Alrighty, this is going to be a long one! For a tad bit of context, this is the U.S store, not sure if that matters, just thought itβs worth mentioning. So, in early November, my parents ordered the bundle of three minis (Series one, so including Graystripe, Jayfeather, Tigerstar, Tawnypelt, Firestar, and Leafstar.) It was set to arrive before Christmas, since they had ordered it as a Christmas present for me. But then, the package got lost. Not blaming the official store, it wasnβt their fault. So, my parents emailed them about the missing package, and the store sent another bundle of three minis ( series one) At this point, Christmas had come and gone, and my parents told me that they had ordered the minis, but they got lost. I was fine with it, totally understanding what had happened was a simple accident. When the new minis arrived, I opened the packaging, and foundβ¦ a bundle of three mini sets, but they were series 3. Alright, perhaps they mixed up the order. The receipt-thing had the series one mini as the supposed order, but the actual contents in the box were the wrong figures. So, my mom sent an email to the store, basically saying, βHey, the wrong order was sent, could we send these back and receive the correct one?β She later received an email stating to send the incorrect minis back, and they would mail out the correct order. Yay! Finally I would have the minis I had been hoping for! The βcorrectβ minis arrived, and then when I opened it, I was greeted by Squirrelflight, and the other series three minis. Again. My mom has sent like three emails stating, βHey, you sent us the wrong minis again, and wonder if it has to to with them now being out of stock. Could we send back the incorrect minis and receive a refund?β Itβs been a few weeks and we havenβt gotten any responses. Iβm just pretty upset with the whole thing. Also, I didnβt want the series three because I had already bought the Ashfur and Mudclaw with my own money, and really dislike the other mini designs lol. But, I might have to end up settling with the wrong order, and just give the extra Ashfur and Mudclaw to a friend or something. So, has anyone else have a similar issue? [Also this was a lot longer than I thought, and sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes or if nothing makes sense. I really just typed everything I was thinking out. ]

Sorry that happened, I've never bought anything except a backpack from the official store back in 2019. Hope you can either get your correct order or a refund

Sorry to hear all that happened to you. It can be really disappointing/frustrating when things like this happen with online shopping.
Literally just this January my Cinder/Ivy/Leaf plush bundle and Squirrel/Scourge minis shipped out, and through a series of events, they ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I e-mailed the store twice to see if there was anything I could do about it, and they never personally responded to either of my e-mails; all I got was automated responses. I filed a claim with the carrier and e-mailed them about that, aaaaand they didn't respond to that e-mail either. It would be one thing if they actually responded to me and told me that they couldn't really help me, but flat-out not replying to me at all is another thing...
So yeah, that's 100 dollars I'm never gonna see again lol
