I thought I posted but then I refreshed and lost it all

I think I would rather the medicine cat, I am not the best as a leader of a clan/group.

I would be okay with that, maybe they felt close to the leader because they were kind to them when they were dealing with their mentor. When they were exiled they decided to follow instead of staying with a clan that didn't seem to want them. It could play into the insecurities of if any of starclan followed them. If their own mentor couldn't accept them, would starclan?

14 hours? or just a couple because one of those sounds like not a good time.

I am going to work on figuring out who the medicine cat apprentice was, probably a she-cat but idk at the moment. I have an idea on how I want their personality to be (I plan to repurpose part of a character into this new one) but I need that bit of inspiration for their appearance/name

I think I am going to go for a calico she-cat but I can't decide between dilute or not dilute. I absolutely want her to be fluffy tho.

I appreciate it I think I am going to go for the dilute calico and I am probably going to go for Dapplepaw. I imagine her refusing her full name until she can 'prove herself' to the new clan and she keeps setting that bar higher and higher

Hm. I think I will put them at 10 moons, in theory about halfway through their apprenticeship. I think I will plan on her staying 'Dapplepaw' even when she is getting closer to 20 moons where she really should have her full name.

I also plan to have these guys, I need to fully build them out tho.
Sparrow (cloud) - aggressive full of himself tom with a soft spot for kits. I imagine him being about 20-30 moons
Boulder (splash) - prideful and cares maybe a bit too much about his appearance. 50+ moons I would imagine
Juniper (wing) - a calm and thoughtful she-cat. She met Ember(storm) when the other cat was young and has been acting as a mother figure to her. 40-50 moons.
Ember (storm) - quite an energetic and wild she-cat, tends to loose track of time. Young, <20 moons

I may adjust the forms based on where we want to be in the timeline (whether it be at the start with just the leader and dapplepaw (probably quickly picking up your characters and making Darkriver deputy) or where the clan is just a little bit more established)


Medicine Cat Dapplepaw(flame): 12 moons. A diluted calico she-cat with sage green eyes. She is mostly grey and white with a few patches of a desaturated orange, the most notable one on her forehead. Dapplepaw is hard on herself, she works hard for her clan and refuses to accept anything less than perfection from herself. She is a bit jumpy and scared of those around her, only really being relaxed when she is on her own or with Thunderstar. Dapplepaw was abused by her mentor from the moment she was chosen to be the medicine cat apprentice. Her mentor, Sleekthorn, had her do jobs she was never taught and berated her for getting it wrong. She was told to go collect herbs for days on end without food, saying that the medicine cat needed to be able to survive without prey. The list would go on, and it turned Dapplepaw's excitement into fear of what would happen if she were to fail. It was clear that Sleekthorn hated the apprentice. Dapplepaw grew close to Thunderstar during this time and when he was exiled, she followed the leader because she didn't want to remain in a clan that didn't want her. Since forming the new clan, she has refused receiving her medicine cat name from both Thunderstar and Starclan. N/A. Ziotsu

Loner Sparrow(cloud): 21 moons. Sparrow is a little on the small side. With short fur and dotted with brown spots and black rings on his back the lighter parts of his fur could trick someone into thinking it was more of an ashen brown. The rest of his body is covered in almost black tabby stripes and sage green eyes. Sparrow has a rather 'over the top' and 'too full of himself' personality as he has heard from quite a few cats. He is very confident in his fighting ability, opting to keep himself on the offensive rather than trying to defend. This type of fighting style seeps into his conversations as well, being very used to taking control of a conversation and pushing it to things he is interested in. Despite this, he does care for others, he has quite a soft spot for younger cats and when talking with kits he will become quiet and listen to the ramblings of the young ones. Open to crushes. Loner Boulder(splash): 59 moons. Boulder is almost a pure white tom with a dark brown tail and lighter brown spots right next to each ear. His fur a a bit long, which he takes pride in keeping well kept and he has dull amber eyes. He is normally awake before the rest of his clanmates to clean it and maintain it so it didn't interfere with his duties. Because of this he sometimes 'volunteers' to go on the dawn patrol. Boulder is quite prideful of a lot of things, he takes pride in his abilities and pride in those he decides to surround himself with. His pride comes across in a calm nature that is relatively quiet until he feels his it is threatened in some way. He can be very impulsive when set off like this, often getting himself in trouble with the cats around him. N/A. Ziotsu

Loner Juniper(wing): 43 moons. A light blue-grey she-cat with green eyes. She is quite tall and skinny, which lets her catch any enemies off guard. She is the calm to Ember's storm, often trying to lead the younger she-cat to a better path away from her somewhat careless actions. She is quite motherly to those around her, using her abilities and care to protect those around her. She met Ember long ago, when she was just a couple of seasons old. The young she-cat was left by her parents due to their insistence that she was old enough to take care of herself. Her mate died long ago, Ember is her adopted daughter. Ziotsu

Loner Ember(storm): 18 moons. Ember is a long haired ginger cat with striking yellow eyes. She has a few white spots on her face that almost look like a the glare of the sun through the trees originating from just below her nose. She has a slightly larger build compared to cats her age-which she likes to bring up among other things-but for the most part from a distance it would be hard to tell. Ember has quite a wild side to her. While cautious and careful just enough to keep her from getting killed, she would still sneak out, do hunts even when Juniper told her not to, and explore quite a lot. She is energetic and eager to learn about those around her. Juniper is her adopted mother, Open to crushes. Ziotsu

They look good. I think we should start out with just the leader and Dappledpaw and slowly they run into cats. I think now we should think about territory now and how camp would be set up.

I like those ideas. Maybe we should have somewhere that's a little dangerous like an active quarry that the cats should avoid

I like it on the edge of the forest so it's some danger but not too much. Would you like to write up a description for the camp and the starclan cave? I don't want to mess up your vision for them.

Sounds cool. I'm trying to write up the history spot. All I've got so far is ___star and Dapplepaw were once members of a far away clan.

I think we need to at least get some info on the leader to figure out why they would have been exiled in the first place.
We can at least get the names of the starclan cats who followed them, are we going to stick with Snakeclan? There's also the idea of Larchclan. IDK

Maybe not at birth but they grew up together for the most part? Maybe soon before they were to become apprentices, rosekit died. Would give Dapplepaw time to get close to her sister and have someone she could lean on in starclan.
