I was inspired by some long running rps on here so I hope everyone will be interested!
The basic idea is::
The fabric of reality is weakening and fictional characters are appearing in the 'natural' world. Characters from any fiction, from manga to Hollywood movies!
That means otherworldly villains are appearing too, so an organization known as the Universal Wardens, work with fictional characters- not all heroes- to stop them and repair their reality.
So each Outlander has a Handler or Ambassador from this world who authorizes the release of their powers & keeps them from causing too much damage.
More to be explained but that's the gist!
