/10

I like these two together, and though their relationship could have been handled in a better way, I still like them. Pretty overhated if you ask me.
Bristlefrost x Rootspring - 10/10
I don't get why you guys insist on saying that Bristlefrost's feelings for Rootspring were forced. She was struggling with a lot of things, and was insecure about her love. It's something that I can perfectly understand. They actually had development on both parts before their confession scene even happened, unlike some couples... Right, LeafCrow?

Don't agree with the op but everyone else likes bristleroot so that's great!
Blueaok. 3/10 no chemistry. It was more of. Oooo this guy is cool I like him more than the sweetest guy in the world who did not deserve your treatment. If you could not tell Bluestars one of my least favorite characters. Oakhearts alright I wouldn't say I like him but fine. There relationship was only like a chapter. One meating boom there deeply In love. Not saying you have to marry the thrushpelt of the situation but still is it really wise to sneak away with a guy you just met.
Yellowragged 0/10 horrible abusive relationship. Raggedstar is so bad.
Graysilver 4/10 I don't like it. It's. rushed and I can't believe people want him to get back together with her over his mate for life. Like what. She was onlly there to die and be anoying.
Crowleaf 9.5/10 almost perfect. It was a little rushed but you can see what type crowfeather falls for. A cat who is willing to listen and love him even though he's mean sometimes. Leafpool has to go back like the responsible cat she is and still loves her shown in crowfeathers trial and squirrelflights hope.
Bristleroot 10/10 a perfect relationship. They live each other but they don't let it distract them. They stay loyal to there clan and have real conversations about what they are going to do about this. They are responsible and there was lots of bild up to the confession. Would you expect bristlefrost to be thinks of rootspring every second while her clans in danger no she is the most brave strong and smart cat in warriors but is also gulible easily emotionaly swaid and proud all interesting traits that contrast Rootsprings more. Brashness unable to come up with solutions but his openness to new ideas. They make such a cute cuple and deserved to be happy. Bristlefrost should of lived. Shes my favorite character!

Awful, Raggedstar was so mean to Yellowfang, wish this ship never happened.

Not my favorite, but I like this ship, I think they were a cute couple.
Crowfeather x Leafpool- 4/10
Not the worst, but still a pretty bad one. It was like one minute they were nuetral towrds eachother, and then Leafpool and Crowfeather have left the Clans to be together. What?? Yeah, there wasn't any devolopment there.
Firestar x Spottedleaf- 1/10
No, this one is the worst. So creepy. They barley even talked when Spottedleaf was alive. And they were in love when she was dead, so weird.
Feahtertail x Crowfeather- 7/10
This one is good, much better than LeafxCrow. There was some development and even though they were never mates, they were a good ship. I think it would have been nice if Feathertail had lived and they became mates instead of Leafpool and Crowfeather.
Lionblaze x Heathertail- 5/10
I thought they were cute as apprentices, but I'm glad they never became mates. Not the worst, but definitley not the best either.
Tigerstar two x Dovewing- 9/10
Very good! I really like this ship, I think they are the perfect couple.
Jayfeather x Half Moon- 2/10
Really bad, I don't like this one, I though it was really weird how Jayfeather and Halfmoon were together, since Halfmoon is ancient and had been dead for a ling time before they met.
Bristlefrost x Rootspring- 9/10
I think they were adorable!! I like this ship!! I really wish that Bristlefrost had lived and they could have had kits together and a whole life together.

I’ll only really note my full opinion on YellowXRagged as it’s weirdly high. But despite the fact the pairing itself is a pile of garbage because that’s what Raggedstar is. It’s the only forbidden relationship that we know of that is not cross Clan which makes it unique amongst all of the other pairings.

Oakheart x Bluestar - 7/10 Moreso in their afterlife.
Yellowfang x Raggedstar - 1/10 The leader x med concept is interesting but this ship is toxic.

I'm gonna preface this by saying I really don't like the forbidden romances, so all of my scores are gonna be pretty low, even when I'm trying to be generous.
Oakheart x Bluestar- 5/10 - This one honestly isn't too bad. It did feel a bit sudden to me, and it didn't get as much development as maybe it deserved, but part of me did really like that it was more or less a hookup. Obviously they both cared for each other, but they only spent one night together, and then went on their way and never really saw each other again (at least in that way). I'm not necessarily a fan of this one, but it's not bad. I don't hate it.
Yellowfang x Raggedstar- 2/10 - I wanna start by saying that I loved that this relationship had solid development in Yellowfang's Secret. It was really, really clear to see their path to becoming mates, unlike a lot of these other romances (particularly ones with POV characters). That being said, this relationship was super toxic and unhealthy. A very solid example of how not to do relationships irl. So while I do like the development, and I do enjoy reading the story (yeah, I'm one of those weirdos who really likes Yellowfang's Secret), it's still a bad relationship.
Graystripe x Silverstream- 6/10 - This was the OG forbidden romance, the first time we ever saw a forbidden romance in the series. So I have to give it props for that. We didn't get to see this romance from either of their POV's though, so it's really hard to judge the development of it. That being said, Silverstream's death was the first time I cried reading this series (not because I cared for her, because I really didn't, but rather because of Graystripe's devastating reaction), and it still makes me emotional, so at the very least it is very clear just how much Graystripe loved Silverstream. This is probably one of the better forbidden romances, maybe partly because it's not constantly shoved down our throats since neither partner was a POV character during their relationship.
Crowfeather x Leafpool- 1/10 - I hate this one. It really didn't have any development at all, and it drives me crazy that it's one of the favored forbidden romances in the series. It was super rushed, it seemed to come completely out of nowhere. It just didn't work. Crowfeather was still devastated by Feathertail's death, Leafpool was more or less a rebound for him to get over her (I know I'm gonna get hate for that, but I stand by it). And on Leafpool's end, she just wanted to feel valued after feeling like Cinderpelt was pulling away and Brightheart was taking over her job. In my opinion, these two had no real chemistry, and I'm not convinced they even really had feelings for each other - they both just really loved the idea of being in love, and more or less used each other to get them away from bad/uncomfortable situations.
Firestar x Spottedleaf- 3/10 - Firepaw's little kid crush on Spottedleaf was cute, but it was never really anything more than that. They never had the chance to really get to know each other, there were no reciprocated feelings (while Spottedleaf was alive, at least). And Firestar really should've let go of his feelings for Spottedleaf once he got together with Sandstorm (though I will admit, I do like how Firestar's Quest actually addressed this issue).
Feathertail x Crowfeather- 5/10 - Honestly, this is the only one of Crowfeather's romances that I don't hate. Crowfeather and Feathertail clearly cared about each other. They both felt like outcasts - Feathertail felt like an outcast in her Clan, and Crowfeather felt like an outcast among the other journeying cats - so they did kind of fit together. I would've liked to see more development, but there wasn't a ton of space for there to be development, and I did enjoy the way it all turned out. I'm not sure I would've liked this one as much had Feathertail survived.
Lionblaze x Heathertail- 4/10 - I don't hate this one. I liked their apprentice friendship and never really shipped them. Their friendship and DarkClan were cute, and honestly, I really liked the way it ended. I liked how Heathertail held onto her saltiness over it and how they never fully forgave each other for everything, but were ultimately able to move on with other cats that fit each of them a lot better.
Tigerheart/star x Dovewing- 2/10 - I tried so hard to not let my hatred for Tigerheart overshadow my opinions on this relationship, but man is it a bad one. It was painful to read in OOTS, and Tigerheart's SE is one of the worst. Neither one of them seemed to ever be able to decide what they wanted, to be together or be part of their Clan. I am glad that they ultimately resolved it so we don't have to keep reading the painful bs we had to deal with in OOTS, but I'll forever be annoyed at all that time lost reading about this relationship.
Jayfeather x Half Moon- 5/10 - I don't really consider this one a forbidden relationship? I mean, it only existed when Jayfeather had those flashbacks of the Ancients. In the time period they were together, Jayfeather wasn't really a medicine cat, nor were they in different Clans or anything like that. That being said, it's not the best developed relationship out there. It was nice to see Jayfeather soften up through his time with her, though.
Bristlefrost x Rootspring- 5/10 - This one isn't bad. My big issue with it is how Bristlefrost seems to go from thinking of Rootspring as an annoying kid to someone she was in love with practically overnight. The development of Rootspring's feelings was very well done, and once they did decide they loved each other, their approach to the relationship was very mature and healthy, which was a nice change of pace from literally every other forbidden romance in the series. Especially for how young they were, they approached the topic of their relationship like adults, and that made it pretty cool to read. And Bristlefrost's double death at the end was admittedly heartbreaking, though Rootspring's response in the moment was a bit disappointing. Aside from the development of Bristlefrost's feelings, I do feel like this was a pretty well done relationship. I think, similar to Crowfeather x Feathertail, that I probably wouldn't like it as much had Bristlefrost survived. I guess I really like the Shakespearean tragedy of it all when it comes to forbidden romances lol.

Oakheart x Bluestar: 5/10, my friend really liked them back when we read the series together so naturally I liked them a bit too. Also they were the parents of some of my favorite cats. I don't really like the ship now though.
Yellowfang x Raggedstar: 2/10. I remember not hating this ship? But based on what people are saying here, I must be remembering it incorrectly. So I'll lower the score.
Graystripe x Silverstream: 2/10. Didn't really care about them much.
Crowfeather x Leafpool: 9/10. I am extremely biased here. I loved this ship back then, and I still have a soft spot for them now.
Firestar x Spottedleaf: 3/10. What was the point of this? I don't mind the idea of young Firepaw crushing on the ThunderClan medicine cat, but it was a little weird when Spottedleaf refused to let go.
Feathertail x Crowfeather: 6/10. Didn't really care about it when I first read the series, but now I think it's pretty cute.
Lionblaze x Heathertail: 1/10. Don't like Lionblaze so I'm already biased against it. Felt pretty pointless, another unnecessary forbidden romance forced into the story.
Tigerheart/star x Dovewing: 5/10. Didn't like them in OOTS, it felt like a typical forbidden romance. Nowadays though, they're dedicated and loving parents who really care about their kids (maybe a bit too much in some cases), so I have to give them a higher score.
Jayfeather x Half Moon: 1/10. Sorry, I don't see why this ship needed to happen. Jayfeather was completely fine as a single cat who never felt the urge to have a mate - or even feel romantic feelings in general (AKA ace representation). And it was a little odd with the whole time travel situation. So yeah, not a fan.
Bristlefrost x Rootspring: 3/10. Liked their maturity, didn't care much about the ship. Would've been better if Bristlefrost didn't develop a crush on Root. At the very least, I wish she could've developed those feelings more slowly.

Haven't read any of the books that these ships take place in, so take my opinion with the smallest grain of salt lmao
Oakheart x Bluestar: 4/10, Don't have much to say about their relationship, other than "eh" could be better but at least it isn't entirely either character y'know entire schtick
Yellowfang x Raggedstar: 0/10, Not a fan of it whatsoever
Graystripe x Silverstream: 3/10, Cute for a few seconds but they didn't know each other all that much from what I know, and it's rather generic imo, "Oh my StarClan you saved me! Now I must have an undying love for you because you saved me!"
Crowfeather x Leafpool: 2/10, Not a fan of itx2 esp with how Crowfeather more or less used her as a rebound not to mention how neither of them seemed to really get over one another, like okay love is powerful I get that but like I swear they're like the two exes who want to get back together but have valid reasons as to why not, only to continue to flirt with one another anyway, wvbnewvnb please
Feathertail x Crowfeather: 3/10, Not a fan of itx3 I get bonding can be powerful and all that but it just seems so sudden??
Lionblaze x Heathertail: 4/10, Cute as apps but I'm happy they got over one another early on
Tigertwo x Dovewing: 2/10, Again with the whole "I can't get over you", seriously Dovewing has seen how this man works, and breaks up with him only to get back together with him...Why
Jayfeather x Half-Moon: 0/10, Not needed at all, Jay my boy she's dead and has been dead for well over 300+ years, it's like dating a dude from the 1600s, you both are from entirely different eras of time

I rate these based purely on how fun they were to read, not whether they make sense.
Blue x Oak - 4/10 - They're okay but it basically happened overnight. Girl met a handsome tom once and got knocked up. It's sweet they're together in StarClan, though.
Yellow x Ragged - 0/10 - Nobody likes them
Gray x Silver - 5/10 - Points for the tragic factor. Silverstream was annoyingly naive af, though.
Crow x Leaf - 10/10 - Absolutely off the drama charts, straight out of a Shakespeare play, extremely entertaining
Fire x Spotted - 4/10 - Tragic points. Otherwise it'd be meh.
Feather x Crow - 5/10 - Would never have worked but the angsty melodrama was fun
Lion x Heather - 7/10 - Very interesting, specifically bc they were so young, broke it off, and turned nasty
Tiger x Dove - 1/10 - *Yawn* Repetitive drama that was cycled too much
Jay x Half - 3/10 - Unneeded but Jay's conflict to stay in the past and have the "normal life" he wanted was compelling
Bristle x Root - 4/10 - It's not *bad* but if Bristle hadn't died for him they would have been extremely bland

My tolerance for forbidden romances has become dangerously stretched thin. So this will tend to be skewered in a very negative fashion.
BluexOak. 4/10 ~ Nothing horrible, but could of been developed a lot better.
YellowxRagged. 0/10 ~ Shocker!
GrayxSilver 7/10. Gets bonus points for nostalgia, being the first forbidden couple. And Gratstripe’s reaction to Silverstream’s death still gets me emotional. Though Silverstream’s naivety was absolutely astronomical surrounding the situation lol.
LeafxCrow. 9/10 ~ the drama and tension was unmistakably high. And yes their development was certainly rushed. But golly was it a rollercoaster of entertainment. And I think they’d have worked out given the opportunity.
LionxHeather. 6/10 they were cute for what it’s worth.
TigerxDove. 1/10 ~ complete, utter irredeemable garbage. Repetitive, drawn out, and sincerely a detriment to both of their characters as a whole. Their incompatible at best, and downright toxic at worst. They don’t compliment the other……and their relationship just really disgusts me.
BristlexRoot. 3/10 ~ this one is comical with how contrived it felt front to finish. And just become mind-numbingly nauseating to read through with how both their chapters became nothing but one gushing over the other constantly. Like I very other aspect of their characters got shelved in order to saturate the narrative with how incredible their mediocrely fabricated romance was. Sure, I suppose they had more on-screen development some of the others. But considering their both protagonists, instead of being BG characters like some of the others, and the narrative consistently shoveling how magnificent of a romance theirs was down the readers throat. Only for there to be like 3-4, maybe 5 scenes this 2 actually spend together? None of which are particularly romantic or private, or would facilitate either really getting to know the other. Yet it’s treated like they’ve known each other for an exceptional amount of time. And have gotten to know the other really well. When in reality they spent a whole 2 days during their trip to find the sisters to actually get to know the other. And comparing them to GrayxSilver which was mostly done off-screen, considering how often Graystripe was slacking as a mentor and noted to be absent from camp in Fire&Ice, think it’s fair to say they had more private, intimate conversations/encounters etc then BristlexRoot, and likely knew the other much better then Bristlefrost and Rootspring did.
