I had a bit of an idea for Redwave/the general plot and wanted your opinion! There are a few ways it could go:
In his disarray, Redwave happens upon a rogue. Somehow, the two end up conversing. The rogue seems to have knowledge of the clan and a knack for saying the right things, which allows him to worm his way into Redwave's dastardly plot. It's not like Redwave to let a stranger in without good reason - this rogue would surely be used to his advantage. Somewhere along the way the two grow close as they scheme against Coconutfall and the clan, and this is where the plot can diverge in many ways:
1. The rogue has, secretly, had a plan all on his own to overthrow the clan and claim it as his own - he merely used Redwave as a tool. When this becomes evident, Redwave actually saves Coconutfall from the rogue. The road to a father-son bond recovery begins and the rogue is either killed dramatically or escapes (for future plot purposes).
2. The pair have strong feelings for each other and when their plan fails they escape together; no one knows where they go but they are on alert. Who knows when, how, or if they might return...
3. Instead of pursuing a murderous plan, the rogue encourages Redwave to leave altogether and encourages him to pursue his own leadership in his own clan. (This is probably the most elaborate plot, so depends how you want to play it Cx)
Either way, I thought it would be a good idea to throw someone at Redwave so that he isn't alone in his scheming! The rogue also doesn't have to be a rogue, it could be a clan cat, if we had too many rogues.
Lemme know what you think or if you had other ideas! I just thought I'd throw it out there! I was thinking it would be fun to RP someone who was evil or who had ill-intentions >:3

ohhh man, all these ideas sound really fun to explore, especially because Red does need a few more cats on his side since right now I think he's mostly just got Dusk and Gecko. He's got a good group of elders for him if anything xD
he does also have Jacaranda, at least up until the point he throws murder into the whole scheme, but yeah!! i think it would be a fun idea for Red to have somebody on the same wavelength as him for it all and im down to explore any of those options
&& i'll try to get a reply up for vanilla/rook sometime later! gonna be busy soon but i do love their little friendship, it's really cute ;w;

Feathertalon ; well, i'll make a 'bad guy' too and we can see how it goes! i'm actually thinking it might make more sense if it's a clan cat already. i'm thinking maybe a cat who seems bright and outgoing but always has bad underlying intentions. Tealraven ; sandheart is currently having a moment with mintsong! although, is jacarandabloom asking cats now or in the next day in-rp?

I don't really believe in setting a character limit, just make sure to rp all characters and develop them out~ and to keep your genders relatively even, so I'd ask to make this new character a tom is all
So you could totally make that character!

Jaggedscar - 20 moons old - scout - tom
A tall, massive jet black tom with piercing amber eyes which can appear red sometimes. He has a long scar running from his forhead to the corner of his mouth.

After a horrific incident from when he was a kit, he quickly went from being his father's favourite to being overlooked. Ever since then he has tried hard to impress his father, however, nothing was good enough in his eyes. He developed a burning hatred towards his father, and a deep love for his mother who was one of the only cats to believe he was ever good enough. His father passed away during his late apprenticeship due to drowning, and his mother passed away of illness around six moons ago. He has since become a bad cat. He has plans to take over the Clan by pretending to like Coconutfall and be by his side frequently, until he tries murdering him and Tigerpaw at some point. His mindset includes "If I was hurt, everyone else deserves to hurt too."

I could age her down to be a warrior since the Counselors haven't had a very big role yet. She could def be one of Red's gang

I created her with the rebellious old lady archetype in mind. She's the type to poke her nose into everything and try to sneak out of camp and do warrior things despite being the oldest(?) cat in the Clan. so she'll probably get killed in the process of Red's coup or whatever but it's fine
Maybe I will still make 1 (one) more character to throw in behind Red because I can't help myself. cx
A morally grey/self-serving healer would be interesting... someone with medical knowledge who can help Red and his gang or possibly sabotage their opponents from within the Clan?
