While I’m fine with where everything is. I was wondering if plot-wise, TBC could be before AVOS and how that would work. (AVOS taking the place of TBC, so it’s just a swap with elements being different due to certain cats being alive.)
Tree would replace Rootspring in this scenario, perhaps being a loner POV before joining one of the Clans. (Not TC, since he’s better off away from it, for the plot. Maybe WindClan instead of ShadowClan, so he’s still kept nearby? Although joining WindClan would be difficult leader-wise since Onestar is still around.
Alderpaw would remain TC’s point of view since his parents are heavily involved plot-wise. It’s possible he would remain a warrior apprentice for a while longer.
And a possible ShadowClan mca to torment for Ashfur. With Littlecloud, a more experienced medicine cat alive. His task will likely be more difficult.
I’m uncertain if SQH should be required reading or if it’s better for the Sisters to bet in the new TBC.

I was thinking this as well, and actually, Littlecloud could still die and Ashfur could easily take advantage of Pebblepaw's inexperience and ShadowClan's situation. There's also no reason why he can't just do this with Alderpaw as well, especially because of who his parents are.

i 100% agree that alder and spark should have been born in time for TBC's plot instead because...the plot revolves around their parents...it's kind of a crime that AVOS was a complete waste in terms of alder and spark (mainly alder since he started out important, but then the rest of the arc is more relevant for violet and twig. alder isnt a true protag in my eyes because he was only necessary to bring in the REAL protags, violet and twig, to the lake and thats all he is needed for).

If we are already having a ShadowClan medicine cat POV, maybe Alderheart could stay a warrior and we could see a protagonist who isn't a fighting/hunting prodigy and feels insecure about himself not just be made a medicine cat because destiny.

He would likely become a medicine cat apprentice later in AVOS, but with a warrior name already. (Since him having visions and being reckless enough to do dumb things as a medicine cat was still helpful in OG AVOS.) Although it would be weird to have whoever the SC protagonist is die during the next series.
