Should there be something else apprentices do instead of going with thr leader to talk to starclan before they become warriors. Since there's no need to travel or use traveling herbs.

I think still visiting starclan would be a good thing, I always saw it as less of a test of skill and more of a test of faith? Honestly I don't know, as far as I am aware it rarely happens in the books.

Lol I didn't notice it went onto a new page either. As far as I know it only happened a few times but I think it's in the warrior code.
I'm trying to think of a cause of death for Rosekit. Maybe Greencough and she's part of the reason Dapplepaw decided to become a med cat? And I think I'm gonna have her 5 moons at death.
I started basic descriptions for the territory.
Do you want to make a form for Snakestar or should someone else? I don't know if we want to actually rp the Starclan characters or if we basically just want them there to build our plot.

Starclan cat Medicine cat. Meadowberry- 80 moons at death. Dark brown and tan tabby she-cat with green eyes and different colored brown spots around her eyes and nose. She has always wanted to be a medicine cat and takes her job very seriously. She has a deep faith in Starclan and shares dreams with them very often. She will never turn away another cat in need. She was the medicine cat before the abusive one that was Dapplepaw's mentor. Died in a badger attack. Ivy

I can make Snakestar, but I think I may just leave them as an NPC. Just do basic info like pelt/eye color and a bit of their background.

That's basically how I've left Starclan Characters in my other rps. More to have them as references than anything else. Like oh remember so and so who died in the fire.

Starclan Snakestar: 180 moons at time of death. A dark brown tabby she-cat with orange eyes. She was a patient and just leader through her time in Birchclan. She was maybe a bit too invested in her clan, while both alive and in death. She would often be seen asking warriors about the latest, trying to pry a little too far at points. She isn't normally the one to talk to the cats now, but will bother other starclan cats to check up on the clan in her steed. It has been many generations since her death and she has been very careful on watching how her clan grew and thrived. When Thunderstar was exiled along with Dapplepaw, Snakestar was the first to push others to follow the pair to keep watching over them through the coming moons. She expected to return to the clan when the pair eventually moved on from being clan cats but was both surprised-and pleased-to find out that the two were going to make a new clan. With renewed determination, she decided to stay with the forming Snakeclan instead of returning, eager to help them grow. N/A. NPC
Did we want to make up the old clan name for sake of backgrounds?

Thought I would add a little bit more to Snakestar
Also was thinking with the cave camp, it would be very dark, do we want to expand the entrance a bit so light could come in through? Have it so it is always guarded by one or two warriors to keep watch for predators or attackers(maybe with set up 'night shifts' who would be relieved when the dawn patrol returns.

Dang, hope it goes smoothly for you. I'm lucky in not having to be in dorms while I go to school Birchclan sounds good  I will edit Snakestar's profile Maybe? What are your thoughts on that? We could think of ways to incorporate the darkness or the large entrance I am sure. It just may make the rps in camp be less...visible lol |

Are you talking about the gnarly tree? I read that and I like it I think larger entrance But I love the idea of bioluminescence. Wonder if we can incorporate it with the starclan cave? Instead of a hole in the ceiling, maybe the cave is covered in a glowing material that looks like the silverpelt? |

I was thinking it starts with just Dapplepaw and the leader and after a little bit they can start to find other cats.

Yeah I asked them if they were coming back to the clan and they were like this clan is old and it's time to let it die. Then asks if we can do a 1x1 and then said don't take offense to it. Like it's got a sister clan that we just finally got started up. I know people aren't rping in it but it's been 2 years in September

sadly sometimes clans die, but that is really only if people let it. I hope others come back to the clan soon to keep it alive. It's better than the alternative of you abandoning it while people are still trying to be active. I've had that happen way in the past and if the owner leaves, most of the time the rest of the rp leaves eventually.
It is funny for them to be like 'let it die, btw wanna rp' like what? I kind of laughed at that cause why would you tell someone to let an rp die and then ask to rp?

Probably just some little kid. I'm deleting them from the clan and they won't be allowed back in my rp. I hope that someone takes leader soon. We should make sure Jademist doesn't want that spot |

Oh if you’re still looking for a leader I’d love to take that spot! What kind of leader are you guys looking for? A role model? Or someone inexperienced? Someone more on the bad or the good side?
But Ziotsu you’re such a great person to roleplay with, don’t worry about confidence!! If you want the leader spot to get some feel with it you can totally do it 🙏🏻
Also, I just wanted to say the ideas on the territory are sooo good and the reference pictures look so magical. I can totally imagine the setting!!

Ah yes that makes sense! I’ve just read up on everything. I think a more fatherly type would be nice, he kinda takes Dapplepaw under his wing.
I think maybe the leader could be exiled because he stood up against the abusive mentor and that mentor set the whole clan up against them with their manipulative ways. Eventually the mentor rejected the warrior code and acted as a behind the scenes leader, making sure Dapplepaw and ….star were kicked out.
That way we also leave the door open to other clancats from the same clan that eventually decided they needed to get away and they could join this clan as well. Plus, we could run a plot with a really evil antagonist aka “the abusive mentor” who plans an attack on them 🤔
But those are just suggestions for further along the way!

I like that exile idea goes along with the dapplepaw being certain that the clan doesn't want her around, even if she wasn't explicitly exiled. |

Thunderstep (Thunderstar); 41 moons. A large black tom with medium to long fur and striking yellowish golden eyes. He has a small patch of white on his chest.
Thunderstar is a hardworking, trustworthy cat which made him raise through the ranks of his clan rather quickly. His confidence grew by the moon and once he became leader he was proud at what he had accomplished. However, nothing could prepare him for being stabbed in the back by his own clan. Finding out his Sleekthorn abused Dapplepaw was the last straw at his medicine cat’s malpractice. Though, crossing Sleekthorn came at a great cost. His medicine cat riled his clanmates up against him and Thunderstar was brutally chased out. Now he often doubts himself and his ability to lead. Thunderstar is very fond of Dapplepaw, she’s always been like a daughter to him and he is grateful to have her by her side in this new journey. He holds her very highly for following him into uncertainty.

I imagine Thunderstar still having his 9 lives and only having been leader for like 2 moons maybe. He now goes by his warriorname until Starclan accepts him as a leader once again.
I hope you guys like him, if I need to change anything please let me know! I kinda want to flesh out his personality more as we go.
