Pumpkinheart in Warriors Den with Stagpelt (?)
As Pumpkinheart entered the den, she headed for her nest. She did a few circles and then curled up. Now in the warm comfort of her nest, she started drifting off to sleep.
Eveninglight in Forest with Raccoonspirit
"Interesting," she meowed. Eveninglight wondered how the kittypets also knew what they were called, or if they just kind of made up names for the stuff.
(Sorry for replying late! I was having a stressful week. Hope I didn't miss anything too important! I have Streamstar, Sunnysky, Snakesong, Darkpelt, Flowerpaw, and Lucky open at the moment. Streamstar is taking a nap though.)

Sunpaw made his way back into camp, after spending most of the day in the forest. He hoped it would mean there wouldn't be time to train, and not seeing his mentor in the camp helped calm him down. It wasn't that he disliked training, but since the twolegs took his mother after she saved him from being taken, he grew to be afraid that the incident will happen again, a pit of guilt growing in his stomache at the thought of another clanmate getting taken because of his inexperience. Shaking out his fur, he saw Bubblepaw by the Elder's den cleaning it out of the old moss. Heading over to her. "Do you need any help," he asked, waving his tail in silent greeting to her.

He had only done elder's den duty once before, and while it was only Talongaze at the moment, the grumpy cat didn't make the task any easier. "Let's get to it then, I'm sure you have other stuff you want to do," he said, setting the moss he took down briefly, before reclaiming it into his mouth.

Bubblepaw gave an automatic nod to Sunpaw's words. She thought about admitting not having anything else in mind but decided to keep it to herself as they were already beginning to move the moss. Carrying the moss along with Sunpaw made the task much easier. Once they were out of camp, she disposed the old moss with him and then turned to Sunpaw. "Where's moss?" she asked, the words tumbling out of her mouth as she got slightly tongue-tied. "I mean, where's the best place to find new moss?" |
