I N T R O D U C T I O N
dawnclan is an old clan, one of the oldest clans known. many say it was formed 'during the dawn of times'. however, the clan broke apart due to a war with it's rival clan, sunclan. cats scattered and went their separate ways, some even joining other clans around the world. during the time of the great war, the dawnclan leader, twigstar, was killed, leaving her son and deputy, oceanbreeze to take over. what little cats stayed behind in the aftermath, were herded together under his control, and together, they traveled to find a new home for them.
what was once known as dawnclan was all but forgotten in the minds of many. moons, even years, passed and no one heard from the survivors. meanwhile, said survivors found their new home and lived in peaceful silence. they bothered no one and no one bothered them. in more recent moons, they've been terrorized by one or more of the neighboring clans who aren't too fond of the newest addition to their area.
A B O U T
it has been many generations since dawnclan relocated to their new home. very few, if any, of the original cats remain alive. recently, the clan has been the victim of a few attacks from neighboring clans who have decided they don't like the idea of sharing their area with dawnclan.
R U L E S
general
⤕ all site rules apply.
⤕ in character drama is allowed, but no out of character drama. if you have a problem with another player, message me and action will be taken from there depending on the situation.
⤕ that being said, hate the character, not the player.
⤕ you may play your own siblings, parents, and kits. you may not, however, play your own mate, crush, mentor, or apprentice. relationships with other characters is encouraged.
⤕ all major plots must be run by me first.
⤕ no motherless kits.
⤕ if someone wishes to have their clan be one of the neighboring clans, just ask!
⤕ be as active as you can. i know people have lives, and i don't expect a million responses a week. all i ask for is oe response a week minimum.
⤕ only two cats per prefix.
character creation
⤕ no character limit. you may make as many characters as you think you can handle. just try and keep them all active.
⤕ all sexualities and genders are welcome.
⤕ all character must have flaws. no perfect characters.
⤕ realistic characters only. no unnatural colors or abnormalities such as wings or glowing eyes.
roleplaying
⤕ no one liners. i understand low muse, but please do not make it a habit. two or three sentences minimum.
⤕ no powerplaying of any kind allowed unless permission from the other player is given.
⤕ try and stay active.
