I like her, but she's nothing special to me because she's Squirrelflight dyed brown. Plus, she's completely useless to the plot since she seems to only be there to make Bramblestar realize that he still loves Squirrelflight. I just like her because I like fiesty cats. But I don't like how the Erins wrote out Bramblestar's possible infatuation for Jessy, and her own feelings for Bramblestar. It was too rushed, and Jessy seemed a little creepy when she moved her nest close to Bramblestar's. I also don't understand why it didn't bother Bramblestar when she had a feisty attitude, but it annoyed him when Squirrelflight, as an apprentice, behaved the same way even though their behavior is pretty much the same.
but I don't like the background kittypets like Minty (dear god she's like old Daisy but 10x worse) because she complained too much about not having a basket for a bed or no humans around, but I did like Stormcloud (I forgot his real name), but he's just a pointless character added to the plot now. At least with Minty, Millie redeemed herself a little in BrS.
