In Squirrelflight's Hope, one passage says:
"Frecklewish had reported at the last Gathering that Violetshine had given birth to Tree's kits. Her sister, Twigbranch, had been overjoyed and had asked to be allowed to visit her new kin, but Bramblestar had been reluctant to let one of his warriors foster such close ties. "Violetshine is SkyClan. Twigbranch is ThunderClan," he had said. "No good can come from such divided loyalties."
Then Squirrelflight mentions to Tree that Twigbranch had been dying to see them but most likely had to wait until Needlekit's and Rootkit's first Gathering.
Do you think Twigbranch snuck out of camp at all to visit her niece and nephew, or do you think she obeyed Bramblestar and never attempted to go to SkyClan?

Absolutely. This was pre-imposter so she wasn't terrified of Bramblestar yet, and Twigbranch is not known for listening to others.

Honestly, no? There's no reason for her to do it, if she was going to see them eventually at gatherings. And even if she wanted to visit, there really isn't much of an issue. From what I remembered, didn't Twig and Violet have visitation rights for a while when there wasn't any actual quarreling going on? Cause they did have special circumstances, and both sisters had left their clans on respectable notes. But I can also see Bramble's point, close ties with siblings in other clans can either be a good thing (Him and Tawny), or a bad thing (Him and Hawk), so he's speaking from experience.

I like to imagine Twigbranch did, being Twigbranch, but it's likely that she obeyed orders lol.

It depends on if someone notified her. Her family went to her warrior ceremony so if she was notified, she would of gone.
