How do you feel about how she handled switching clans?

putting my bias for her aside, i wish she stayed with violetshine and hawkwing. i understand her missing her found family but i would’ve loved her staying in skyclan with violet and hawk, and getting more interactions with them.

I didn't really find Twigbranch's Clan hopping annoying, and I think that she handled it well. She would have been never happy staying in SkyClan and I would have really preferred her Clan hopping than always being unhappy.

i hate clan hopping/switching in general. i've come to like twigbranch a bit, but i wish she felt more confident in thunderclan. she was raised there, and with lots of love too as far as i'm concerned (if im missing something from AVOS, feel free to correct me).
violetshine's is different because shadowclan sucked and she didn't get love like twigbranch, so of course she'd have little qualms about leaving it for skyclan. but twigbranch? i didnt see a reason for her to want to move. she could have met her biological father at the border, at the edges of the lake to travel, or at gatherings. she didnt need to feel like she HAD to move.

She was young, she’d been separated from her sister as a kit without having any choice in the matter, she was kept by TC because of a prophecy saying she was special rather than on her own merits - we saw in Thunder and Shadow that she was self-conscious about TC would want her if she wasn’t a prophecy cat - and she’s always been the one in her litter who felt her mother’s loss the most and always wanted to try and find her. Yes, she got a lot of love from Lilyheart and Alderheart, and her love for TC eventually brought her back to them, but as a young cat who’d never been given a choice about being with her kin and who’d always wondered about her birth parents, and who felt like her adopted Clan wouldn’t want her anymore if she wasn’t special - of course she had doubts about where she belonged. Of course she had to try out life in SkyClan before realizing it wasn’t where she belonged. I can’t blame her for feeling unsure.

Annoying, but handled okay. She was at least honest about how she felt when she switched clans.

I actually kind of like it. Granted, it wasn't nearly as interesting of a conflict as Darktail was in the beginning of the arc, but still. I think considering how unique her circumstances were, it made sense that she experienced conflict about where she truly belonged. It makes a lot of sense that she'd want to go to SkyClan with her kin. She had never had living kin before aside from Violetpaw, who had been raised in a different Clan. Of course she'd want to be with her Clan. But she had been very loyal to ThunderClan, and quite frankly with the way Sandynose treated her as an apprentice, I can't really blame her for never feeling like she belonged in SkyClan. It made sense that she'd want to go back to the Clan that had been home for her for so long.
I guess I just really liked seeing the struggle of finding where you belong. We've never really seen that before in Warriors - all the cats just know they belong in the Clan they were born in. So it was nice to see that internal conflict of "where do I really belong?"

I didn’t mind it at all. I agree completely with some others on here saying that, given the circumstances, it’s very understandable.

I never liked it. It always gave me the feeling she just couldn't wait to drop the family that raised her when she saw Hawkwing. I actually really don't care that she left them for her biological family, it's just how she did it.
Then the fact she left because Violet and Hawk bonded faster? Eugh

It's fine, she just had to realize where he real family was. It was the first time she'd been able to meet her father, yet she never really felt at home with him and his clan like she did in Thunderclan. It makes sense for her to move to the clan where she is most happy and loyal.

I think it was completely understandable, and it didn't really annoy me much at all.
