Like what? Also, in my dream last night, I was reading a new Junji Ito manga. - I was reading it in book form, but the pages were animated.
- It was implied that I was the main character, so I sort of knew everything that happened already, but I was definitely not actually in the book, nor was I any kind of actor.
Basically, the main character and someone else were hunted down by a hitman, but I knew that the hitman was actually told not to kill them; he was supposed to scare the main character into accepting the real villain's offers of protection, and the other character was technically in on the plan, but was still afraid the hitman might kill them anyway.
The other character tried to lead the main character to the conclusion that the hitman was "a willing participant," which in this case means the hitman was not paid, but actually allied with whoever "hired" him to kill them.
The main villain was the leader of some group. At the end of the story, the hitman had carved an ominous message into the wall, something like, "Are you who are not you stronger than me who is not me? I am not you." The villain read the message, then turned toward the camera, and he had the hitman's face. |

plus a dream Pokémon that's a...statue of a horse's head (?) with a curly tongue?   Stattolnu (Fire/Fairy) Ability: Serene Grace A mythical legendary fakemon I saw in a dream. Its feet are metallic, but its body feels like concrete. When it walks, its tongue (and the tail, which seems to be connected to the tongue) wiggles sinusoidally, and its entire body creaks like shifting sand. The decorations on its body look like cracked paint, but they're really just part of it. It is extremely heavy.[/spoiler] |

Seems to be a common thread among frog Pokémon! vulture Pokémon   Vultyre (Poison/Flying) Regular ability: Filter Hidden ability: Overcoat My dad suggested a black vulture Pokémon. Lore-wise it doesn't really have much poisoning ability (although it sure gets plenty of Poison-type moves), but the fact that it is a Poison-type gives it a natural immunity to toxins and strong resistance to decay, which are very good traits for a scavenger. Materials that touch its feathers may become stained purple. Its feathers are used to make a potent purple dye. In addition to roughly the movepool you'd expect, it learns almost every move with a purple animation in its imaginary game. |

Star-Nosed Excadrill   Star-Nosed Excadrill (Ground/Fairy) I wanted to make my own star-nosed mole, but it never seemed original enough, so here's the concept but on Excadrill. I was also going to give it its own abilities, but whatever, Excadrill's abilities work just fine. Regular abilities: Sand Rush, Sand Force Hidden ability: Mold Breaker guinea pig Pokémon   Guinargii (Rock/Electric) Regular ability: Static Hidden ability: Rough Skin This was drawn alongside Coropter, the lionfish from space. It produces a strange pattern of electrical signals from its body during the time it sleeps. The same signature pattern starts at the beginning each time it falls asleep. |

beetle Pokémon (potential trypophobia from its eyes?)   Occel (Rock/Bug) -> Occurselli (Rock/Bug) Ability: Refrigerate After discovering some fossilized elytra, scientists managed to revive them into Occel. Occel is simply a nice little insect that looks to be made out of jade. However, those who have evolved their Occel into Occurselli sometimes experience some side effects, falling ill with chills all over their body, and the staring of its empty eyes can be quite unnerving. Occurselli will try to learn Fell Stinger every single time it levels up. |
