Would I be able to use the wiki sprites for a comic or something or does everything have to be drawn myself

I think as long as you credit the sources you got the images from and the artist is okay with you using them then you should be okay.

I'm under the same impression, and I think as long as you give credit you would be fine. You may not even have to ask to use the images, though that would probably be preferred.

I'd highly recommend using your own images or stock photos.
A quote from Sand on a previous topic regarding art:
With Warriors Art, we do not want to run into and copyright or legal issues like you've mentioned; I'd drawn the line at the point where we DO NOT allow it AT ALL for we don't want this place to get caught up in legal issues we don't need. When it comes to other art, say.. a something from an anime, I'd say it's allowed. I haven't seen any legal nor copyright issues across forums & websites I've frequented. I call it safe to use these knowing that they probably won't come after us with pitchforks. Know that we JUST left the WCF behind and that using the artwork made by the artists is touchy. We don't have any permission from people like Wayne Mcloughlin nor Harper Collins. The Mods themselves know we remade a place like this, but it is FAN MADE now, not by HC. This can leave a string of problems if we use Warrior's Artwork since we have: no permission, no legal license, and there's copyrights on the artwork.
We'll be monitoring the artwork, so if I, for example, see official warrior's artwork, I will be taking it down due to the reasons I've listed above and on other threads. It's something we need to watch for and remove asap.
Regarding non-warrior's artwork, if you're doing graphics-- stick to stock images. It's safe and the licenses for most sites allow use across forums, projects, etc. You just have to read the license first and know that the terms and conditions are ones you must follow.
I really hope this isn't too confusing && helped you out. Let me know if you need a further explanation. I'm thinking I'll make a thread to warn everyone of this as people aren't really sure about it or aren't seeing the posts. Whatever it may be, I'll create a thread.
Stock images normally have a free to use license, and drawings you did yourself of course gives you all rights to it. Asking first is a very smart idea, but it's usually best to use things that an artist already gives permission to use so long as credit is given where credit is due.

That rule got revoked upon further investiagtion Warriors Art is allowed with credit to the artist.
I don't see anything wrong with using wikisprites with credit &/or sourcing
