"Of course I'm right." Parrotcall was amused by the blush that arose in the apprentice's cheeks and the hesitant way he admitted his admiration. He was getting the impression that praise from this particular cat was hard-won. But this was Parrotcall; it was only natural that everyone should admire him, even if they didn't want to. Especially if they didn't want to. I always find a way, he thought with a smug toss of his head.
"I'm so pleased to hear it," he chuckled at Batpaw's apology, plucking white petals and leaves out of his sleek shorthair coat. "Though if you sneak a frog into my nest, I cannot guarantee that I'll be so kind to you next time you're in the healers' den for treatment." His stunning blue eyes flashed with mischief. Parrotcall scooped up the neem flowers scattered across the grass and glanced at the overcast sky. It must be raining on other parts of the island. "I reckon we'd better scurry back to camp before the storm reaches us."
Before he turned to depart, he tilted his head at Batpaw. "Say, you're a scout in training. Why don't you scout us a path back?"
KIWIPAW camp / with algaewing
Kiwipaw shuddered at the thought of having to deal with the bugs forever. "No, of course not. That would suck."
It was frustrating that they knew so little about the bugs. They came from the snakes, but once they found a new host, did they breed? Were they contagious? Once they infested a few cats, was it only a matter of time before they spread to the whole Clan?? If so, he'd been lucky not to have gotten any yet. I wish we knew more about what we were dealing with. Or what these things even are. They weren't fleas and they weren't ticks, that's for sure. He was about to ask Algaewing these questions when she suggested working on some new mixtures.
"Yes!" Kiwipaw leaped to his paws, green eyes shining with excitement at the chance to try something new. His brain was feeling tired and fuzzy from staring at the same herbs for too long. "Let's try it!" He trotted after her, eager to see her ideas.

It was quite clear that the tom was annoyed because he was humiliated by his own mistakes and now they were making fun of him! " Besides,I'll have you know that I can manage to get mollies with just my good looks anyways.", the white cat said clearly offended by Basiltail's remark. His ears twitched out of annoyance as he started thinking of ways to escape the three now that Yoko felt like there wasn't much to do and his stomach was starting to rumble. After hearing Whalespirit's comment, he figured that was his cue. " This was fun and all, but I have some,uhh, things to do now! See you guys!", he yelped before turning around and walked into the bushes where he was once hiding in. " Thanks for not killing me though!", he yelled before he finally disappeared. " That was not pleasant.", Yoko sighed quietly. Batpaw // TealravenBatpaw continued to blush as he looked down at the ground still quite embarrassed by the apology he made. The small apprentice was clearly lost in thought while sitting near the healer." Hmm?", Batpaw said to the healer." Oh, I didn't even notice that there was going to be a storm soon. I hate the rain because it makes my fur way more fuzzy when dried, so yes we better hurry back.And will do.". He soon got up and licked his paw before departing. "We should go now before the petals get ruined.", he said as he tried to figure the fastest way back to camp.

Life got busy... A.K.A. its hot out and i dont want to turn on my pc. I have a question for swallowtail , Feathertalon and rob lucci's wife ; is Lemon still there or not? I wasn't really active. He was there but then i went out of town and kind of abandoned the forums for a few days so i get it if he isn't there lol. I've also been thinking of giving some of my cats crushes or established mates so if anyone's interested basically all of my characters are open. I already have some ideas which im honestly a bit hesitant to share but i'd love for someone else to elaborate on some ships 'n such. Lionpaw and Geckotail are still open!! |

☾—ivy｡˚⊹♪:¨ · lemonpaw? unfortunately, i havent had any character interact with lemonpaw yet D: also idk if u saw but i was thinking of doing a small/long (idk yet) sub-plotline for yoko where he romantically sees two mollies at the same time (such a player ik xp), preferably a clan cat and a molly outside of the clan. Mintsong is the clan cat, so if u have any mollies outside of the clan that you think might take a liking to yoko, feel free to lmk so we can start the plot together since yoko managed to escape the patrol rn!)

No fancy templates until the temperatures drop. Sorry! Ripple with aether---- The slender molly shuffled her paws awkwardly; the question definitely took her by surprise. Hootpaw seemed quite distant from Tigerpaw recently, she realized, and this alerted her due to their bond usually being quite strong. Perhaps it was an argument left unresolved? "Well..." Her eyes darted to her fidgeting paws. "In all honesty, he seems... he seems..." Her mind was conquered by a memory. She remembered that, when she and the tabby apprentice had snuck out of camp, he had seemed more shaken than ever before returning. She decided not to mention this to Hootpaw. She felt it was a touchy piece of information; maybe Tigerpaw wouldn't like it if she told the long furred molly.
"He seems... alright," she lied, guilt washing over her. Tigerpaw wasn't alright, or okay. He seemed confused and startled that night, and that was enough to tell her he wasn't feeling well. The fact she had to support him on the way back fueled her belief.
"He seems to be doing fine, especially when you think about what has happened recently, yea," she reassured. This was true. She couldn't imagine what she'd do... Perhaps she'd be similar to how she is now. She realized with a throb of dread that she preferred not to know who her parents were; they betrayed her and that was enough. Tigerpaw has it worse than me, she thought, quickly correcting herself, No, Ripplepaw, what you are going through is... not normal, but you shouldn't compare it to other cat's problems, she pondered, insecurity still lingering in her mind.

Feathertalon Hmm... I was thinking maybe Ripple has some feelings for Tiger. Of course, these feelings don't have reciprocated; i think it would be fairly interesting to explore this whole crush idea. Maybe her questioning what she feels and being scared of Tiger disliking her or not feeling that way which, don't get me wrong, is ABSOLUTELY possible (i mean, he's your character). It would crush her, that he doesn't feel the same way. I love putting my characters through pain and angst if you couldn't tell already so either is fine with me (mutual or one sided). I just think the idea is cool!! Ripple would be really overwhelmed lol. Not that she isn't already overwhelmed but you get what I mean. Just thought it'd be fun but i was a bit hesitant to share so that's why i made this so long lol.
