I saw the Warriors Wiki tweet about those yesterday and just had to post about them on here after looking at these because they really are quite cool in my opinion. Especially that last one. *cries in GrayFire* Darkness WithinCharacters: "Bramblestar" and Shadowsight The Place of No StarsCharacters: Ashfur and Snowtuft A Light in the MistCharacters: Firestar and Graystripe

Love these covers! First one kinda reminds me of Animorphs, and poor Snowtuft in the second one!

Characters don't make any sence for the last one I would have put bristlefrost and many the dark forest cats

Great covers! For A Light in the Mist I would of put the three protagonists and the six dark forest ally’s who in my opinion were the true heroes of the book and arc in general. All 9 cats sacrificed so much and got so little in return. Three of them sacrificed their very existence (Bristlefrost, Snowtuft, Redwillow). Three of them unless they joined Juniperclaw pretty much signed their death warrants especially Silverhawk. There is no way Mapleshade and Thistleclaw will let him live after he betrayed them. Rootspring lost his true love. Shadowsight lost his connection to StarClan and the Dark Forest though he did regain his honor and respect among the clan’s. The only one of the nine who is thriving is Juniperclaw who went from being shunned by all sides to pretty much the most powerful, respected cat of all of the clans. He is pretty much the protector of the three worlds: StarClan, dark forest, living world. Without him guarding the connecting border all three worlds would be destroyed. He is on par if not more powerful with Rock and Midnight not bad for a remorseful young cat. I understand why Firestar and Graystripe are on the cover based on their friendship that started everything. I like the cover but I just think Shadowsight, Rootspring, Bristlefrost, Juniperclaw, Snowtuft, Silverhawk, Sparrowfeather, Redwillow, and Maggottail would be more impactful since again I think they were the true heroes of this arc.

I love the one for The Place of No Stars! (Poor Snowtuft ) And, though I personally would have chosen different cats, the cover for A Light in the Mist is just beautiful!

Characters don't make any sence for the last one I would have put bristlefrost and many the dark forest cats Like Hollyfall alreay said: Both Firestar and Graystripe had important roles in ALitM. Them being on the Chinese cover for it can even be seen as a callback to their iconic friendship being united again since Graystripe dies in that book (just like poor Bristlefrost who double died as well as a few other cats like Snowtuft, Redwillow, Darkstripe, Darktail and of course Ashfur). Bristlefrost already got featured on the Chinese cover for Veil of Shadows (although it could be argued that Shadowsight was on two covers while BristleRoot only got one each). Shadowsight on Lost StarsRootspring getting chased by the ghost of real Bramblestar on The Silent ThawBristlefrost on Veil of Shadows
I personally think all of these covers make sense considering the characters. The last one featuring Firestar and Graystripe clearly plays into the nostalgia a lot of readers feel about them as friends (or headcanoned to be more). Putting any of the DF cats on the cover, some of which who only showed up to play a role in the finale, might have spoiled things but it would certainly have been nice to see Bristlefrost standing in the background behind Firestar and Graystripe to perhaps foreshadow the important part she has in this book.

I actually like having Graystripe and Firestar on the cover of ALitM, but maybe that’s just because I really like Graystripe lol. Also he was one of the first Warriors characters introduced, and this is the book he dies in, so I think it fits.
Also, all the covers are super beautiful as always!

Putting nine cats on the ALitM cover might have made it too crowded but I do see your point in regards to their importance in the finale. Then again, all three protagonists already got featured on one of the Chinese covers each (Shadowsight even twice once alone and then with the fake Bramblestar while Rootspring also got featured with the real one chasing him). To me, ending things with Firestar and Graystripe both of whom are iconic and played roles in it as well, works out just fine and also makes sense considering their reunion before the battle, fighting side by side after a long time and Graystripe finally dying and joining his old friend in StarClan (not to forget about Firestar possessing Rootspring just to get rid of Darkstripe).
