distant fireworks so far away they're below the horizon* but just close enough to hear the pops
nice sparkles but not very considerate…
*in retrospect the hills may be the reason

finally figured out why my eyes have been in so much pain! someone turned the computer screen from the second-lowest brightness setting all the way to the highest
(probably a cat, to be honest)

okay so adding green food coloring to milk does not taste good!!!
don't substitute honey for sugar in M&M cookies especially if you're also dyeing the batter green; they will melt into unappetizingly green spongy pancakes

1. we drove around from about 10 P.M. Sat to 4 A.M. Sun (included buying cheese, Wheat Thins, and Oreos)…I already miss her again but hey how much lower can this get

I bought some chocolate
three bars for me (88% dark chocolate, mint dark chocolate, and hazelnut dark chocolate)
two bars for Adderbite (I might not see her again until Christmas or next summer) (both sea salt caramel chocolate)
(I would eat 88% but it's much better added to hot chocolate)
