caracal Pokémon   Charcat (Fire) - Caracoal (Fire) - Caracano (Fire) Regular ability: Magma Armor Hidden ability: Drought The sketch of Charcat has been sitting in the folder for two years now. The original Caracoal sketch has been replaced by a new Caracoal and an extra evolution. Lava seeps from it, and in particular, when it powers up for battle, it produces more lava as it heats up. Smoke billows from its fiery tufts. It has extraordinary jumping abilities, particularly at later evolutionary stages. |

aw...good luck! spoilers in here: my team Cinderace: somehow, despite Raboot being the last thing I expected to see, Cinderace is about what I expected, except for the fact that it plays soccer.
Thievul: a fox. I like it, but it's pretty useless. Nasty Plot was the only thing that made it usable.
Dubwool: I didn't know Wooloo was going to evolve! I picked this one up a little bit late and didn't really use it because it was so far behind the rest of my team, but it's cute.
Obstagoon: honestly I prefer Punk Linoone over Obstagoon because it's cuter, but I do like Obstagoon too.
Boltund: its eyes are creepy, but mostly I like it.
Eternatus: a dragon skeleton with a glowing visor??? It is very cool, although in a kind of obvious overkill way. |

395/400 of the Pokédex completed... also...according to my Pokédex I failed a shiny all I have left to go are three trade evolutions and two Sword exclusives...I can technically obtain them all on my own by jumping into others' Max Raids (and one of them can be found very rarely as a Max Raid in Shield as well) but I might end up asking for help in the end All of the Pokémon mentioned in the spoiler tag are old Pokémon, but I guess in case you don't want to see which old Pokémon made it through? I am also going to mention a minor feature of the game. The shiny I failed was a Litwick, and the ones I'm missing are Slurpuff, Sawk, Escavalier, Accelgor (this is the one that is in Shield), and Passimian.
I know about the Litwick because I heard that the League Card would show how many shinies you'd found, so I went to look for that number 1, and...it was 2.
Then I combed through the entire dex until I found a shiny form other than Zigzagoon. I can't believe I failed it; I know it's not that different, but I've been hunting it, so I know what it looks like! I don't even remember seeing a single Litwick other than the one I hatched for the dex! |

I might eventually give in and ask for help but I think everyone in the discord got Shield 😵 it would at least make the trade evolutions easier

rabid wolf/fox/raccoon? Pokémon   Virhyssa (Poison) Ability: Hydrophobia I created this Pokémon in a dream after reading about rabies before bed. The ability Hydrophobia prevents damaging Water-type moves from being used on the field. However, Virhyssa naturally learns Bubble Beam, which can only be used if Hydrophobia is suppressed or otherwise removed. Purple foam spills from Virhyssa’s mouth and the underside of its body. It is unknown how dangerous this foam is, but there have been reports of disease outbreaks in which other Pokémon produced the same foam. It is thought that Virhyssa may be linked to Pokérus. Perhaps its cells have been taken over by a symptomatic variant of the same virus. However, because Virhyssa is rare and Pokérus incredibly so, it has been difficult to study. |

I got it!!!
I picked Sobble and named him Blue because
1. My favorite lizard is the blue-tongued skink and he's a blue lizard
2. Blue means sad and he always looks sorta sad
3. Makes sense to name a chameleon after a color

Cool. The other Pokemon in my main team so far are Chip the Skwovet, Dashtwirl the Yamper, and Starstreak the Zigzagoon
