(Well, I've got Geoff, Fiona, or Jack if you want to entertain her)
Anna really didn't. Not that she minded. She'd never been all that interested in making friends or getting all that invested in her classmates. Besides, there was a high likelihood that some wouldn't make it to graduation. Even if she wanted to get attached, it wouldn't be worth it in the long run. Besides, being seen with Cassie was exactly the point. She ran a hand through her hair, smirking slightly, "It should be the other way around then, with you not wanting to be seen with the likes of me. After all, a Class A student slumming with some lowly mutant would reflect worse on you. But if you'll have me," her gaze intensified as she slowly pulled her bottom lip between her teeth, "I'd be more than willing to spend some more time with you."

[ dont u speak ur puns to me ]
Piper pursed his lips at Alessandra's words, brow furrowing as he thought about it. He supposed she had a good, rather touching point, but he wasn't sure he could relate. Piper didn't carry a lot of demons, but he definitely carried problems that he felt were better kept to himself, problems that were pretty big and could seriously affect the people around him. Carrying the weight himself seemed a lot easier than sharing it, in his mind at least. After a moment, he smiled down at her. "You've got a positive outlook, I can respect that. Though I don't really think I'm the best person to share weight with..."
Stile looked down at Seven with a surprised expression, his heart beginning to wildly race as their eyes met. Why the hell was he so nice and concerned? This was too much for him. He didn't have the heart to tell Seven that he probably didn't have a concussion, as well as figuring that being escorted to the infirmary by him was a perfect excuse to talk more. "Ah, you don't have to," he insisted quickly, but was already stepping aside for him to follow.
Dr. Ganymede looked unnecessarily excited to see someone walk in that actually needed her help. She gestured for Ari to come forward, holding her gloved hands out to inspect his arm. She could only toss her power around sparingly, so it was quite obvious she hadn't had the energy at the time to properly heal up Ari. Besides, her power could only speed up the body's natural healing processes, and if it was interrupted then the person was shit out of luck. "What did you do to reopen it, huh?" she asked, pulling back the bandages and pressing her hand tot he wound, healing it slowly.
Wisteria drew in a quick breath, knowing that Hollis was right but not wanting to admit it to his face. Caspian was only half-right at best, but when it came to crucial information she didn't have a lot of options on what to trust. She needed quick answers, and he gave them to her. "I don't know yet," she muttered, craning her neck as she peered around a corner, resting a hand on Hollis's shoulder. "This is going to take a bit more brainpower, of which I don't have any to spare at the moment. You want to go steal another weapon?"

only if u want to man
Cassie got a little distracted by that motion, and then a lot distracted with that lip bite. She would have vehemently denied that her breath hitched just a bit. Well, this was an unexpected turn of events and Cassidy was not sure how to feel. A part of her, somewhere locked away deep down inside, was a small amount disgusted with herself, a voice in the back of her mind telling her that she was blatantly jumping to conclusions far too early into knowing these people. "Y-yeah. Sure!" It took her a moment to return herself to her usual cadence of speech, hoping that Anna did not pick up on her distracted pause. "And don't worry about that with me. I don't think what class you're in, what abilities you have, changes how you are as a person. It's not like you're an alien or anything. ...You aren't an alien... right?"
Hollis leaned back on his heels, tilting his head at her. "Yes, of course. But why? What does stealing a weapon have to do with taking down the psycho twins?" He was not following this plan. Wisteria's mind was a massive puzzle and Hollis had yet to decipher how it worked.

(Puns are necessary. They're one of the building blocks of relationships. Every relationship has one person who likes puns and the other person who despises them. This is just science.)
Seven shook his head, straightening his vest and pulling a cap from his back pocket, "No, I'd much rather go with..." He trailed off as they passed a window, looking out over the forest. The tip of the lighthouse could just be seen in the distance, barely visible above the trees and disappearing rapidly with the fading light. Quickly pulling himself back to the conversation, he popped the newsboy cap onto his head and offered Seven a small smile, "I'd much rather make sure you get there okay. If that's alright with you, of course."
Anna noticed the tiny pause. It wasn't enough to make her certain, but just enough to make her suspect. How utterly perfect, she really couldn't have chosen a better mark. She'd have to give herself a big pat on the back later. For now, she was too busy trying to understand the alien comment. Her eyebrows slowly raised as she tried to figure out which question to ask first, then spoke slowly, carefully, in a deliberate attempt to calm Cassie's rather fast-paced, almost nervous energy, "No, not an alien. Though why is that where you draw the line? Why aliens?"

Cassie's smile faltered. Well, shoot. That was more of a joke than anything, but she was sure Anna expected a proper answer. She pursed her lips. "Well... I guess it's because they're not human. Which of course, doesn't make them inherently bad, but... they haven't lived among us. Mutants, people like you, you're still human. You still know the struggles that this weird species goes through, experience all that. Aliens? Who knows. They might not understand our struggles in the slightest. It could all just be so foreign to them. I just think that would make them inherently more volatile, more dangerous. Things fear the unknown."

[ i feel like we all like puns, until someone else says one ]
Stile blinked at the sight of the newsboy cap, for a moment entirely unsure of what to say. It was definitely a good look for him, he decided, but really didn't know how to say that out loud to Seven's face so he didn't mention it. "It's fine by me, if you feel like going out of your way," he smiled, planting his hands in the pockets of his coat and lifting his shoulders up so that the fluff of his hood pressed up against his cheeks. "You're awfully sweet to me, despite the whole rivalry thing. I gotta say I'm a little taken aback."
"This isn't about taking down the psycho twins. This is about blowing off some steam," Wisteria explained, giving Hollis a friendly slap on the back. "The dean got mad at you last time, so I will be here to make sure the dean never knows," she grinned, the mischievous glint making its return, which was potentially not a good thing for whoever was involved. Besides, she wanted to know why the dean kept such a lock on the weapons anyways.

Caspian enters the pool area and places his towel down near by. He tosses his shorts to the side and moves to the deep end of the pool. He takes a moment to linger near the edge before diving into the water.
Frank enters the training room and moves to the weight area. He sits down on a near by bench and picks up two dumbbells. He works on pulls one up and lowers the other. He would do this for a bit before moving on to push ups and lifting some bars.

She smiled then, giving him an upwards glance. "Well someones gotta be positive- otherwise everything would be terrible," she mused with a soft hummand the jolly smile that caused a tiny dimple indent on her cheeks. Pausing, she looked up at him full and square then, white orbs nearly turning gray by the small expansion of her pupils. "Really? Well thats a shame," her head turned, giving a small frown. "If you pent up everything you might crack on someone someday. I wouldnt want that," she thought for a brief moment before coming to a stop, gently grasping his arm. "Well- if you dont feel like sharing the whole weight, or half, how bout we agree to somethin as friends- for now? If you need someone to talk to, rant or whatever, im here. Its better to turn to friends or someone you can trust so you dont go bonkers."

Anna listened carefully, amused by this entire conversation. Especially the idea that she was human. Honestly, she rarely saw herself as such. She was far better than an average human and had rarely ever been treated as such. But it was an oddly optimistic view of mutants and she certainly appreciated it. Slowly walking down the hall towards the library, "I think we're safe from aliens. What alien would want to land here in this little manure heap? They'd land, run into a monster, then leave as quickly as they could."
Seven shrugged, looking down at his feet, "Because I shouldn't be in Class A. Most of the students on your class are so much better than I am. It's just dumb. So I'm not gonna let that get on the way. Besides, most of my class isn't that fond of me anyways. I've got nothing to lose."
Fiona finally finished her report, though there was a rather rambling section in the middle detailing the fight against the big monster. Standing, she quickly made her way out of her room and down the hall. She'd been given permission to not turn one in, but she liked to stop on and see the dean every so often and she could always use a little advice.

Dean Ackles ; 20 ; Male ; Class A A light skinned boy with an ivy league haircut. He wears blue jeans with usually a casual black shirt. His hair is a dark chocolate brown, accompanied by light green eyes that look darker in the dark. He has a muscly structure with a curved out chin and a handsome smile. Dean looks older than he really is, and works out mostly in his room. He was raised by a very sweet mother and strict father. He gets his paperwork and stuff done on time, being a straight A student. He is the brother of Samantha Ackles, and they do not get along well as siblings. artisticmoon
Samantha Ackles ; 18 ; Female ; Class B A beautiful tan skinned girl with dark brown curled hair. Most of her curls are at the end of her hair, and she has watery-blue eyes. Samantha, or Sam, is the typical shy person. She's only comfortable with being called Sam or Sammy in front of friends or her brother, 'Dean the Bean', as she calls him, or family members. Samantha usually wears ripped skinny jeans that are ripped from overuse on the knees, and she wears a turquoise striped white shirt with a light blue jacket over all of it. As mentioned before, she is shy and likes to tease in silly ways. Sam also isn't the fun type unless it's something really fun. Her annoying brother is Dean. artisticmoon )

((0.0 I... i just found a candy this is bizarre))
Riandylan felt as if they had been punched in the gut. Like a balloon losing air. As if their insides froze. All the cliches - it's as if none of them could describe the draining feeling they felt just then. So it was real. It wasn't something that just needed time to cool off and become just a stupid conversation of the past. They just lost their only friend in the entire school. Riandylan stumbled a little but quickly regained their balance, keeping a smile on their face. This was fine. It's not like they knew Ari for years or anything. That for as long as they could remember he had been there, a grumpy constant. It's not like they had finally scared him off. Their fuzzy ears twitched. They wished they were wearing a hat. Their vision begin to blur, but they blinked rapidly and quickly diverted their attention to Cassie and Anna's conversation, which was indeed interesting. Very fascinating. The sole focus of their attention right now. The only thing that matters is the present. Live in the present. Ha ha ha! They laughed out loud, then wondered if Anna's last sentence was funny enough to warrant such a laugh. Hopefully neither of them would notice.
"You sure seem happy," Ari grumbled as Dr. Ganymede pressed a hand to the cut. He watched her work, feeling the healing process more than seeing it. Fascination stirred in him - he wished, not for the first time, that he had healing powers. Sure would be helpful. Maybe patch up how dead he felt inside. "What?" he said, almost missing her question. "Oh. Well. I might've been punching my feelings out." To be honest, he was being careful at first - he knew he had to do something, the intense feeling of knots coiling in his belly and throat was making him want to scream, might as well take it out on a punching bag - but then he threw caution to the wind and didn't notice his wound bleeding far more than it should until he went to the cafeteria to eat something. He looked back down at his healing wound, which was looking a little better. Looks like Ree already made some new friends - they must be so much happier now. "So," he said a bit quickly, "What was Ri- what were those three doing in here? Did they get themselves hurt too?"

[ sorry for the delay guys! and your form looks great c: accepted! ]
[ lowkey hunting for these candies..]
Someday snap? Piper felt a little worrisome about that point, and quickly shoved it out of his head. He didn't want to think about it at all, not with the staff breathing down his neck. But the thought of having another friend seemed to fix his tentative mood. He grinned, nodding in agreement, looking genuine. "I'd like that, really," he replied, glancing down at her, where she grabbed his arm, and blinked. "Although I can't really say for sure if what I have to rant about will interesting," he laughed, pausing in front of the door to his room.
Stile pursed his lips, considering Seven's words, and thinking to the Class B members, who would surely eat him alive if he weren't under the vague protection of Class A. "I guess you have a point, no point in keeping up a reputation you don't have," he agreed with a nod, running his fingers through his hair as he walked to the infirmary, stealing looks once in awhile, still trying to remember. "I think you're good enough of a fighter to be in Class A, though. Even if you're soft," he teased.
Dr. Ganymede let out one short laugh, then shook her head at Ari with a few tsks. "You should've used your other arm," she chided, grabbing some of the gauze and cleaning the area outside of his wound, occasionally adjusting her goggles with the back of her hand. With a swift movement, she tugged off the bloody gloves and smiled at him. "Oh those three? I think they were just getting a tour of the school. No interest in my workplace, unfortunately!"
Some might say that the dean was always ill prepared for guests, but with his cozy office and endless supply of tea he begged to differ. Although not many students actually visited his office, or had even met him, he liked to have a space everyone could feel comfortable in. Especially himself, as he twisted in his chair to face the window outside, sipping from the mug in his hand. This place was quite the sight, and he couldn't get enough of the view, especially from this room. Jostled from his thoughts by a knock at the door, he called out in a cheery, soft voice. "Come in!"

(I'm such a good student guys)
Seven tilted his head, giving him an incredibly skeptical look. He had never been complemented on his fighting ability before, it was honestly such a strange thing to hear. Oh god. He nearly stopped dead in his tracks, unable to mask the flash of surprise that crossed his face. He had suspected before, but now it was blatantly obvious. This was flirting. At least, he was pretty sure it was flirting. He was so rarely flirted with that he wasn't exactly sure what it would look like, but he was fairly certain this was it. Ears flushing, he hurried to keep pace, glancing down at his shoes as he walked and nearly colliding with a wall after a few steps. He wasn't quite sure exactly what to do, so he tried to play it off, fingers tapping nervously against his leg, "I'm not. Good enough, I mean. I am soft. And not good enough. Both of those things are true."
Fiona edged the door open, poking her head in. She couldn't deny the small sense of pride every time she opened that door. The relatively new door was a wonderful reminder of the first time she visited the dean's office. Luckily, she had no need for such an entrance today and merely walked inside, "Hey there, sir." It was always a little weird, trying to figure out what to call him, considering the...whatever he was didn't exactly go by a name. Mr the Dean had been her particular phrase for a while, but it was far easier just to call him sir. She made her way over to the desk, depositing a copy of her report, then took a deep breath in. It always smelled so nice in here and she could practically feel the aches from the day slipping away as she relaxed. While normally she would drop off her report and chat for a few minutes, Fiona was looking for something else today. She needed advice. She wasn't quite sure about some of the calls she'd made today and Gabriel certainly hadn't helped. She just needed the dean's opinion on what she should have done, just to clear things up a bit. So she stood and waited, hands shoved into her pockets.
