Um? I filled in all the ones that were missing in the first 500, but some of the new images don't seem to be working either…?
I'll fix it eventually. Some of them work. Maybe I just messed the others up.
edit: And…immediately after posting this, I noticed that some of them are still imgland links. Specifically the ones that I noticed were messed up. My guess is that Imgur sometimes left out an image in a set I was uploading, and since there were so many images I didn't notice when one was missing. On the plus side, this means all the ones I actually did upload are fixed.
Except for the people who can't view Imgur images. Sigh.
(Also, I initially came here to announce that I ended senior year ranked fifth in the entire grade! I was seventh for a long time.)

okay normally we get (major regional grocery store) brand macaroni bowls but today my dad happened to be at (other regional grocery store) and got their macaroni bowls instead and this is inferior
why is (major regional grocery store) food so much better than everywhere else!?
except cheddar cheese Target has better cheddar cheese

so we're buying a Honda Civic but I have to be there to say "let's get a Honda Civic" what's the point he's already decided on the car there is no point in taking me
and I don't want to go out to eat! I hate going out to eat! let me eat a block of cheese in peace and I'll be happy just don't make me go to a restaurant

-we spent seven hours looking at various cars only to decide on the first Honda Civic we looked at
-Olive Garden apparently has pretty good alfredo

sometimes I ask Adderbite what to draw and sometimes she tells me to draw cute things…but other times she tells me to draw things like one cat killing another with a sword while the one who's about to die confesses his love for the one killing him: (was not drawn today but I haven't posted it yet so I thought I might as well) |

update: apparently the story behind the pink-eared harlequin cats is even sadder than I thought…it's not a Thing…it's a local disreputable breeder who churned out a bunch of inbred kittens and all the cats are really nice but they have health problems…
but all the pink-eared cats with dark tails and a few spots are based on them

four and a half years ago Adderbite ate half a bag of sweet potato chips and really hated them
yesterday Ashtail dumped the other half of the bag out on the patio
turns out raccoons love expired sweet potato chips!

1. expanding on the above
She ate, like, half the bag and put them away. She ate a few more the next month. Even she isn't sure why she ate them (besides the first one, which I told her to eat). The bag was mostly black, and since it was only (what in the world just happened to my hand the back of my palm is in agony okay it's better now) partially full, it was kind of small. (You'd think the clip would be visible, but apparently we closed that one with just a regular binder clip--the big triangular prism things?)
I thought we threw the bag away in freshman year after I noticed it was expired.
We've filled the pantry with food and eaten it. Jam spreader went on a Buddha Bowl kick one time, but no one liked one of the flavors, so we've occasionally had bags of Buddha Bowl sitting in the pink bowl in the pantry. It usually winds up as raccoon food. Even the raccoons aren't big fans of it.
Our house has had mice in the past. A couple years ago, it stopped being an issue, and we started finding snakeskins in the basement (definitely from black rat snakes, which are big compared to garter snakes but also nonvenomous and very shy snakes, so we don't mind them being here). Mouse problem solved! Until recently. The mice have been chewing on the bags and stuff in the pantry. They've even tried to get into my macaroni bowls, but they can't break through the plastic.
So the other day, Ashtail decided she would clean out the pantry so that we could leave it open for the cats to climb in and hopefully kill some mice.
Deep in the pantry…was the half-eaten bag of sweet potato chips!
Apparently raccoons are big fans of that.
2. update on fixing the problem
I've taken somewhat of a break because I'm a lazy procrastinator. I won't defend myself for that. I will try to get back to it soon, but my wrists are Not Happy about the small, repetitive movements it takes…because even in my "downtime" I play Pokémon…which is full of small, repetitive movements that irritate my wrists.
I'll be fine, so don't worry, but it could take a while.
3. I'm no Whovian but this was cute
Ashtail said something like, "Is that a Dalek? Yes, it is a Dalek," so I looked and yes, it was an inflatable Dalek. A few seconds later, this kid (maybe 5 years old?) ran up to the Dalek, hugged it, and then started moving its…hand blaster thingies? and making blast noises.

well, it's the end of June
I wish I had done more for pride month but I'm not a good enough person to go out of my way or tell my parents I want to do things even when I should
it's been a bit of a sad June considering this year everyone suddenly wants to kick us out of celebration
but on the whole, great month, hopefully next year's will exceed this one

by the way I do not recommend staying up until 3 and waking up at 11:30 because you miss the quiet hours of the day
edit: sorry for posting so many times I'm just really lonely and have nowhere else to take out my energy
I really miss Adderbite and if you've been in OTD lately I don't think it'll come as a surprise that I'm not too enthused about the "community" here
and this isn't exactly the most stimulating activity I could be doing
I mean it's worth it to get all the comics back up here! but it's not fun to upload images
I've been listening to some of the music Adderbite likes and being sad
