Is it weird that I'm not surprised at all? Nor am I surprised with the others, either.
I think I'm most looking forward to see Alderheart, Sparkpelt, and Twigpaw. Needletail and Violetpaw too.

I hope all the ShadowClan cats who willingly sided with Darktail suffer for their choice. Like, really! They're worse than WindClan now! WindClan! At least those cats are loyal to Onestar for the most part and actually have a sense of morality. ShadowClan doesn't seem to have any loyalty to Rowanstar at all. I get they want to be strong if you take into account of all that's happened in the past, but really!
I swear if this turns out to be like another Brokenstar situation, then they seem to be really deserving it this time.

This is worse than the Brokenstar situation :c with Brokenstar, in the end only 4 or 5 warriors went with him into exile. From what it looks like, far more warriors than that would be willing to stay with Darktail. This isn't just corruption and twisted words. The old ShadowClan were only tricked into breaking several codes cause Brokenstar crafted his words so carefully. Most of the clan had no idea what was happening to them until it was too late. This however is a full-fledged rebellion- and everyone knows very well what they're doing. Brokenstar turned warriors into rogues. Darktail didn't have to do anything- they were rogues already by the time he took over. I'm seriously wondering if ShadowClan can ever fully recover from this. They've recovered from some pretty bad things in the past, but this is probably the worst. |

Rowanstar basically brought it on himself. He's a terrible leader. If Blackstar didn't die, those cats wouldn't dare to betray him. Rowanstar is just incompetent--he let so many warriors do whatever they wanted, and didn't dish out harsher punishments for it. Even though I hated Blackstar, he was the best thing that happened to ShadowClan.

After Blackstar died ShadowClan seemed to lose its respect of everything. Rowanstar also seems a bit incompetent.
