uh ha ha ha it looks like maybe I know more about Jane Eyre as a character (and like…how her surroundings influenced her) than Cathy Linton because wow that essay is a mess
the worst part is I read Wuthering Heights fully a couple months ago and I read about 2/5 of Jane Eyre seven years ago so that does not bode well

accidentally sharpied the inside of my ears
my dad got everyone the same color earbuds so I colored mine with a sharpie and I let them sit for an hour before putting them in my ears but apparently that didn't protect me

update on Pokémon Platinum currently inside Crasher Wake's gym (#5) with a team of Torterra (Ivan), Azumarill (Cocoa), Eevee-training-to-become-Espeon (Minkar), Crobat (Deneb), and Staraptor (Oreo), plus a Buneary (Whitefoot) with Cut, planning to exchange Whitefoot for my Buizel (jason) when I get a good chance to train him
a couple encounters have been failed, but the only death has been my Luxio (Syrinx), who died to a critical Night Slash from the Galactic guy's Skuntank (knock on wood) the same double battle that killed my Staraptor in Pearl has now killed my Staraptor in Platinum; the only difference is that this time the Gyarados took it down instead of the Raichu
critical hit with Ice Fang
I just took the Yache Berry off of Oreo too she might have survived if she'd had it
bye Oreo…welcome Axel the Togepi, yet another happiness evolution Iron Island…last double battle before the Galactic people…goodbye Deneb the Crobat…it was a critical hit from the Staraptor's Take Down

in brighter news, Axel is a Togekiss now, and I hatched a Jolly Riolu, so I'll be using the Riolu; his name is Taruca
I really liked jason though! I'm sad
also Espeon was probably the wrong choice…it doesn't naturally learn Psychic until level 64… Oreo's Yache Berry saved Axel's life in the Ice gym! before anyone asks why I was using a Flying-type in an Ice gym here's the story
the Froslass survived 3 Surfs (but was in red health) and dropped Cocoa to -2 Special Defense with Shadow Ball; I predicted that Candice would heal that turn and go for another Shadow Ball the next turn, so I used a Moomoo Milk--but she went right for the Shadow Ball and almost killed Cocoa
so I had to send in Axel (since he's immune to Ghost in this generation) and go for Shock Wave (he knows Flamethrower, but he has Hustle); fortunately he was holding the Yache Berry just in case he missed Flamethrower against the Abomasnow (he hit it)
…Axel got frozen before using Shock Wave, but since Cocoa wasn't at -2 Special Defense anymore, I switched her in to take the next Blizzard (a Water type with Thick Fat does not care about Blizzard) and everything went fine |

well...the reason is because I was rejected from the last 4 schools I heard back from, which isn't good because it included my top choice, but it's not like it was a surprise
that said, I do miss Slick
but...I don't trust him to live up to expectations, if that makes sense...like what if I do see him again and he's a terrible person? it wouldn't surprise me
so I'm going to go with that it's a good thing but really it's just a thing

thanks! of course there's always a chance one of the other schools (applied to 11, got into 7, would consider 4 of the 7, can afford 1 of the 4) will offer enough money that I can go there, which would be nice (but also it's almost a relief to not have to make a decision so ???)
who am I kidding though this is my life now
my only solace is that I know slick applied to one of the 4 that rejected me too so he can't have any sass about that

Adderbite doesn't respond to my texts and...I don't want to say things it's not my place to tell you, but I have reasons to be worried for her
and like...I know better! she has no obligation to talk to me if she doesn't feel like it! but I'm lonely
it's okay though now that I have Tealwhisker's number I send her things like "Edward geckohands" and it's good

Varied interests are only good in certain cases. I like to be very, very good at one or two things vs. having my attention spread through a lot of different activities and interests.
