Wow I've seen fan comics and zines getting physical copies but I genuinely did not know that people have published Warriors fanfiction. I'm interested to know if there's an actual market for this

You're asking, so I assume you didn't know this, but it's technically illegal to publish fanfiction. I mean, it's happened before (even one of my favorite fanfics Goosefeather's Judgement has/had a physical copy), it should be noted that sites like Lulu self-publish, and I've been in fandoms where the fan will create a fic or fan comic and create physical copies on their own, so that might change things, especially depending on the creator of said source material, but generally speaking, you're not really supposed to publish your fanfic because of something called copyright, unless that work is already in the public domain or you just change the names if you really wanna make money off of it.
So if you can't find any more, then there's probably a reason for it. If you want a physical copy of your favorite fanfic, you can also always just bookbind it yourself. Lulu is really the only place I've seen self-published fanfics specifically for this series.

𝓣𝓲𝓷𝓾𝓿𝓲𝓮𝓵 Thanks for the info. I'm not entirely sure how these people can publish these but maybe it has to due with the company lulu. I just thought it be funny to buy some and maybe read some

Its crossing the line of legality for sure but its probably at the same level as fan artists selling stickers and plushies and monetizing MAPS. I doubt any will get popular enough to be a monetary threat to the series. I've only ever heard of Redbubble products being taken down if they are tagged as warrior cats but an easy loophole was just to tag it with battle cat or something? 𝓣𝓲𝓷𝓾𝓿𝓲𝓮𝓵 can I ask if that published fanfic has a link to where they announced it? I'd love to see what it looks like in print.

Midnightcacoon loves Sunbeam Ty! So there only appears to be one copy and it was never sold. Still really cool nonetheless for fan projects

ivysaur Agreed, I might due that in the future if I ever get good at writing fanfiction because owning a physical copy of your own fanfiction would be cool

There actually were copies, my sister even bought one for me years ago. The author just stopped selling them physically.

𝓣𝓲𝓷𝓾𝓿𝓲𝓮𝓵 Were they sold online or at a con? I was reading through the deviantart post comments to try and deduce how this all went down. Fan published works are really interesting and, not trying to overstep on the books of course, I'd like to see more of this happen. The safest bet would probably be with completely unique clans, just to avoid any connection with the actual series. The idea sounds so cool to me, like reading fanfic physically with unique territory maps

Like I said, that's the only place I've seen published fanfics for Warriors specifically, and even then, GJ is the only one I'm actually familiar with. And again, bookbinding is a thing. You can easily get a physical copy of your favorite fanfic by doing it yourself if you can't get it anywhere else if you have the right materials.
