I don’t know, it’s not a crush but it sure is something
like...minus the Mysterious Bad Vibes, he's...a high-strung dork who thinks I can help him? plus he dresses nicely and one time he gave me ferrero rochers? also probably a genius (who the hell double majors AND double minors at the same time!?) but still apparently acts like this toward everyone???

frog guy is wearing the same pants again but he changed his jacket sometime between math and physics
also he didn't have his glasses in math and I was aaaaaalmost ready to give him the benefit of the doubt that maaaaaaybe he just got contacts (even though he's a train wreck) but he had his glasses in physics

I wish I knew what people's handwriting looked like so I could tell who wrote what
(people gave feedback on the presentations) (everyone was nice which I mean okay obviously they were going to be nice but it bears mentioning because they wouldn't have been back in high school)
I can still never face these people again I'm so sad I wanted to be friends with Earwigtail and maybe the girl in the room next to mine
but now I'm doing to my college social life what I did to my life back home

watched Twelve Angry Men
Kyanitefang has ants
then played jenga for the first time, against Martenclaw and Millipedetail! then we played jenga again but with a funny twisted tower (that one didn’t last long)
miraculously I didn’t lose either time—Millipedetail lost both rounds (as well as the first round which was just him and Martenclaw)
then the two of them built little jenga fortresses that Martenclaw destroyed with playing cards

Earwigtail featured in yet another dream last night? I went to the lesser known part of the Chicago field museum, which was called the Keep and was partly museum but mostly like an indoor mall storefront area, and Earwigtail worked there (but it’s really unclear what his job was)
edit: also it looked really cool from the outside, more or less like a castle

- I got a bagel with several friends Friday morning
- last night I went to a concert (not a Real Band but a group in the college) and sat next to Martenclaw

wow I have a lot of feelings for Martenclaw ☺️ he got the honor of being the first person we invited to see our glow in the dark stars
he’s just such a nice person and so cool
like this is a crush I can’t even be upset about (except for the part where he doesn’t like me and even if he did I know we’re not compatible anyway but listen I’m not looking for a relationship so I have no right to be sad about that)
I want to tell Breccianose just to have someone to talk to (in person, I mean; Adderbite knows) but I’m worried she might not be able to keep a secret
