COASTDAWN WITH - REDWAVE, OTHERS LOCATION - ELDERS DEN TAG - @ Coastdawn ignored Geckotail's glare, turning the other way steadfastly. Of all the people she didn't want to see. . . oh well, Coastdawn would put up with her for a few minutes. But only a few minutes.
She switched her concentration to Redwave instead, who seemed to be giving a revolutionary speech, which was actually quite interesting, considering the sudden way it was presented. She waited till Redwave was done to give her opinion.
"Yes, Redwave, but although I agree with you entirely and back you every step of the way if you were to do something, I can't exactly see Sandheart, Tigerpaw and his littermates or Coconutfall agreeing to exile Sandheart or something, and I don't exactly see a group of counselors led by a hunter overthrowing the leadership of the clan." Coastdawn said, "So it feels like a lost cause, Redwave."

Geckotail Geckotail ignored Silvertide's complaint, tilting her head thoughtfully as the tabby warrior spoke. His speech seemed well thought-out, and quite believable, yet she couldn't see herself following his plans... at least not completely.
"I don't quite agree or disagree with you, Redwave. I dislike Coconutfall's antics and behaviours, but I don't exactly see why tradition is so important to you. Traditions are something cats cherish a bit too much, in my opinion. Even during all my moons of living here, I still don't understand why cats are so afraid to break tradition. Don't mistake this as me excusing Coconutfall's actions. I do not condone them, and never will." She paused, a strange fog conquering her gaze. "I feel like cats are slaves to tradition; and in this situation, justice is hard to achieve. Looking at outcomes of this situation, you can see at least one cat or a group of cats will be unhappy. And it is selfish to only think of yourself."
A brief pause of silence rung out. The elderly gray molly decided to break it again.
"I feel Tigerpaw is undeserving of all of this judgement. He didn't choose to be born the kit of Coconutfall, as I didn't choose to be born a loner. Coconutfall is the true enemy. He has abandoned his duties, and is truly useless to his Clan. Sandheart is a she-cat who never stopped working for the Clan and its cats. They are different and don't deserve to be put in the same group," she finished, sitting down and curling her tail around her paws, her eyes filled with anticipation.

Lemonpaw Lemonpaw nodded excitedly, the fur on his shoulders bristling. "Yeah, I'm ready," he mewed, a stupid grin plastered onto his face. "I can't wait!" He looked around, his gaze setting onto every cat around him. Pure enthusiasm and excitement flickered in his eyes, and it looked like he'd jump out of his pelt any second now.
He noticed the clear tension between Jacarandabloom and his temporary mentor, and his smile wavered. He didn't like tension, or any kind of negative emotions. If they were his fellow apprentices, he'd probably tell them to cheer up, or another variation of it. However, these were his seniors, and he felt helpless.

Bluepool
Bluepool's eyes widened in shock and her jaw dropped ever so slightly. Her face began to feel incredibly hot, as did her paws, and she quickly looked down at her paws. "I love you, too," she muttered, her words blurred. She looked up at Ospreyfeather, and she felt as if her stomach did a somersault; she felt sick, but... in a good way?
She looked down again, embarassment colliding with her happiness. Oh, I can't believe it! He seemed so dense! Considering he has petty poor social skills, I'm surprised he even did that...
Then she looked down at the heart shaped leaf in her paws. Heh, how cheesy, she thought lightheartedly, flipping the leaf in her paws to further inspect it. It seemed imperfect and strange at certain places. She smiled before lifting her head and touching her nose to his shoulder. What I'd give to stay here forever...

Ripplepawwith open !! Ripplepaw sighed, lifting her black figure from her mossy nest. Most cats were already awake; however, she had felt tired due to a ngihtmare she had the night before. She looked around only to be met with the fact that almost every cat was awake and doing something. Ah well, Mintsong hadn't come looking for her yet.
She began to lick her paw, swiping it over her ear. As she did so, she recalled the horrid dream from last night. It was about some shadow chasing after her, but she was always out of reach. She ran and ran until she reached the Ocean which she had to hide in, by diving underneath. The shadow wouldn't leave her be and therefore she drowned in her attempt to hide.
It was creepy, and she rather found it bizarre then scary. She just woke up from it and fell asleep again about an hour later. She was far more scared of disturbing the other apprentices with these sudden fits of nightmares because sometimes she'd talk or move violently in her sleep.
She sighed, stretching her dark paws in front of herself. Today was going to be a long day.

Saltwhisker
with open; in the jungles of hibiscusclan territory, mentions algaewing thejadestorm Saltwhisker's eyes darted from side to side as he looked for a specific set of herbs; coriander, garlic and comfrey, for Swiftsplash. The scout had reopened the boa bite on his leg. The gray and white tom thought of a herb bouquet to help the tom fight any possible infections, as well as aid Turtlestream and Whitepaw in their recoveries. Oddly enough, their supplies of the listed herbs had dropped. Perhaps another healer had the same thoughts as he did, and used up all off their stashes for the plants. However it may have been, the healer was determined to find the plants and possibly some other herbs along the way.As his blue gaze scanned the jungle floors, he noticed the purple bell-shaped flowers of a comfrey plant. "Here they are," he muttered to himself as he began to harvest the roots of the small plant.I wonder what Algaewing would give Swiftsplash. Maybe gavilana? I'll get some gavilana. And gumbo-limbo, definitely... she'd totally give him that, yeah, he pondered, the comfrey roots clutched in his jaws. Hm. Algaewing... The tom had recently began to feel a strange churn in his stomach whenever she spoke; his fur felt hot and heavy when he noticed she was around, like he had just waded into deep, hot water. I've even tried eating mint, horseradish... even noni to rid myself of that stupid fever! Maybe I'm the reason our stashes are getting so low... Saltwhisker tilted his head thoughtfully as he walked away. Maybe I'll stop feeling so weird if I take some vanilla...

SILVERTIDE elders' den / with redwave & other elders Silvertide ignored Geckotail ignoring her complaint and ignored Coastdawn ignoring Geckotail's glare. Useless, crabby old cats. What they thought was irrelevant to her.
She swiveled her ears forward as Redwave spoke. The ticked tabby seemed hesitant at first, looking from one elder to the other. Then he steadied himself with a breath and plunged on, picking up speed as he went. His voice was earnest and his eyes alight with passion. It was infectious; Silvertide felt herself leaning forward as he concluded his speech.
There was a moment of silence.
Then Coastdawn and Geckotail chimed in with their opinions. When they had finished, each pair of eyes turned to Silvertide, waiting for her to weigh in. The aged hunter surveyed each in return with an unreadable expression.
"Well, whatever you're going to do about it, I'm in." She raised her eyebrows at the other mollies. "What? Thinking it's a lost cause is giving up before you've even begun. You're doomed to fail if you don't even try. Somebody is going to be unhappy no matter what we do."
To Redwave, she said, "Coconutfall and Sandheart have demonstrated they think they are above tradition. Ha!" She tossed her head back with a loud laugh. "If they've decided not to be bound by tradition, why should we? Why should law and custom apply to us but not them? Do they think they're better than us?" Her tail lashed. "The only thing that sets Coconutfall apart from any other tom is because he was chosen by a sentient body of water before he even knew what he wanted to do with his life.
"But you..." She fixed her golden stare on Redwave. "You know what you want to do. You have a plan, don't you? You see a different future for the Clan. And you have what it takes to lead us there." Silvertide bared her fangs in a toothy grin. "So, Redwave... what are you thinking?"
PARROTCALL healers' den / with crocodilefang
While Crocodilefang settled himself into a vacant nest, Parrotcall pulled one of his ready-made poultices aside and nosed through the herbs, mentally checking the ingredients' effectiveness at soothing scratches. He glanced at the marks on Crocodilefang's flank, then at the poultice, then back to the flank. "Mmm, let me see here," he mumbled, mostly to himself as he leaned over for a closer look.
The slash was deep and pink, cutting across the tom's side and down his flank. Parrotcall suspected the wound was troubling Crocodilefang more than he was letting on. The brown tabby warrior's face was as stoic as ever; at the moment it even looked a tad irritated. Parrotcall turned his back before Crocodilefang could see him roll his eyes. "A few scratches." Hmph. Indeed. One of these days Crocodilefang or Wavecrest was going to stumble into the healers' den missing a leg and an eye and insist they only got into "a bit of a scuffle." It wouldn't be the first time one or the other'd given more than one healer a near heart attack. The brothers' grim determination to never let anyone see them in pain was impressive as it was frustrating.
"A scrappy pair of rogues? And you chased them off all on your own? How dashing!" Parrotcall continued talking as he strolled back to the herb storage to switch out anise for pepper fruit. He'd heard rumors that a patrol was heading out to tackle the boa this morning, so he'd been preparing poultices with snakebite treatment in mind. He returned to the poultice he'd set aside for Crocodilefang and added the ground-up fruit to the pile. He flashed the tom a cheeky smile. "You're a braver soul than I, that's for sure." He tipped his head toward the slash. "Did you get a chance to clean that once it stopped bleeding?"

((new folks!! welcome aboard!
lmaoo ivy, algaewing is going to be JUST as oblivious
the cats around them are just going to be like... pls))
algaewing
Algaewing took a deep breath, carefully folding up her complicated feelings and putting them away. Just cut straight to the point. Don't talk about anything else. There's nothing we can do about... that now.
"I've been investigating the bug infestation," she began, jumping headfirst. "Kiwipaw and I have been concocting possible cures. In order to conduct a proper experiment, I'd like to organize two small groups of cats who've been suffering from the bug bites to act as a control and variable group." She dipped her head. "I'd like your help with that."
Her tone was polite, but distant, as if it just was a conversation between a cat and her leader rather than a daughter and her father. Not a question to how Coconutfall was doing. No expectation for such a question.
butterflypaw
Butterflypaw tilted her head, thinking hard, nodding as she listened to Swiftsplash. "Hm," she said. "We're just going to have to make it really, really hard for you to access your bite, then, so that even in your sleep you can't touch it."
She hummed as she scanned the display of leafy herbs at her disposal. "Maybe if we bind it in a really thick leaf... or bark..."
She looked over her shoulder, again that sneaky look crossing her face. "Or... maybe we should wrap your claws up so that you can't scratch anything..."

Swiftsplashwith butterflypaw thejadestorm Swiftsplash rolled his eyes in a playful manner. "I don't think that will work." He finished cooly, twitching his tail. "But I do think the bark could work. Knowing me, I'll rip through all those leaves to scratch that bite. It's happened before, in my apprentice days," he said, a dreamy daze clouding his gaze as he remembered his carefree apprenticeship. "Y'know, Butterflypaw, enjoy your apprenticeship. There's nothing quite like it after it ends. You're excited about everything, and anything. You have little to no worries compared to what older cats experience."
He set his head on his paws as he daydreamed. "Sorry - I know you're a healer-to-be and all. It's not exactly like you have no worries. But you know what I mean, you can mess up sometimes and it'll be less harshly scolded then if you were a full healer."
Suddenly a question popped into his head. "Uh... Butterflypaw? Sorry for talking so much, I really am," he stated sheepishly, "but, I was thinking you'd know, if it's not something Saltwhisker doesn't want anyone to know about. I saw him taking herbs the other day. Like, a smaller bunch. And muttered something about a fever. Do you think he's ok? I mean, I think he knows what he's doing, it's just... he looks so red sometimes, especially when you lot are all here."--- Hehe get EXPOSED Salt!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geckotail Geckotail struggled not to roll her eyes at Silvertide. "They aren't better then us. Tradition is useless. I think an Oracle should be able to choose a mate; the one they love." She paused. "But I've already said what I wanted to say," she said, blinking briefly.
Silvertide is insane. Other cats do matter! I was the other cats at one point. I wonder how she would feel if somecat violated her. She looked away from Redwave, her gaze settling itself onto the floor. But she is right. One cat will always be unhappy. That's why I think that cat should be Coconutfall. He doesn't deserve to be happy, anyway. He could've been happy with Vanillabloom and their litter, but no. He had to go after Sandheart!
A strange feeling of regret filled her mind. No. He loved her. I saw how close they were as apprentices, how much time they spent together. But he shouldn't've had... Ugh! I can't have mercy on every cat. He is in the wrong!

Cassia rolled her eyes, her green gaze scanning Yoko's fur. "C'mon, a little dirt won't hurt you. We can clean up when we come back, don't worry." She stepped outside, drinking in the scents around them. "You're right. It is quite nice outside."
~~~tiny timeskip~~~
After a couple of minutes of walking, the two loners reached the water source; a thin stream of water leading deeper into the jungle. However, a large part of it wasn't located on the Clan's territory.
"Here we are," she murmured, dropping the rag on one of the mossy stones next to the water. "I think I'll have a drink first."
She crouched down, her head lowering just enough to hang above the water. She could hear every murmur and splash the water made. She narrowed her eyes as she noticed small creatures she liked to call "water bugs" walking on the rocks underneath the water. She smiled; this meant the water was clean. The creatures wouldn't live there if it wasn't.
She lapped at the water, quenching her night long thirst. It was cold, very cold, and had a strange tinge to it; like she was drinking it from a piece of moss and not directly from the source.
After she finished, she grabbed the rag, lowering it into the water slowly. She saw its' color darken and dust slip off. "Ew," she muttered, her nose scrunched in disgust. She leaned onto a mossy stone, using it to support her himd legs as she used her front paws to rinse the rag as well as she could. She could tell she looked kind of stupid, but it was the best she could do.
Silentwave
with cloverstep rob lucci's wife Silentwave peered out of the hunters' den, sighing happily. He felt much better then yesterday. He felt a lot calmer; perhaps it was due to his interaction with Sunchaser? He didn't know, and didn't care. He felt good, and that was good enough for him.
He trotted to the freshkill pile, picking out a plunp lorikeet; he loved birds. The universe is on my side today, he thought, a sincere grin on his face. He carried his breakfast to a place a couple of tail lengths farther then the pile of prey and sat down, about to take a bite from the lorikeet until he noticed a cat to his left. "Oh- hey Cloverstep! Didn't see you there. How'd you sleep?" He had enough courtesy to ask a cat how they were doing before eating, so he looked at the she-cat, expecting an answer.
Yoko // ☾—ivy。˚⊹♪:¨ · My paws ache.. Yoko sighed a breath of relief when he saw the body of water in front of them. " I thought my paws were going to fall off!" Yoko followed Cassia's lead and bent down for a refreshing drink. He noticed Cassia smiling and then realized why she was. The tom looked at the bugs and sneered, " Gross." Yoko stopped and looked at his reflection in the water. His eyes squinted and he bent down more to observe his reflection that formed in the clear water. " Don't my ears look a bit pointy Cass-Woah!" Yoko then lost his balance and crashed into the body of water. Yoko thrashed around in the water helplessly and he yowled. Luckily, the body of water wasn't too deep, so after a few splashing and thrashing, Yoko managed to reach the surface and he coughed out water. " First my fur being stained? Now, this?" Yoko said with a clear hint of anger in it. He aggressively shook his damp coat trying to dry it off, but it was no use. " I give up," Yoko looked down, before turning to Cassia, " Anyways, did you get what you needed?" Yoko wasn't happy at all. He felt as if his bad luck from yesterday followed him into the next day.
Cloverstep // ☾—ivy。˚⊹♪:¨ ·Cloverstep's mind was in the clouds. She was thinking of how nice the rain sounded last night. The fluffy cat purred to herself thinking about being in the comfort of her soft, warm nest and hearing the loud thunder strikes that she adored so much, while it frightened her clan-mates. That daydreaming was then interrupted by a voice. The voice caught her off guard and she turned her head to the right. It was Silentwave. " How'd I sleep? Well, I probably had the best sleep known to any cat Silentwave," Cloverstep smiled looking up at the bright sky before continuing, " The storm last night was really soothing. The thunder made it better. I love storms." Cloverstep looked at the tom once more. " Enough about storms, I'll go on about why it's the best weather for many moons if some cat didn't stop me!" the molly purred. " Thank you for asking though." She dipped her head before looking back up. " How did you sleep Silentwave?", the hunter asked to the tom.
Shallowhaze with: open at Calm Falls
Shallowhaze had risen from her nest quite early in comparison to her usual awakenings. She had set out from camp with the purpose of a morning hunt to bring in some breakfast for the clan, but despite her pure intentions, Shallowhaze's goal slipped from her mind the moment she took a glance towards the sky. Her attention was captured by the trees above her head, the shards of sky she could see between their dancing leaves, the songs of birds that dwelled among their branches. There was so much going on around her, it was difficult for her to focus on a single thing.
Before she knew it, Shallowhaze had reached the Calm Falls, one of her favorite spots. It's calming aura brought her peace of mind, not that there was ever much turmoil going on in the poor she-cat's noggin. She also adored the hibiscus flowers that grew there, one of which she had nearly stepped on after not watching where she was going."Oh! A hibiscus!" Shallowhaze chirped enthusiastically before stopping to sniff the flower.
OSPREYFEATHER WITH - BLUEPOOL LOCATION - TAG - ☾—ivy。˚⊹♪:¨ · Ospreyfeather's heart soared as he blinked his eyes in disbelief. He felt as though his ears were tricking him, everything was so surreal. But everything was real, however much to him it felt like he had stepped into a dream. Real, indeed. He closed his eyes and then opened them reflexively and lifted his head. Bluepool was his, and his only.
The moment Ospreyfeather thought this, it was like his restraints had broken. His heart leapt wildly, and his eyes shone as if they were the sun. He felt like just getting up and doing a kind of war-dance, or shout out loud. But he held himself back and restricted himself to touching noses. He rested his tail on Bluepool's flank. If only this moment would last forever... He sat on the beach in silence, looking out at the waves. With Bluepool. This moment is perfect...
Coconutfall »
A menagerie of thoughts were running through Coconutfall’s head as he looked at his daughter. He wondered if she was here to interrogate him about Sandheart, or perhaps she was here to simply berate him and leave the questioning behind. The tom searched her face for any signs of anger or sadness, anything negative that could tip him off to how she was feeling in the current moment, but he couldn’t decipher a single thing. Her face was stoic, not a single stray emotion showing. Even her body language remained unreadable, perhaps a bit stiff but that could easily be written off as her just having woken up. The uncertainty of it all had unease gnawing at Coconutfall, like bugs crawling through his fur.
The sensation of bugs crawling in his pelt must have been an omen. The last thing he had expected to hear his daughter bring up was the infestation.
Coconutfall swallowed. There he sat, silent, shocked. He had expected anger or sorrow from the healer. He had expected some sort of conversation about their relationship or him being with Sandheart.
She wanted him to…help in an experiment with the bugs? He continued staring at Algaewing, sure he looked just as much of an idiot as he felt in the moment. This wasn’t even something he ever imagined Algaewing coming to him about. But if this is what she wanted to talk about, if this is what she wanted help with then so be it. He wasn’t lying to her when he said he’d help her with anything.
Finally, the oracle shifted himself and dipped his head, wiping the surprised look off his face and replacing it with an expression of earnest fondness. ”Just tell me what I need to do and I’ll be of service,” he mewed.
Redwave »
Redwave had entered the counselors’ den not knowing what to expect. A part of him had imagined himself strolling inside the den and immediately getting the elderly Clan members to follow what he had to say. In his perfect world there would be no reason for the counselors to go against him, yet now that these thoughts he had were becoming reality, Redwave was starting to realize that not every cat would be on board with him.
His attention focused on Coastdawn first, the elderly molly agreeing with him for the most part but coming off as unwilling to help. He set his jaw, holding back his tongue. The last thing he needed to do was snap at any of the counselors. He do that and then none of the counselors would be on his side.
Eventually he breathed out as he shook his head. ”I’m not talking about exile.” Casting out his father and his new family had never crossed the red tabby’s mind. He had something a little more…permanent in mind, but he would never say that aloud. That was something he would only share with those who knew were truly loyal and dedicated to this cause.
Upon hearing Geckotail’s input the tabby turned to face the gray molly. Indignation flashed in his amber gaze but his words remained level as he spoke. ”I don’t think for just myself. How many cats were hurt by Coconutfall’s actions? Vanillabloom, my littermates, Mintsong,” even Redwave had noticed the newfound distance between Mintsong and her littermate, ”the list could go on. Coconutfall’s actions were selfish, but not what I’m doing. I just want to make things right. I agree that Tigerpaw couldn’t help who his father was, but that still doesn’t make him the rightful heir. Maybe I’m not that cat either, but what about Jacarandabloom or Mistlefall? What about Lilypool or Algaewing? It should be one of us, not Tigerpaw.” As he spoke the neophyte’s name a low growl echoed in his words. Frustration was building up inside him, eager to rear its head and make a monster out of Redwave.
Silvertide’s exuberant laugh pulled the tabby tom out of his surging anger. He landed back into shore, no longer losing his head under the water. The silver molly had saved him, a helping paw who agreed to stand beside him. This was what he had been hoping for.
The hunter stood tall as he looked at Silvertide. Her belief in him gave him a new strength, a new reason to keep pushing his agenda. If he had one cat completely at his side then he knew he could gain more. Geckotail and Coastdawn were almost on board with him. There was hope yet that he could persuade them to agree with his thoughts fully. ”Coconutfall is no longer fit to be our oracle, he’s proven that with his cowardly acts and betraying what the Ocean wished of him. We deserve a rightful leader, whether that rightful leader is me or one of my littermates. From here we must figure out who that is and get them to take over the oracle position. I’m not talking about a physical fight,” he added quickly with a nod toward Coastdawn, eyeing her suspiciously for a moment. Deep down though he was more than willing to use his claws. Deeper down it was exactly what he wanted - to feel his father squirm under his weight and beg for mercy. ”Surely Coconutfall can still listen to sense. We’ll have him tell us who the Ocean truly picked as our next oracle and then that cat will take over.” It sounded so simple to Redwave. He doubted it would be as easy as it sounded, and the part of him that seeked revenge lusted after the idea of a fight with his father. He longed to rid the Clan of Tigerpaw as well; the brown tabby was a threat to Redwave or any of his sisters’ potential leadership so long as he was alive. With Coconutfall and Tigerpaw both gone then no cat could stand in his way and then, finally, all would be right once more in HibiscusClan.
Crocodilefang »
Silence was what Crocodilefang was giving Parrotcall, at least for now. He currently had nothing to add as he had already explained how his wound had occurred. There didn’t seem to be anything else of importance to tell the flame point healer. Sure, if he dig deeper there would be something to talk about, but the tabby scout had never been one for small talk. If there was nothing major or informative to speak about he remained silent; the only times he really spoke up beyond a sentence or two was when some cat had pushed his buttons, not like that was a hard task to accomplish. For as stoic as he was Crocodilefang had a tongue as sharp as lime thorns. When a cat bothered him it was known, for while Crocodilefang would hide any other emotion, annoyance was not something he masked.
A shrug of the shoulders was Crocodilefang’s first response to Parrotcall’s praise. ”The pair had no formal battle training. They were going off instinct. Between Basiltail and I they were no problem.” It was Whalespirit being there that Crocodilefang had worried about, but fortunately the healer was just smart enough to have gotten away from the battle rather than engage the rogues himself. The scuffle could have ended a lot worse. Crocodilefang was glad at least that only a few wounds were exchanged and even the one he was getting treated for now shouldn’t slow him down much.
”I’ve cleaned it a bit. This will be the first time a healer’s looked at it, obviously.” Crocodilefang had hoped the slash wouldn’t bother him enough to seek medicine, but it was a rather achy wound and had kept him up throughout the night with its dull throbbing. It had to be just his luck that he’d get stuck with something that needed professional attention, but he’d take this over a life-threatening wound.
Tigerpaw »
It had been weird not having Whitepaw sleeping beside him last night. He had heard talk of his littermate being tended to by the healers while the storm still raged on the day before, and while he had tried to remain calm and keep his distance so that she could be tended to, the brown tabby’s anxiety had gotten the best of him. Before letting himself go to the den before falling asleep he had gone to check on Whitepaw, worried that she would be bad off. Fortunately she was doing fine, the healers just wanted her to stay with them overnight so they could monitor the swelling and make sure infection didn’t settle in. That had made sense to Tigerpaw, and Whitepaw herself had reassured him that she would be fine. That had calmed his nerves down enough for him to leave, but sleeping without Whitepaw nearby had proved difficult.
With the morning now arriving over the island, Tigerpaw’s mind was ready to stir, but that didn’t mean his body wanted to follow suit. After a near sleepless night it was hard to open his eyes and a thick fog clouded over him, his movements slow and heavy as he pushed himself out of his nest. Tigerpaw shook out his fur and began to head out of the apprentices’ den. Typically he was well aware of where he placed his paws and how loud he was being in the morning, but as tired as he was the thought of being considerate to the other apprentices in the den escaped him.
Geckotail She lifted her head, anger flashing in her eyes. "You're right, Redwave, your littermates were hurt. It's just... nevermind," she mewed, changing the subject. "I believe the Ocean truly did say Tigerpaw's name. Do you really think Coconutfall would expose the fact he had kits with another?" She raised her eyebrows in genuine confusion. "However, I do agree with the rest of your statements. We need a new Neophyte and Oracle," she finished.
She still felt something was off about Redwave and his plan. He seemed ready to snap at any moment, furious and bloodthirsty. She knew he wanted revenge, and the elderly molly pitied those who seek such things; not because they are crazy, but because it meant they felt enough pain to want to inflict it onto others... she pitied herself, and many others.
