By that I mean each book having an individual protagonist. Who do you think each bookʼs PoV character would be?

Ooh, I actually had something like this in mind years ago! I can't remember the order now, but I think this is roughly what I had in mind, though it'd require some tweaking on the plot for a few of them.
ItW: Firepaw F&I: Sandpaw FoS: Graystripe RS: Cloudpaw ADP: Longtail TDH: Dustpelt
Midnight: Brambleclaw Moonrise: Feathertail Dawn: Stormfur Starlight: Crowfeather Twilight: Squirrelflight Sunset: Tawnypelt
TS: Jaypaw DR: Lionpaw Outcast: Breezepaw Eclipse: Cinderpaw LS: N/A Sunrise: Hollyleaf
TFA: Dovepaw FE: Ivypaw NW: Tigerheart SotM: Blossomfall TFW: N/A TLH: N/A
TST: Gray Wing ThR: Thunder TFB: Clear Sky TBS: Wind Runner AFD: Tall Shadow PoS: River Ripple
TAQ: Alderpaw TAS: Needlepaw SS: Violetpaw DN: Twigpaw RoF: Tree TRS: Flypaw
LosS: Shadowpaw TSiT: Rootspring VoS: Bristlefrost DW: Spotfur TPoNS: Ashfur ALitM: Lightleap

I would love that. Dawn of The Clans and The New Prophecy being structured that way would've been interesting. I feel like PoT and OoTS work better with all of the PoVs though.

I think TNP is the only one that would be better for being structured that way. The others would require massive rewrites. I'm not sure I like the WoF model that much either; Clay's character is reduced to dumb comic relief when you don't get his perspective and Tsunami becomes utterly insufferable without it. I feel like the thing people complain about with Jayfeather being too mean would apply a lot earlier if we didn't get his perspective as often as we do. Another issue with the model I think is that the plots in Warriors are often by design very spread out among the cast. WoF can get away with individual perspectives because it doesn't really spread its cast out. While the Nightwing lands are being explored, the rest of the dragonets are just sitting around and not doing much, so it's not really a loss to miss out on them. Meanwhile in Warriors, it would really stink if we had to miss out on the DF training in OOTS for every single book except for one.

While being a protagonist for one book is fine for characters like Sunny, Turtle, Sundew or Peril, some just completely fade into the background and don't do much. Moon is probably the biggest offender, she was great in her own book, but then she was reduced to pretty much a cartboard cutout, who was only relevant because she was part of a love trial and being close to the antagonist I still think this system would be great for TNP and DoTC, but wouldn't would do more harm than good for all the series, especially the first one. It's a very interesting thing to think about, though.

I was wishing that ASC would do this setup.

TNP could have definitely used this setup, it would have given each character and their story a lot more depth. But I prefer Warrior's structure for the rest of the books.
