"Those 'some' are wrong. The world out there is bad. Not all people are, but the dangers are bad through and through. You can't take your guard down. Go try living out there if you want to see what I mean." Elizabeth chanted the subject, not wishing to discuss this place anymore. The people here could be brainwashed for all she knew to say that this place has a safe haven. But she pushed away the thought. "I'm Elizabeth by the way, but everyone calls me Beth."

Jess opened up her mouth to say something to the girl, but she closed it and smiled "Nice to meet you my name's Jess" she said. She was going to tell the girl, that she would've gone out there already, but once you enter the sanctuary, you can never leave. Unless you die, they don't want anything like that to 'contaminate the sanctuary'.

"I'm just going to stay here for a little while, see how I like it. If nothing seems too shady I could stay, if not I'm booking it. And right now, it seems a bit odd." She commented before looking at the people that were still staring at her and giving them a rude look, "Well excuse me for my appearance, if y'all are as thick as you look you probably haven't figured out that I came from out there. So close your moths before flies get in!" Beth snapped. She never liked large crowds, especially a crowd of people who are as dumb as they appear.

Sebastain listened silently to the conversation, interested and yet distracted by his own thoguhts at the same time. Finally managing to shove aside bothering thoughts, he tuned back into the conversation. Realizing he'd missed a lot of talk, he caught up to the topic of conversation and then spoke again. "Well, we're glad to have you. But I don't know if they'll let you leave, if you decide to. They are happy to let people in, but letting people out seems to ruffle their feathers. They only let experienced guards out to hunt for 'contaminated rouges'." He said with a slight sigh. Sebastian had been training for the job, having already had a interveiw and other things with the guards. It was a secret of his and he'd kept it pretty well hidden from basically everyone. They were reluctant with him, knowing about his past with his sister. But he'd been training for weeks to pass the final test. If he did he was in. If not...well he'd have to find another way to see the outside and be able to get back in.

Beth turned to him with a determined look in her eye, "Well either they let me out or it won't be pretty. I'll tell you that much. What cowards..." she said the last part somewhat quietly and one wuld be able to hear her if they listened closely. Beth felt the guards might tell her comments to their leader which may not be good for her. But Beth has gotten out of situations before, she can get out of this one if needed. She started tying her hair into a braid quickly, but for fast work she did very well. Beth put the hair tie that was on her wrist around the end of the side braid.

Sebastian nodded, it prved by her attachment to her gun that she would fight. And he wouldn't argue against her doing it, she could try what she wanted. She might even make it too. Guards weren't used to dealing with rebellious rouges. Normally all the rouges came beaten and feeling peaceful. He looked at Beth, "I can believe it, you seem pretty good with that gun of yours." He said lightly, before casting a short glance around them.

Beth tucked a stray hair behind her ear, "I've practiced enough, this thing is my life and soul in a lethal form." She joked slightly, but it pretty much was. She practiced whenever she found the place to. She could shoot from afar, close quarters, and if there was something she was not supposed to shoot next to something she was, she could do it too. Elizabeth would have liked to brag but she didn't want their first impression of her to he something like that. "How many people are here? I've noticed this buiding seems big enough to hold more than just a few."

Sebastian grinned and chuckled lightly at her small joke. At least she was relaxing a bit. He looked around at her question and frowned a bit. He hadn't even seen the whole place himself so he figured it could hold hundreds maybe, even thousands depending on how far the wall stretched. He turned back to her and shrugged, "It's pretty big in here, I haven't even seen the whole place myself. But I could proabably hold a few hundred people, maybe a thousand" He guessed with a small shrug.

"Hmm..." she narrowed her gaze a bit, "Too many people in one area is not a good thing. Betrayl and such, aren't your leaders aware of this?" Beth asked. It was odd to be able to hold so many people. One could be overthrown in a matter of weeks if the people knew what they were doing. She instinctively looked around her at the people who saw her when she entered. Some were going back to what they were doing, but most tried to act nonchalant but still kept a suspicous look at her.

Sebastian shrugged, "I'd assume so, but no one has really met all the leaders. I've never even met or seen one of them" He said with a sigh. That fact had always nagged at his mind, but he tried to push it aside. And nothing had happened so far so why should he worry, right? Sebastian looked at Beth, "It's suspicious, yes, but nothing has happened...yet anyways"

Beth gave him a suspicous look, "If you say so." However she thought to herself inside, what if he wasn't allowed to say anything about the leaders and their wrong doings? It was a possibility, and not uncommon. She had come across a group like that, and left as soon as possible without a trace. Beth would have taken them on if it was just one on one combat, but since their numbers were great, she would not have stood a chance. "Have any of you had a group before this." She motioned to the whole building in general.

Sebastian raised an eyebrow, "A group of rouges?" He asked a bit surprised by her question. He thought for a second, unsure whether to tell the truth. But he thought better of it. No one was supposed to know he was Black, that's why he wore gloves. What was the point of blabbering about traveling with his sister. Who knows who she's met up with out there? That could also mean this girl might know her. But he tried to push aside his thoughts "Uh-no-uh- I was alone when I was on the outside" He lied, hoping he was a convincing liar.

"Right..." Beth replied, unconvinced of his answer, "I've been in about 5 groups before this. All dead. I didn't kill them, well some of them yes, but the majority died because of their own ignorance. Hopefully this place isn't the same." She spoke in a grim tone. "Do any of you have family here?" She asked, curious. Beth wished her family was still around sometimes. But usually she was glad they had died, as cruel as it sounded it was all very true.

Sebastian looked at bit surprised, "Well I would hope all of these people don't start falling dead. And I hope you won't kill a few while your hear" He said lightly in a joking tone. Again, her second question made him a bit nervous. But he didn't have to lie this time because he didn't have any family in the sanctuary. "No, most of my family died with the buildings started falling. They were inside one of them and they got crushed. If any survived I don't know where they are, but they certainly aren't here"

"Seems like you and me both have lost family. I'm what you would consider a lone wolf I suppose. I got sick of groups for about year and then I came here. I usually follow the phrase, 'survival of the fittest' but I don't know what was going through my mind today." She sighed. "Could you show me around a bit, I'm bored of waiting for no-shows." These people certainly take their time. She was so used to a schedule and urgency, here it was all laid back. Almost like they were on a 'beach schedule'

Sebastian nodded along, understanding her desire to be alone. He'd wanted that at first to, but he found that when he was with his sister everything was easier, until the day he left her of course. Sebastian couldn't hold back his grin, "Sure" He said lightly, "But I could only show you about half of the place, the rest of it I haven't even checked out yet"

(That sounds good! I've got Sebastian in the city and Rowan as a loner. Sebastian could probably be the guard if that's alright.)

(Sure)
Sebastian kicked at a small pebble in his path as he lifted the shoulder bag over his head. He sighed and ruffld his hair, watching as the doors of the sanctuary slowly creaked open. The outside was a desert wasteland, he knew that already, having come here after a few years out in the wilderness. Maybe he would find Rowan today. Sebastian shook his head. No, he wouldn't think about that. He goal was to find a strong food and water source, then come back. He took a deep breath and set off at a steady jog, his eyes focused on the hazey ruins of the city that lay almost a mile ahead of him. It would be a long and hot jog, but he could make it. The real worry was about the rouges. Sebastian was no stranger to the stories of guards going out much like him and never coming back. He didn't want to be another story.
